祝賀信格式
在收到別人的禮物或接受了別人的問候、祝賀、慰問、幫助、款待和推薦之後，應寫信表示感謝。感謝信沒有必要寫得太長，但要寫得真誠、熱切。
親朋好友或同事、同學辦事失敗，遭遇不幸時，我們應寫信表示安慰。慰問信要有真情實感，向對方表達同情之意，以樂觀向上的語言減輕對方的煩惱與痛苦，並給對方以克服困難，走出困境的信心。
在四級英語考試中，這三種類型的信件可以和提綱型作文結合起來進行考查。
下面我們通過例項體會一下三類信件的寫法：
例項1 祝賀信
下面是對某公司客戶得到一筆不錯生意的祝賀
