下面我談一下，我競聘英語教師的幾個優勢和條件：
1.有良好的師德
我為人處事的原則是：老老實實做人，認認真真工作，開開心心生活。自己一貫注重個人品德素質的培養，努力做到尊重領導，團結同志，工作負責，辦事公道，不計較個人得失，對工作對同志有公心，愛心，平常心和寬容心。自從參加工作以來，我首先在師德上嚴格要求自己，要做一個合格的人民教師！認真學習和領會上級教育主管部門的檔案精神，與時俱進，愛崗敬業，為人師表，熱愛學生，尊重學生，爭取讓每個學生都能享受到最好的教育，都能有不同程度的發展。
2.有較高的專業水平
我從淄博師專數學系畢業後曾到山東師範大學進修英語教學培訓，系統而又牢固地掌握了英語教學的專業知識。多年來始終在教學第一線致力於國小英語教學及研究，使自己的專業知識得到進一步充實、更新和擴充套件。
3.有較強的教學能力
從選擇教師這門職業的第一天起，我最大的心願就是做一名受學生歡迎的好老師，為了這個心願，我一直在不懈努力著。要求自己做到牢固掌握本學科的基本理論知識，熟悉相關學科的文化知識，不斷更新知識結構，精通業務，精心施教，把握好教學的難點重點，認真探索教學規律，鑽研教學藝術，努力形成自己的教學特色。我的教學風格和教學效果普遍受到學生的認可和歡迎。
以上所述情況，是我競聘英語教師的優勢條件，假如我有幸競聘上崗，這些優勢條件將有助於我更好的開展英語教學工作。如果我有幸競聘成功，能擔任三四年級英語教師的話，我將從以下方面開展工作。

1、勝任英語教學工作，無論在統考中還是在學校組織的各項考試中我所任教班級的英語成績都能名列前茅；先後兩次參加了安陽市組織的英語公開課比賽，並且都取得了好成績，受到同行們的好評。所以我有較強的工作能力，能夠始終保持作為教師的言行和風度，塌實教學，關愛學生，完全具備了對課堂的教學組織能力，對教材整體駕馭能力和對學生掌握知識程度的判斷分析能力。
2、勝任班主任工作，本人一直以來就擔任班主任工作，從末間斷，在班級管理方面取得了一定的成績，多次被評為優秀班主任，我所擔任的班級也被評為了文明班集體。

如果我能夠競聘上這個崗位，我打算從以下幾個方面改進自已的教學工作，提高自已的教學水平。
a、更加科學規範地做好日常教學工作，認真落實教學常規工作，確保教學質量穩中有升。做一個學習型的教師。在工作中不斷完善自我，充實自我；拓寬自己的知識面，早日使自己的教學再上一個新的臺階。
b、順應教學改革方向，積極參加教學改革，做教育教學的有心人。以人為本，因材施教，根據不同學生的不同特點，採取不同的教學方法；關注全體，關注差異，教他們學會學習，學會做人。根據英語學科的特點，我打算開展“任務型教學”實驗活動，把學習者個人的生活經歷作為課堂學習的主要資源，力圖將課堂內的語言學習與課堂外的語言活動結合起來。每上一節課，我會突出“八個抓八個不”：
一、抓聽講集中，不能過於鬆散無束；
二、抓討論合作的效果，不能流於教學形式；
三、抓發言與質量，不能讓課堂死氣沉沉；
四、抓作業書寫規範與作業按時完成，不能輕易放縱學生；
五、抓自學指導與訓練，不能讓學生連讀書都不會；
六、抓教學難點與重點，不能使教學走過程；
七、抓有意注意和無意注意，不能過張或過馳；
八、抓暫差生輔導與補差，結合學生自身實際情況做到因材施教，不能讓他們失去學習的興趣。
c、結合英語學科特點和學生實際情況，配合學校的校本教研，設計並開展豐富多采的英語實踐活動，進一步拓展學生的視野，培養學生各方面能力。
d、加強個人修養，練好基本功。進一步樹立自已強烈的事業心和責任感，加強自已的工作能力和工作藝術，顧全大局，維護學校良好形象，努力調動學生的學習積極性，提高教學質量，力爭在教學中體現實力，在工作中保持動力，在學生和老師的交往中凝聚合力。
我有信心有決心搞好英語教學工作，為教育事業奉獻自已的一份光和熱。如果組織上需要我做其它工作，不管這份工作是否高低貴賤輕重多寡，我都會忠於職守，嚴於律已，夯實基礎，鑽研業務，團結協作，虛心向老教師取經，向老教師求教，與時俱進，把服務學生服務老師的工作做好，牢牢堅守在自已的崗位上，做一顆永不生繡的螺絲釘。

When people move into a new place, they often cut down trees or pull out many wild plants to make farmland. They don’t know that trees can stop flood and wind from washing or blowing the earth away, and that many of these wild plants are food for some wild animals. If the animals can’t find enough plants to eat, they will die or have to leave the place.
In one part of the United States, for example, the deer there like to eat a kind of wild flowers. The mountain tigers there eat the deer. But people killed many mountain tigers to protect the deer. soon there were so many deer that the ate up all the wild flowers. Then the deer began to eat the green leaves of the young trees the farmers thought of ways to protect their trees, then the deer had nothing to eat and many of them died.

My school is near a small lake. It is very beautiful. I like my school very much.
We have a high teaching building and it is big and clean. Our classroom is on the fifth floor. The computer rooms are on the third floor. We have computer classes there. With the development of our society， energy in the world bees more and morelimited， so it is quite important for us to save energy and to protect ourenvironment。 As a student， there are a lot of methods we can do to save energyat home。 For example， first， we can turn off the light as well as otherappliances when we are not using them。 Second， recycle the waste water， paperand other waste so that we can reuse them。 What's more， it is suggested to usepublic transportation more instead of private cars。
Above all， everyone can make a great contribution to our environment。 Ihope I can learn more to develop new and clear energy， like energy from the windand solar。
