My first impression of this story was from screen.
It's long long ago, maybe before I can read english books. I don't remember which movie edition I had seen. But I was impressed by the music, the scenery and the costume. I was very favor of a section of music in its balls. It's pretty brisk, liked a wonderful song of a bird. Regarding to the characters, I liked Elizabeth, the heroine,though I didn't think she's beautiful. But she's smart. However, I didn't pay much attention to the plot. I thought it's so long that it made me impatient and bored. By now, I haven't read the whole story in English or its Chinese version, either. I owe it to my prejudice.
In fact, I didn't understand the story at that time. I didn't know why it called Pride and Prejudice. Of course someone was pride, but I didn't find where' s the prejudice. I thought it's normal, the way people treated each other in that. I considered prejudice would be very disgusting. But to the movie everthing was OK in my minds, except its length. Now, I think I have understood more about it. I'm a prejudiced person so I can't find where's wrong. I merely like to do the things I like. 作為一個國小教英語教師，我深深感受到自己需要學習的知識和經驗還很多很多。教學的期刊，書籍有很多，而且眾說紛紜。但是，所有的實踐和經驗都要在課程標準的指導之下。正好這學期我所讀的本學科書目是《國小英語課程標準》好好學習了一下新課程標準，我有以下幾點體會：
一、更加面向全體學生
面向全體學生，注重素質教育是國家義務教育階段的基本要求，教師面對的不僅是一個個學生的個體，而是群體。每個學生的智力水平和情感因素又各不相同，教師的教學理念、教學目標和教學內容的設計和實施都必須面向全體學生。不能跟著學習最快的學生的節奏，而是綜合考慮到全班學生的學習水平。
二、要創設自主、合作、探究的學習方式
《英語課程標準》提出：“讓學生在教師的指導下，通過感知、體驗、實踐、參與、合作等方式，實現教學目標，感受成功。”它所強調的是教學過程是師生交往、共同發展互動過程。教師在教授學生英語知識的同時，更加需要培養的是是學生自主學習的能力，要讓學生能夠學會獨立學習。教學，教的不是知識，而是教學生會學習，並使其過程更多地成為學生髮現問題、提出問題、分析問題和解決問題的過程。
三、更加以學生為主體的情境教學方式
在國小英語教學中，興趣、情境、活動是三個非常重要的因素。興趣是學習英語的動力，活動是提高國小生英語運用能力的主要途徑。教師要保持學生學習的興趣，就必須精神設計教學活動，並使活動情境化。設計和組織教學活動是一項創造性的勞動，有了情境，各種活動就有了依託，活動就會生活化、趣味化和真實化。
四、培養學生的綜合能力，三維要求為一體
教師傳授英語的過程，是學生增長知識、掌握技能、學習文化、提高語言運用能力的過程，也是他們豐富情感、陶冶情操、展開聯想、進行創造性思維的過程。因此在課堂上要培養學生的創新精神和實踐能力；抓好語言技能訓練，促進學生綜合語言運用能力的發展；培養學生的觀察、思維及想象力；注重營造生動的理念，活潑的課堂。
五、要有多樣化的教學評價方式
教學評價是教學活動不可或缺的一個組成部分。評價主要是為了瞭解學生的學習發展，檢查英語教學是否達到教學目標，揭示英語教學過程的價值和效果，進一步調整和改進教學方法，促進每一個學生的發展，提高教學質量。在倡導發展性評價的同時，我們要充分體現在教學評價中的人文性、過程性、開放性、激勵性和多元性。
新課標對教師提出了新的要求，既有知識結構、教育方式等方面的更新，又有對教學目的和對學生評價方式的調整，其核心便是教育對“學生主體”的尊重，正是這些話語，讓我又一次開始深思和探索，關注每位學生的身心健康發展，爭取給每位學生的英語學習帶來新鮮的色彩。
多讀書，為自己充電，補充能源。首先按照學校安排，根據自己的學科特點，認真閱讀了《英語課程標準》。
翻開目錄，這本書從課程性質到課程基本理念，再到課程設計思路，還有課程目標，分級標準，實施建議，更有一些與學科相關的附錄內容，供我們學習和參考。從巨集觀到具體，很詳細的為我們做了介紹。
總所周知，英語是全球使用最廣泛的語言之一，是國際交往和科技、文化交流的重要工具。所以我國為提高整體國民素質，從義務教育階段開設英語課。
根據書中所講，義務教育階段英語課程的總目標是：通過英語學習使學生形成初步的綜合語言運用能力，促進心智發展，提高綜合人文素養。書中多次提到“綜合語言運用能力”，通過讀這本書，我瞭解到，綜合語言運用能力要建立在語言技能、語言知識、情感態度、學習策略和文化意識等方面。
針對以上五個方面，我仔細反思了我的日常教學，我認為我在平時英語教學中，重視了對語言，技能的培養，即：聽、說、讀、寫。在教學實際中，我們經常通過“我說英語，你說漢語”、“你說英語，我說漢語”以及“大小聲”、“看口型”等遊戲練習環節，鍛鍊和培養孩子的聽、說能力。又經常開火車、排排讀、列列讀、個別讀、齊讀等方式培養學生的讀的能力。寫的方面除了通過抄寫單詞和句子之外，還有課前5分鐘聽寫環節，鍛鍊孩子的書寫能力。
對於語言知識方面，也在教學設計中，設計了許多環節滲透了語音、詞彙、語法、功能、話題等內容。三四年級重點培養了學生的語音和詞彙能力，四五年級開始涉及語法、功能和話題能力的培養。而對於文化意識、情感態度和學習策略，重視與實施較少，因為每週課時較短，因此受到了一定的限制。
因此，我們要在以後的教學過程中，注意協調這五個方面，除了繼續重視語言技能和語言知識的培養，但是也要繼續創新和強化，還要多加設計文化意識、情感態度、學習策略的環節，例如，可以通過讓學生蒐集一些關於外國文化的知識，對比國內的傳統文化，這樣既可以拓展學生的文化知識，以及對文化的理解，還可以激發他們的興趣，發展合作交流討論的能力，更可以培養愛國意識和拓寬國際視野。
還可以經常組織孩子交流學習英語的經驗和方法，組織各種展示和表演機會，之後總結經驗，這樣做就能注意涉及培養學生的交際和認知、調控、分享能力。
就像書中給我們的教學建議，我們的課堂要為每個學生學習英語奠定基礎；注重培養語言運用能力；加強學習策略指導，培養自主學習能力；培養跨文化交際意識；拓展學習途徑。這就要求我們還要不斷的提高專業水平，以適應英語課程標準對我們提出的要求。
不斷的學習、不斷的反思、不斷的總結，才能創造不斷的進步。我相信，只要做了，就能做到。
英語是高中階段外語教育的主要語種，高中階段的外語教育是培養公民外語素質的重要過程，它既要滿足學生心智和情感態度的發展需求以及高中畢業生就業、升學和對未來生存發展的需要，同時還要滿足國家的經濟建設和科技發展對人才培養的需求。普通高中英語課程標準就是在這樣的精神和要求下制定出來的。
仔細讀了《普通高中英語課程標準》，不難發現本次高中課程改革在理念上，課程設計上，課程內容上，教學方式上和教材編寫都比原來有了很大的變化，突出了新課程“新”的特點。
首先是教材的變化。新教材具有靈活性和可選擇性的特點。巨集觀上，目前有多種教材可供教師和學生選擇；微觀上，一套教材的組成部分也具有可選擇性，教材的具體內容也是可選擇的。這樣教師可以對教材進行適當的調整和取捨。本次編寫的教材使用真實、地道的當代英語語言材料，教材中所選語言材料力求做到符合學生的生活實際、認知水平和知識水平。而教材所設計的教學是以活動為主要呈現形式。教材中設計的活動以意義的理解和表達為主要目的；儘可能避免直接呈現語言知識和語言素材的編排方式。避免過於機械的語言操練活動。給學生提供了真實表達的機會。此外，本次改革注重中外文化的比較和交流，培養學生跨文化交際的意識和能力。多數教材都能以適當的方式向學生介紹外國文化並引導學生對中外文化進行比較。有利於學生對學習過程和結果進行自我評價。最後，教材以適當的形式幫助學生了解自己的學習情況，監控學習結果。
隨著新課程改革所編寫的教材的改編和教學理念的改變，我們在日常教學中採用的教學方式也應該隨之改變。高中英語新課程提倡以下教學方式：多數課堂活動以學生為主體，而不是以教師為主體；多數時間裡，不是教師講解、學生傾聽的過程，而是教師與學生之間、學生與學生之間的互動過程；教師不是直截了當地把知識告訴學生，而是引導學生自己去發現知識；學生不是機械地記憶知識，而是運用所學英語語言知識去做一些具體的事情；學生不是整齊劃一地按教師的要求做同樣的事情，而是根據自己的學習需要、按自己的學生方式實現學習目標。我想，要認真貫徹新課標的精神，就要從最基本的課堂做起，努力轉變教學理念，讓學生成為課堂的主人，發揮學生的主觀能動性，轉教為主動學。
《普通高中英語課程標準》是高中英語教學的又一次歷史性的變革，為我們日後的高中英語課堂教學指明瞭方向。在今後的教學當中，我會努力貫徹新課標的精神，並把它落實到教學當中。
我是一名國小英語教師，通過這次對新課程標準的學習，明白了《英語新課程標準》國小階段英語課程的總目標，同時還明白新課程標準在教學理念、課程目標、教學內容、教學手段、策略與評價等方面有了新的改革與創新，體現了我國教育教學與時代的發展新趨勢和英語學科的特點，讀《國小英語新課標》心得體會。此次學習使我受益匪淺，對國小英語教學有了更深刻的理解和認識。一句話，順應教育改革發展潮流，當一名合格的國小英語教師。達到教書育人的目的。
反覆學習新課程標準理念，深刻領會英語課程的要求。我們要學習把握新課程標準的理念，目標和內容。國小英語教學屬於英語啟蒙教育，學生通過聽、說、動唱、玩具備一定的語言基礎。並獲得初步的聽說能力和一定的語感。基於國小生的心理特點，以及新課標的要求，國小英語教學應該以提高興趣為主。
一、激發學生學習英語的興趣
興趣是最好的老師，學生只有對英語有濃厚的興趣才會願意學，要讓學生有興趣，我們首先得讓學生感到英語易學，其次讓學生樂學，最後培養學生的自學能力，培養他們對英語學習的積極態度。使他們建立初步的學習英語的自信心。
二、教學方式
依據新課標的要求，新教材的教學必須根據國小生的學習特點，建立以活動課為主的教學模式。重點培養學生用語言進行交流的能力。採用聽、說、唱、玩、演的方式對於零起點的農村的學生來說，我認為要儘可能讓他們多聽地道的英語，語言介紹宜採用先輸入後輸出的方式。
即儘可能讓學生多聽，運用聽覺記憶，使他們用第一語言做出反應，在課堂實際教學中如何進行操作呢？例如，教文具單詞時，以前教師大部分採用這樣的方法：Look at the picture and read after
me。出示圖片，學生跟讀。現在新教材要求在Just listen這一步時教師出示圖片，反覆示範發音，讓學生靜聽，使他們處在聽覺記憶的過程中，然後可以把圖片朝下，打亂順序，由教師本人抽出一張，做猜謎遊戲，教師問：Pencil？ Is it a pencil？學生只要回答Yes或No即可，這一步學生仍然是聽，並用第一語言作出反應。
即學生在聽的過程中指一指，找一找，做出相應的動作，這一階段他們運用的是形體或運動記憶，心得體會《讀《國小英語新課標》心得體會》如Listen and point/colour/number/circle/check。也就是教師發指令，學生動一動，例如在教數字時，教師快速報數字，學生做出手勢，再把數字卡片發給學生，按照老師的口令排順序，我們還可以設計這樣的遊戲：在教室前放幾把椅子，讓手持數字卡片的學生坐在椅子上，教師報出兩個數字，手持這兩個數字的學生儘快更換位置，教師也可參與進去搶座位，這樣，形體記憶在這一階段得到發揮。
即學生先聽再重複，這時他們運用的是短期記憶，也就是跟讀學說的過程，如在教對話時，教師放錄音學生邊聽邊看，繼續放錄音，學生聽替換進對話裡的新單詞，邊聽，邊說，就屬於這一過程，在教句型時，由於不講語法，我們可以教學生唱語法歌，教材中配有相應的語法歌。
在這一階段學生能夠開始用英語說話，這時他們運用的是長時記憶，他們可以用英語選擇他們會說的，每個學生都會有成功的愉悅。例如，教食物bread，ice—cream…和句型I like …，I don’t like…可採用開放式教學，讓他們自由選擇所知道的食物來說出喜歡吃的和不喜歡吃的，有的學生就會說出，sandwish，salad…這樣能使學生感到成功增加他們的自信心。
在這一階段學生能說出他們所學的內容，甚至能脫口而出，這是長期記憶起著作用。在這一步中，可讓學生表演，自由對話，複述故事，同時教師不必急於糾正學生語言表現中的錯誤，要讓學生有安全感，並積極主動地學習外語。鼓勵學生積極參與，大膽表達使學生從動腦、動口、積極思維參與教學活動。如低年級學生可靈活處理教材內容，將其編成兒歌、童謠。課堂中多采用遊戲教學法，加上教師靈活親切的身體語言，使得課堂豐富多彩、輕鬆活躍。培養學生能在圖片、手勢的幫助下，聽懂語速較慢的話語或錄音材料。
三、創設情景
用自己充滿激情的表情和動作去感染學生，讓學生積極的參與到學習中來。變被動學習為主動學習，創設情景，相互交流，啟發學習動機，樹立學習信心。直觀情景教學是國小英語教學之中一種很重要的教學技巧。教師要充分利用教科書中的課文來創設情景，如打電話、購物、生日聚會、旅遊、問路等。為學生提供使用英語進行交流的機會。
通過新課標的學習，我們迎接了新理念新考驗新挑戰。我們只要大膽運用新理念、新方法到課堂實踐中。努力落實新課標。就會探出一條用好新教材的新路子。
