4s店客服年度總結

下面對我這一段時間的工作情況做如下彙報：

一、 通過學習和積累對…和…所從事的事業認識加深

…進步越快、所做的事情越多，為國家、社會貢獻的力量就越大。這是我的一些理解。我來自一個偏遠的農村，深知我們服務物件——“農民工”的勞動環境的惡劣和生活的艱辛，而中國社會正缺乏組織尤其是企業為這個廣大的群體提供幫助，為他們謀福利。通過在...的工作和學習，我深刻的認識到我們從事的是一個多麼高尚的事業!

或許一開始直到現在我們都不能得到足夠的認同和理解，我們取得的成績也不足以讓我們驕傲。然而，我們正欣喜地看到，越來越多的有志於為農民工服務的青年已經加入到我們的行列中來，我們做的許多事情也得到了政府的認可和越來越多機構——尤其是廣大農民工的支援和理解，我為能從事這樣一份事業而驕傲。

當然，…作為一個發展中的企業還有諸多的不完善;制度不健全，市場開拓能力和部門協調能力的不足仍舊困擾著我們，離目標團隊的建設還有一定的距離。我們需要進行革新甚至革命來改善自身，這也許要付出很大的代價，需要勇氣。

二、 認真學習崗位職能，工作能力進一步提高

在策劃部和商務部期間，我主要從事了會議期間媒體接待、髮卡、發海報和網站調整意見整理等工作，工作中一直保持了很高的熱情，也得到很多夥伴的鼓勵和幫助，取得了一定的成果，論壇後參會媒體競相給予了報道;髮卡過程中通過深入接觸農民工，對我們所服務的物件有了更深刻的理解和認知，總結了一些方法並盡我所能的宣傳了“…”品牌;在網站意見整理過程中，和很多同事進行了交流和探討，對公司有了更深入的瞭解，提了一些不夠成熟的建議，為現在的工作打下了一些基礎，從中悟到了許多方法和道理。

當然我也認識到自身存在的許多不足;活動策劃經驗欠缺、計算機水平差、做一些事情考慮不周等，因此我業餘時間正在閱讀大量的書籍，聽許多講座，並不斷的自我反省以求進步，工作方法有所改進，能力得到提高。路遙方知馬力，歲寒可見後凋——相信通過不斷的調整和學習，我能更加勝任未來的工作，得到足夠的認可和理解;我也會努力改進，爭取在適當的時候提出一些較為成熟的方案，為公司發展建設添磚加瓦。

xx年對於…和我個人都是十分關鍵的一年。我將努力克服自身的不足，提高綜合素質，以更加飽滿的熱情投入到工作中來。我堅信“…”這面和諧的旗幟一定會高高飄揚於祖國的大江南北，期待著有所作為，期待著和…一起躍上潮頭!

從事客服工作已接近七年，在七個春秋冬夏的輪迴交替中寫了好多次總結了吧，感覺總結就象是一個驛站，可以靜下心來梳理疲憊的心情，燃燒美好的希望，為下一段行程養精畜銳。不管客服工作是多麼的平凡，但是總能不斷地接受各種挑戰，不斷地去尋找工作的意義和價值，而且總在不斷地告誡自己：做自己值得去做的事情，走自己的路，讓別人去說吧。 以下是我的個人工作總結報告：

對於一個客服代表來說，做客服工作的感受就象是一個學會了吃辣椒的人，整個過程感受最多的只有一個字：辣。如果到有一天你已經習慣了這種味道，不再被這種味道嗆得咳嗽或是摸鼻涕流眼淚的時候就說明你已經是一個非常有經驗的老員工了。我是從一線員工上來的，所以深諳這種味道。作為一個班長，在接近兩年的班長工作中，我就一直在不斷地探索，企圖能夠找到另外一種味道，能夠化解和消融前臺因使用者所產生的這種“辣”味，這就是話務員情緒管理。畢竟大多數的人需要對自己的情緒進行管理、控制和調節。

在每一個新員工上線之前，我會告訴她們，一個優秀的客服代表，僅有熟練的業務知識和高超的服務技巧還不夠，要嘗試著在以下兩點的基礎上不斷地完善作為一個客服代表的職業心理素質，要學會把枯燥和單調的工作做得有聲有色，學會把工作當成是一種享受。首先，對於使用者要以誠相待，當成親人或是朋友，真心為使用者提供切實有效地諮詢和幫助，這是愉快工作的前提之一。然後，在為使用者提供諮詢時要認真傾聽使用者的問題而不是去關注使用者的態度，這樣才會保持冷靜，細細為之分析引導，熄滅使用者情緒上的怒火，防止因服務態度問題火上燒油引起使用者更大的投訴。

另外，在平常的話務管理中，我一直在人性化管理與制度化管理這兩種管理模式之間尋找一種平衡。為了防止員工因違反規章制度而受到處罰時情緒波動，影響服務態度，一種比較有效的處理方式是在處罰前找員工溝通，最好的方式是推己及人，感覺自己就是在錯誤中不斷成長起來的，一個人只要用一定的心胸和氣魄勇敢面對和承擔自己因錯誤而帶來的後果，就沒有過不去的關。俗語云：知錯能改，善莫大焉。所以沒有必要為自己所範下的錯誤長久的消沉和逃避，“風物長宜放眼量”，於工作於生活，這都是最理性的選擇，同時這也是處理與員工關係最好的一種潤滑劑，唯有這樣，才會消除與前臺的隔閡，營造一種輕鬆的氛圍，穩定員工情緒及保持良好的服務態度。

當然，在不斷地將自己以上的經驗和想法得以實施並取得一定成效的同時，我們在這個舉足輕重的位置上，更象是一顆螺絲釘，同本部門的前臺、後臺、組長、質檢及部門經理之間作著有效的配合，同時也與其它各組或各部門之間作著較為和諧的溝通和交流，將話務管理工作進行得有條不紊。在我儘自己最大的努力去做好份內事情的過程當中，對團隊二字型會特別。

2. Conscientiously study post function and improve working ability

Of course I realize that there are many shortcomings of my own existence; Event planning experience, computer level difference, do something thoughtless, etc., so I was reading in my spare time a lot of books, listen to many lectures, and self-examination in order to progress ceaselessly, improve work methods, ability was improved.
