Nature--Overpopulation
What is nature? It's everything that exists in the world independently of people, such as pants and animals, earth and rocks, and the weather.
Now more and more people are focusing on the nature. It is no doubt that the nature is important to every human being. No nature, no life. Because of the supplies of the nature, we have lived happily for a long time. And we started to gain every thing available from the nature. And this lasted so long a time. Today, people have discovered that the nature around is getting worse and worse.
What is threatening the nature? Air and water pollution, overharvesting of plant and animal species, overpopulation and so on. Overpopulation is the biggest source of pollution. Let's take overpopulation as an example.
What does overpopulation feel like? When we move slowly through the city in a tazi. When we enter a crowded slum district. When the temperature is high and when the air is thick with dust and smoke. The streets are crowded with people. The streets seem alive with people. People eating. People washing. People talking. People sleeping. People visiting each other, arguing and screaming. People relieving themselves. People pushing their hands through the taxi windows, begging. People leading animals. People, people, people, people. As we drive slowly through the crowd, sounding the taxi's horn, the dust, heat, noise and cooking fires made it like a scene from hell! I admit, frightening.
To the nature, overpopulation is a big problem. More people, more pollution. And the big population is threatening the nature every second.
The rapid rise in world population is not creating problems only for the developing countries. The whole world faces the problem that raw materials are being used up at an increasing rate and food production can not keep up with the population increase. People in rich countries make the heaviest demands on the world's resources, its food, fuel and land, and cause the most pollution. A baby born in the United States will use in his lifetime 30 times more of the world's resources than a baby born in India. Unless all the countries of the world take united action to deal with the population explosion there will be more and more people fighting for a share of less and less land, food and fuel, and the future will bring poverty, misery and war to us all.
For most of the developing countries, it is a good idea to control the population growth. For example, China has carried out birth control for years. And this plan has a great effect on the world population.
If the population continues to increase, if the air and water continue to be polluted, if we don't do something to protect wild-plant and wildlife species will be declining. Species and biological communities have difficulty adapting to change. Economic opportunities and the quality of life of future generations are also put at risk. By protecting nature, we protect ourselves.
Let's unite together, hand in hand we stand all across the land.
We can make this world in which to live. Hand in hand. Control the population growth. Take good care of our nature.

I feel it a great honor to have a chance to give a speech here, talking about the haze weather, which causes lots of bad effects on our health and life. We breathe polluted air, making us suffer from lung and liver diseases. Besides, because of it, the flights have to be canceled. All kind of transports may run into each other, resulting in much damages and lots of injuries.
我很榮幸能有機會在這裡做演講，和大家談談這給我們健康和生活帶來不好影響的灰霾天氣。我們呼吸這被汙染過的空氣，讓我們遭受肺、肝疾病。另外，由於這天氣，航班被迫取消。各種交通工具相撞在一起，造成很大的毀滅和傷害。
As far as I am concerned, it is high time that we did something. As individuals, we should ride the underground or buses instead of cars to reduce carbon dioxide. As government, more measures should be taken by carrying out the related law on pollution.

Environmental problems are becoming more and more serious all over theworld. For example, cars have made the air unhealthy for people to breathe andpoisonous gas is given off by factories. Trees on the hills have been cut downand waste water is being poured continuously into hermore, whereverwe go today, we can find rubbish carelessly disposed. Pollution is, in fact,threatening our existence.

The earth is our home and we have the duty to take care of it for ourselvesand for our later generations. Fortunately, more and more people have realizedthese problems. Measures have been taken to cope with these problems by thegovernment. Laws have been passed to stop pollution. I hope the problem will besolved in the near future and our home will become better and better.

We live in the world every day. We eat food, drink water, wear clothes, watch TV, use computers and so on. We are producing waste every moment.
Generally speaking, there are four sorts of waste. They are material waste, organic waste, inorganic waste and poisonous & harmful waste. Now, we are going to talk about each sort of waste one by one.
Material waste: it means the waste of substance or things from which something else can be made. For example, people throw away the used metal products and buy a new one, so the old metal waste accumulates. At last, they become waste. For example, when people finish reading newspaper, the paper will become waste. When the glass is broken, it also becomes waste. Nobody wants to use a broken window or drink with a broken glass or wear a pair of broken glasses. Once it is broken, it becomes waste. The rate of using plastics is increasing day by day. People use plastic bags because they are convenient. When they get home, they throw the plastics way, paying no attention to the environment. The more convenience plastics brings to us, the more plastic waste is produced. This is called “white pollution” as most plastics are white. Some of our products we use every day are made of rubber, just like the tyres and the bottom part of our shoes. It’s true that rubber plays an important role in our life. However, it also brings us some trouble when it has been used for a long time and becomes old. The old tyres become waste because it can’t break down by nature. This is really a big problem.
It’s our duty to protect our environment. More and more people ride bikeswhen they go out nowadays. It’s helpful to keep the air clean.
I usually ride to school. I only take a bus on a rainy day. On my bicycle Ican breathe the fresh air and do some exercise to keep healthy. On the otherhand, I can keep away from the traffic jam and make sure I can arrive at schoolon time. To my joy, I can also do a bit for keep the air clean by riding abicycle.

When I was young,I always dreamed that I lived in a beautiful country. There were many flowers and trees around our counld hear the birds singing and see the children dancing. The streets were clear and the the air was very fresh! How nice it was!But that only was a dream of mine!How I wish that it would be come true! So I think we should do something to protect our environment. Everyone should make a contribution to protect the environment.
Taking care of our environment is very ever you live,you can do something around your neighbourhood.
Have you ever thrown any litter onto the ground?Have you ever drawn pictures on public walls?Have you ever spat in a public place?Have you ever cut down trees?If your answers are "No",it means that you have already helped protect our environment.
It is our duty to keep our envionment clean and tidy. You might ask yourself,"Have I ever picked up some rubbish and thrown it into a dustbin?Have I ever collected waste paper or bottles for recycling?Have I ever planted any trees or flowers in or near my neighbourhood?"If your answers are"Yes",it means that you have already done something useful to improve the environment.

Society produces a lot of rubbish， such as leftover food， waste paper，plastic bottles and batteries every day。 It has bee a big headache in everycity。 How to solve this problem? I think rubbish classification is a good way ofdealing with it。
Firstly， rubbish classification can reduce the amount of rubbish and therubbish pollution to the environment。 What is more， it can recycle resources，which will do good to our environmental protection。
Since rubbish classification has so many advantages， our government shouldtake effective measures and immediate actions。 Different dustbins should beplaced in public places so that residents can leave their sorted rubbish inthem。
社會產生了很多的垃圾，如吃剩的食物，每一天廢紙，塑料瓶和電池。它已成為每個城市頭疼。如何解決這個問題?我認為垃圾分類是一個很好的處理方式。

For example, we can go toschool by bike or walk, it can exercise. If you have time can use less elevator,many climb stairs. We can not only physical exercise, but also to protect ourenvironment.
It is very important to deal with the rubbish in cities. Rubbish must bethrown away or reused properly. Or it may cause a lot of problems. It maypollute the air and water. People may get ill when they breathe the polluted airor drink the polluted water.
Our city has started to face the problem. Some rubbish is sorted and sentto a certain place e gas is cleaned before it goes into the air. Wastewater is also cleaned before it is poured into rivers.
People should be prevented from throwing rubbish everywhere. We should tryour best to take care of our environment and fight against pollution.
We have only one earth. But now,the environment becomes worse and worse.
As you know,there's no enough clean water for people. So many of them lose their lives because of water. In a lot of countries, people have to cut trees for living. So there's nothing to keep water from running away. Also we have polluted the land, the river and the air. So we have to face more and more floods and droughts .
It's time that we must do something useful to protect our environment. We can plant trees and take good care of them. We can save the water and ask our parents to do so. We can't throw any litter onto the ground and we should collect them for recycling.
If we take good care of our earth today,it will be more beautiful tomorrow.
The resources of the earth are limited. We should cherish and cherish theseresources. So we're going to do garbage sorting, and reuse the availableresources again.
At home, remind everybody garbage classification, water bottles, cans, suchas waste paper packed together to sell, resources recycling, and made money, thewaste batteries, cartridges, etc in the recycling bins. In school, you can reuseand reuse garbage, put in two different trash cans, one is recyclable and one isunrecyclable. Learn from your classmates and discuss ways to classify the suburbs, we will use two bags to classify garbage, pick up the garbagethat we see and classify it, so that it is the best young pioneers. This allowsyou to easily categorize.

Although the world develops much faster and better, the resources on theearth get fewer and fewer. In order to protect them,something must be done.

Save water. Water is the source of life. No water, no life. So it's veryimportant for us to do only should we protect drinking water and stoppolluting it, but also make full use of it.
