大學的我們渴望收穫才華，學富五車。我們渴望搏擊資訊大潮，收穫才能，引領IT走向。胡適先生說過：“學問是鑄器的工具，放棄了學問，便摧毀了自己。”然而，我們校園中出現有背於學校主流文化的現象，卻不由得讓我們重新進行了思考。我們的學生是否還懷有拼搏、收穫的心，對待生活。

在課堂上沉浸在電腦世界、手機世界裡的同學們，我們是否想過我們每天收穫了什麼?

在校園的幽僻處，總有幾個‘人約黃昏後’，動情處他們竟會旁若無人。我們那樣就不覺得慚愧嗎?

此外，在宿舍裡的‘騰雲駕霧’，‘快活似神仙’，考場中的照抄作弊，熄燈後的大呼小叫。作為中跨世紀新一代青年就是我們這樣嗎?

我們可知道這樣做對自己、對同學、對學校有多大的影響。斷送了自己的學業，剝奪了同學學習的機會，影響了學校的學風建設。現在的社會是一個競爭的社會，沒有過硬的本領，沒有豐富的知識，是無法在社會上立足的。

dear classmates,

every one of us, rich or poor, should at least have one or two good friends. my friends will listen to me when i want to speak, will wipe my eyes when i cry, will take care of me when i am sick, and my friends will go together with me side by side through this journey of life.

as students, we could share more time with our friends. the friendship in our young hearts is pure, fresh and simple. i often feel very lucky to have a lot of good friends. especially when i had justin as one of my best friends. justin was my english teacher from the usa. i met him in 1996 when i was a student who could only speak very little english. justin was a vivid young man with a bright smile on his face, and he always had his special way to make the class active and attractive. he taught us english by telling stories, playing games, singing songs, and even dancing. i could still remember very clearly that one afternoon when we fin-ished our class, we went to some other classes to sing songs for them, just like what people do in the states on christmas eve. it was so interesting and unforgettable. justin was an excellent teacher, because he taught us not only how to study english well, but also the way to find out the beauty of the world and the way to be angels to others' lives. i know there was friendship and pure love in our hearts. facing this valuable emotion neither nationality nor age was important, the real importance lay in faith, under-standing, and care. justin is the best friend i have ever had, and i know i will cherish those days of staying together with him as the best part of my memory.

friendship is a kind of treasure in our lives. it is actually like a bottle of wine, the longer it is kept, the sweeter it will be. it is also like a cup of tea. when we are thirsty, it will be our best choice, but when we have enough time to enjoy ourselves, it is also the most fragrant drink.

however, in this fast-developing modern society, the reality is not that. more and more people forget to enjoy the beauty of life and -the beauty of friendship. they work hard in order to gain a higher position, in the society and to earn more money for their work. of course, we don't deny that it is important to find a bet-ter place in our lives, but we wish more and more people could pay a little more attention to themselves and their friends. all of us have to spare some time for personal lives. we have to find the chance to express our emotion and love. when staying with our friends, we can release ourselves completely. we can do whatever we want, we can laugh together, talk together, and even cry to-gether. i should say that being together with our best friends is the most wonderful moment of our lives.

as we know, we would feel lonely if we didn't even have a friend. but it doesn't mean we could depend on our friends all the time. there is a famous motto saying that “a friend is like a quilt with cotton wadding, but the real thing that keeps you warm is your own temperature.” it is really true. we have to work hard together with our friends, encourage each other and help each other. when we receive love and friendship, we should repay as much as we can.

finally, let's pray together now that one day, all of us could find the person we want to find, and could enjoy a real beautiful friendship in our lives. let's pray the flower of friendship be-tween our friends and us would always bloom brightly in our hearts.

i have a dream

i am happy to join with you today in what will go down in history as the greatest demonstration for freedom in the history of our nation.

five score years ago, a great american, in whose symbolic shadow we stand today, signed the emancipation proclamation. this momentous decree came as a great beacon light of hope to millions of negro slaves who had been seared in the flames of withering injustice. it came as a joyous daybreak to end the long night of their captivity.

but one hundred years later, the negro still is not free. one hundred years later, the life of the negro is still sadly crippled by the manacles of segregation and the chains of discrimination. one hundred years later, the negro lives on a lonely island of poverty in the midst of a vast ocean of material prosperity. one hundred years later, the negro is still languished in the corners of american society and finds himself an exile in his own land. and so we've come here today to dramatize a shameful condition.

in a sense we've come to our nation's capital to cash a check. when the architects of our republic wrote the magnificent words of the constitution and the declaration of independence, they were signing a promissory note to which every american was to fall heir. this note was a promise that all men, yes, black men as well as white men, would be guaranteed the "unalienable rights" of "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness." it is obvious today that america has defaulted on this promissory note, insofar as her citizens of color are concerned. instead of honoring this sacred obligation, america has given the negro people a bad check, a check which has come back marked "insufficient funds."

but we refuse to believe that the bank of justice is bankrupt. we refuse to believe that there are insufficient funds in the great vaults of opportunity of this nation. and so, we've come to cash this check, a check that will give us upon demand the riches of freedom and the security of justice.

we have also come to this hallowed spot to remind america of the fierce urgency of now. this is no time to engage in the luxury of cooling off or to take the tranquilizing drug of gradualism. now is the time to make real the promises of democracy. now is the time to rise from the dark and desolate valley of segregation to the sunlit path of racial justice. now is the time to lift our nation from the quicksands of racial injustice to the solid rock of brotherhood. now is the time to make justice a reality for all of god's children.

it would be fatal for the nation to overlook the urgency of the moment. this sweltering summer of the negro's legitimate discontent will not pauntil there is an invigorating autumn of freedom and equality. nineteen sixty-three is not an end, but a beginning. and those who hope that the negro needed to blow off steam and will now be content will have a rude awakening if the nation returns to busineas usual. and there will be neither rest nor tranquility in america until the negro is granted his citizenship rights. the whirlwinds of revolt will continue to shake the foundations of our nation until the bright day of justice emerges.

but there is something that i must say to my people, who stand on the warm threshold which leads into the palace of justice: in the proceof gaining our rightful place, we must not be guilty of wrongful deeds. let us not seek to satisfy our thirst for freedom by drinking from the cup of bitterneand hatred. we must forever conduct our struggle on the high plane of dignity and discipline. we must not allow our creative protest to degenerate into physical violence. again and again, we must rise to the majestic heights of meeting physical force with soul force.

the marvelous new militancy which has engulfed the negro community must not lead us to a distrust of all white people, for many of our white brothers, as evidenced by their presence here today, have come to realize that their destiny is tied up with our destiny. and they have come to realize that their freedom is inextricably bound to our freedom.

we cannot walk alone.

and as we walk, we must make the pledge that we shall always march ahead.

we cannot turn back.

there are those who are asking the devotees of civil rights, "when will you be satisfied?" we can never be satisfied as long as the negro is the victim of the unspeakable horrors of police brutality. we can never be satisfied as long as our bodies, heavy with the fatigue of travel, cannot gain lodging in the motels of the highways and the hotels of the cities. we cannot be satisfied as long as a negro in mississippi cannot vote and a negro in new york believes he has nothing for which to vote. no, no, we are not satisfied, and we will not be satisfied until "justice rolls down like waters, and righteousnelike a mighty stream.

as college students, we are adolescents at the critical turning point in our lives. we all face a fundamental choice: cynicism or faith, each will profoundly impact our future, or even the future of our country. i believe in all my fellow classmates. though we are still inexperienced and even a little bit childish. i believe that we have the courage and faith to meet any challenge and take on our responsibilities. we are preparing to assume new responsibilities and tasks, and to use the education we have received to make our world a better place. i believein our future.

大家好!我是來自興文中學的陳。今天我演講的題目是《少年向上，真善美伴我行》。

人生追求自我完善，就是為了達到真善美的境界，可是大多數人卻說不清楚所追求的真善美到底是什麼?每個人對這三個字都有不同的理解，我也有我的獨到見解，以下就是我的一些看法：

真，就是真誠待人，真誠做事。

荷爾德林說：“人類最大的業績，莫過耕耘一片真誠的土地。”相信大家都聽過劉備三顧茅廬的故事。劉備第一次去請諸葛亮出山時，諸葛亮不在，劉備只好失望而歸。不久，劉備再一次去請諸葛亮，可諸葛亮外出雲遊去了。等劉備第三次去請諸葛亮時，諸葛亮正在午睡，劉備一直在門外等到諸葛亮午睡醒來，方才說明來意。諸葛亮見劉備待人真誠，心中有志，便答應輔助劉備建立蜀漢王朝。劉備的三顧茅廬，不僅使他完成了大業，也讓後人看到了他真誠待人的一面。從這個事例中，我深深地感悟到：如果我們用真心來對待自己身邊的人，我相信他們也會真心來對待你，這樣一來，人世間就不會互相猜疑，互相欺騙。

而善，就是善良，心存善念的人往往令人感動。

三字經中的“人之初，性本善”，說的是人在剛出生時，本性都是善良的。每個人心中都有善，都會有惻隱之心。即使是那些眾人眼中十惡不赦的壞人，也會有“放下屠刀，立地成佛”的時候。究其原因，都離不開心中有善。古往今來的仁人志士，更是將推己及人的至善情懷發揮到極致。“先天下之憂而憂，後天下之樂而樂”將個人的喜怒哀樂置之於天下之後，以天下之憂為憂，因天下之樂而樂，這是一種多麼博大的胸懷，這是一種多麼極致的大善。“最美司機”吳斌的事蹟感動千家萬戶。在鐵片擊中血肉之軀後的76秒，他以美到極致的動作完成了由凶險到平安的擺渡。人們欽佩吳斌，因為這個道德與責任日漸稀薄的年代，他忍痛減速泊車的鏡頭是職業道德與敬業精神的最好說明，更是對“善”的最好詮釋，是他內心的那份善，感動著千萬顆同胞的心!

美就是心靈美，真正的美震撼人心。

別林斯基說：“美是從靈魂深處發出的。”容貌是至美的事物，但真正的美不僅要眼睛來看，更重要的是內心感受。外表之美說到底還是外在之物，而內在心靈之美才能真正意義上標之為美。就如伊麗莎白所說：“玫瑰是美的，更美的是它所包含的香味。”所以，美應是從心，從靈魂深處發出的。感動中國十大人物——何玥。“還是花樣年華，你卻悄然離開，你捐出自己，如同花朵從枝頭散落，留得滿地清香。命運如此殘酷，你卻像天使一樣飛翔，你來過，你不曾離開，你那平凡的生命最後的閃光，把人間照亮。”年僅12歲的何玥，正值青春年華的她，不幸患上腦瘤，但在得知自己的病情後，小何玥並沒有哭，她向父母提出捐獻器官的要求，把生的希望留給他人。她的堅強、她的灑脫讓我們欽佩不已。這個可愛的小天使以最美的方式為我們展示了那份真正意義上的“美”，她永遠活在我們心中，以最美的姿態活在我們心中。

一張潔白的紙，什麼也沒有，畫家卻能畫出美麗的少女，一個簡單的樂器，聰明的音樂家也會把它演繹出不朽的篇章。美麗是可以創造的，在任何條件下都可以，只要你有一顆真善美的心，不拘小節、無私奉獻，便可以創造美麗。知識慾望追求真，道德慾望追求善，美的慾望追求美，真善美是需要我們去追求，去創造的!讓真善美伴我們同行，創造一個真善美的和諧社會吧!

大家好!今天我談談公民道德的一個話題——誠信。

說到誠信，我想起小時候聽到的“狼來了”的故事，從中懂得了好孩子要誠實，不能說謊。我又想起了去年的大學聯考作文題：有一個年輕人跋涉在漫長的人生路上，到了一個渡口的時候，他已經擁有了“健康”、“美貌”、“誠信”、“機敏”、“才學”，“金錢”、“榮譽”七個背囊。渡船開出時風平浪靜，不久便風起雲湧，小船上下顛簸，險象環生。艄公說：“船小負載重，客官須丟棄一個背囊方可安渡難關。”年輕人思索了一會兒，把“誠信”拋進了水裡。年輕人拋棄了誠信，他錯了。在漫長人生旅途，他失去了最寶貴的東西。因為，誠信就是生命。若把人生比作樹，誠信就是其賴以生存的根，滋潤和庇護著它，失去這根，它就無以立足，它將腐朽墮落，失盡往日的青翠和靈性，淪為一根沒有靈魂的腐木，苟活於世人鄙夷的目光中。

想到這裡，我的心一陣難受，因為在我們的生活中，存在著種種不誠信現象，君不見，有人為了牟取暴利，給豬肉注水，用福爾馬林浸泡海鮮，有人為了賺取更多的利潤，就造假酒;賣假煙……在我的身邊，也有不誠信的現象，有同學使用拾獲的同學的飯卡，有同學抄襲別人的作業，有同學在遲到登記中用別人的名字或謊稱經老師批准，甚至有人盜用老師的名義上網，有部分同學考試作弊，以欺騙家長老師，如此種種，怎不令人寒心。

大家好!我叫馬錕，是石嘴山市大武口區第十六國小五年級六班的名學生，今天參加這次“安全從我做起”的主題演講比賽，能和在座的叔叔、阿姨們、小朋友們一起關注安全問題，一起為文明交通工程盡一份心，出一份力，我感到非常高興，也非常自豪。今天，我演講的題目是——《安全在心中》。我想以此來告訴所有認識或不認識的朋友們，請珍愛生命，為了他人，也為了自己，齊心合力，維護交通安全，建立文明之路，讓生命之旅在文明與友愛、遵紀與守序中芬芳而行，一路歡歌!

安全對於生命是重要的，對於企業是重要的，對於每一個從業人員更是重要的。它的意義，在於生產裝置的穩定執行，在於千家萬戶的幸福與歡樂，更在於國家財產的安危!不講安全，哪怕是輕輕的一碰，就能使高溫高壓、易燃易爆的生產裝置，怒火爆發;不懂安全，哪怕是小小的一塊磚頭也會釀成大禍;不要安全，哪怕只是一個麻痺de的意念，就會讓操作者處於生命的危險狀態。

然而，安全知識的貧乏，安全意識的淡薄，安全行為的鬆懈總是能讓我們看到、聽到一幕幕血的教訓：

20____年2月15日，一個搬運工隨手扔在地上的菸頭引燃了吉林市中百商廈的一場人間慘劇，一個漫不經心的舉動，竟將54條鮮活的生命引向了不歸之路，使400餘萬元的財產付之一炬;究其原因，人們頭腦中安全意識的缺失、無處不在的僥倖心理、日常行為的疏漏，才是造成這場悲劇的“第一個菸頭”!

20____年5月12日上午9時20分，安陽市安彩集團信益二期工程工地68米高煙囪的施工現場，施工者在明知固定纜繩兩處被拆除的情況下，違反操作規程，冒險作業，導致上料架發生傾翻倒塌，在料架上施工的30餘名工人從空中跌落，造成21人死亡、10人受傷......那死者的慘狀，那親者的嚎泣，那傷者的痛苦，無不讓人觸目驚心!

據不完全統計，我國建築業僅1～6月份就因安全事故死亡33人，已經成為繼交通、煤炭業之後第三位死亡人數最多的行業。面對如此嚴峻的數字，面對一幕幕血淋淋的慘狀，我們每個職工都應該捫心自問：我們還有理由讓不安全行為繼續發生嗎?行動起來吧，同志們!牢記安全操作規程，時時刻刻警鐘貫耳，分分秒秒珍愛自己的生命。

“安全責任重於泰山”我們應該從事後處理轉向事前預防;從傳統的管理模式轉向規範化、標準化;從“要我安全”轉向“我要安全、我會安全”。用親人的片片愛心、句句叮嚀，隨時提醒自己“珍惜生命，勿忘安全”，為生命構築一道安全防線!

如果說生命是花，那麼安全就是襯托千嬌百媚的綠葉;如果說生命是一幅畫，那麼安全就是抒寫深遠神致的筆;如果說生命是河流，那麼安全就是締造麴折迂迴的護堤。沒有了安全，我們的生命就會摔跤，就不可能走過人生的風風雨雨，更不可能到達人生輝煌的頂峰。

今年寒假裡，讓我最得意的作品就是設計並親手製作了一件綠色環保車模服——用廢舊材料做成的孔雀服。

聽說我要參加“綠色車模”形象大賽，我們全家都被它鼓動起來了，瞧!外公外婆從老餘杭趕過來出主意;媽媽提早下班回家想辦法;我呢，藉此機會可以大顯身手。

孔雀服的材料非常環保：有廢棄的桌布、剩餘的彩紙、套蘋果的塑料套、家裡裝扮用的假花、環保袋、皮筋、還有捲紙的筒芯。

首先，做衣服的裙襬。拿一塊桌布，把它的兩個長用尺子在60釐米的地方劃一條線，然後，把它連起來，再剪開，它的一半就成了一個梯形，接著，在梯形的右下角劃一條弧線，把它剪開。接下來，用弧線做支點，把60釐米的繩子饒一圈，並把下面一端畫一條橫線，再把一條條橫線連起來，用剪刀剪去，把另一半也這樣做。再把第二塊象第一塊一樣做成裙襬。然後，把藍色彩紙剪成圓形，把金色彩紙剪成水滴形。再把圓形貼在水滴形上，做成象眼睛一樣的圖案貼在裙襬上。為了防止掉落我再加了一層透明膠。最後，四塊桌布用針線縫起來，“哈哈”

亮麗、時尚的孔雀服裙襬展現在你眼前了!

做完了裙襬接著做孔雀“身子”了。首先,拿一個藍色的環保袋，把底下的封口給剪去。然後，再把拎拎的兩條帶子剪斷。最後，把裙襬和身子連在一起，“呵呵”一條亮麗、時尚的孔雀服就大功告成了!

孔雀的冠可不能忘記。首先，拿一個捲紙的筒芯，再找個套蘋果的塑料套包在筒芯外圍。接下來，找個黃色的大塑料套包在白色塑料套外面，再用家裡裝扮用的假花插到捲紙的筒芯裡。然後，用皮筋扎住，粘上眼睛圖案。最後，用針線縫住，再穿一條線戴在我的頭上。瞧!我站在一輛白色小轎車前，輕輕揮起孔雀的“翅膀”，變成了“綠色車模”形象大使哦!

我想告訴大家，孔雀也和我們人類一樣，需要有清新、美麗、環保的自然環境。

在母親節的前一天，我曾在腦海中閃過一萬種向母親表達祝福的方式，再想著以怎樣的文體方式寫祝福，但都覺得不管以什麼形式表達，都很肉麻。

這種心理不斷矛盾著，直到現在，我還沒對母親說過一句“母親節快樂，媽媽”。

相比之下，我的妹妹卻大與我不同，在回到家後，妹妹便大方地將在校園裡做的花茶贈送給母親，並且說花茶能養顏美容。

我只覺得內心倍感慚愧，我心中只有源源不斷的彆扭。

在睡覺時，我輾轉反側，翻來覆去，我心中是在說不出那句話，內心的掙扎最後使我放棄。

回想之前的母親節，我從不覺得這種形式很肉麻，總會偷偷地在背地裡準備一份禮物，再送給母親。母親很欣喜。她不會覺得禮物不好，總會不斷地誇獎我。

但是現在，我只是僅僅一句“母親節，快樂。”我也說不出口。萬千思緒湧在我心尖，倍感焦灼。

我在想，年少時為何會如此不顧忌憚地表達愛意?而如今，只是一份愛意的表達，為何要顧及那麼多。

家訓： 家訓是指對子孫立身處世、持家治業的教誨。家訓，是中國傳統文化的重要組成部分，也是家譜中的重要組成部分，它在中國歷史上對個人的修身、齊家發揮著重要的作用。道德包括社會公德、職業道德、家庭美德等等，家訓屬於家庭美德的範疇。家國同構，一個家庭的家訓相當於一個國家的道德標準，如曾國藩家訓、朱子家訓、顏氏家訓等等。家訓即是家人做人的道德標準，違背家訓，就會遭受道德的譴責。

家風：家風是指一個家庭或家族的傳統風尚。也就是說一個家庭的生活方式、文化氛圍即構成了家風。顧名思義，家風就是一個家庭的風氣、風格與風尚。換一句話說，當一個家庭的家規、家訓形成家庭的公眾行為習慣即構成了家風，家風也就是一個家庭或一個家族的家文化。家譜即是承載家文化的工具，網際網路家譜是新一代承載家文化的工具。

沒有家規的家庭，缺乏做人做事的規矩; 沒有家訓的家庭，缺乏教育子女做人的標準;沒有家風的家庭，缺乏延續家興業旺的環境。

今天我演講的題目是《改變不了環境,就改變自己》。

著名的文學家托爾斯泰曾經說過:“世界上只有兩種人:一種是觀望者,一種是行動者。大多數人想改變這個世界,但沒人想改變自己。”想要改變現狀,就要改變自己;要改變自己。就得改變自己的觀念。一切成就,都是從正確的觀念開始的。一連串的失敗,也都是從錯誤的觀念開始的。要適應社會,適應環境,適應變化,就要學會改變自己。

柏拉圖告訴弟-子自己能夠移山,弟-子們紛紛請教方法,柏拉圖笑道,說:“很簡單,山若不過來,我就過去。”弟-子們一片譁然。這一個世界上根本就沒有移山之術,唯一的一個移動山的方法就是:山不過來,我便過去。同樣的道理,人不能改變環境,那麼我們就要改變自己。

一個黑人小孩在他父親的葡萄酒廠看守橡木桶。每天早上,他用抹布將一個個木桶擦乾淨,然後一排排地整齊地放好。令他生氣的是,往往一夜之間,風就把他排列整齊的木桶吹得東倒西歪。小男孩很委屈地哭了。父親摸著小男孩的頭說:“孩子,不要哭,我們可以想辦法去征服風。”

於是小男孩擦乾了眼淚坐在木桶邊想啊想,想了半天終於想出了一個辦法,他從井邊挑來一桶又一桶的清水,然後把它們倒進那些空空的橡木桶裡,然後他就忐忑不安地回家睡覺了。第二天,天剛矇矇亮,小男孩就匆匆地爬了起來,他跑到放桶的地方一看,那些橡木桶一個一個排列得整整齊齊,沒有一個被風吹倒的,也沒有一個被風吹歪的。小男孩開心地笑了,他對父親說:“要想木桶不被風吹倒,就要加重木桶的重量。”男孩的父親讚許地微笑了。

是的,我們不能改變風,改變不了這個這個世界上的許多東西,但是我們可以改變自己,給自己加重,這樣我們就可以適應變化,不被打敗!

在威斯敏斯特教堂地下室裡,英國聖公會主教的墓碑上寫著這樣一段話:當我年輕自由的時候,我的想象力沒有任何侷限,我夢想改變這個世界。當我漸漸成熟明智的時候,我發現這個世界是不可改變的,於是我將眼光放得短淺了一些,那就只改變我的國家吧!但是我的國家似乎也是我無法改變的。當我到了遲暮之年,抱著最後一絲努力的希望,我決定只改變我的家庭、我最親近的人——但是,唉!他們根本不接受改變。現在我在臨終之際,我才突然意識到:如果起初我只改變自己,接著我就可以依次改變我的家人。然後,在他們的激發和鼓勵下,我也許能改變我的國家。再接下來,誰又知道呢,也許我連整個世界都可以改變。

人生如水,人只能去適應環境。如果不能改變環境,就改變自己,只有這樣,才能克服更多的困難,戰勝更多的挫折,實現自我。如果不能看到自己的缺點和不足,只是一味地埋怨環境不利,從而把改變境遇的希望寄託在改變環境上,這實在是徒勞無益。

雖然我們不能改變世界,但我們可以改變自己,讓我們用愛心和智慧來面對一切環境。
