一封規範，完整的單位證明，能對你的簽證申請起到加分作用。所以在提供單位在職證明的時候，要注意以下事項，才能更順利拿到簽證哦!
1.在職證明一式兩份，中英文各一份。中文版加蓋公司公章，作為正式的語言版本，英文翻譯版附在中文版後面，以方便使館領事人員閱讀理解。
2.在職證明內容需要包括：單位名稱、本人職務及收入、旅行時間、負責人職務，簽字及電話、傳真和單位的營業執照/企業機構程式碼證號，並需要註明擔保申請人按期回國。
3.在職證明書需要有公司抬頭信箋紙列印，加蓋公司紅章，可以是人事部的部門章，也可加蓋單位公章。沒有公司抬頭紙或手寫證明則需附上單位營業執照影印件。
4.在職證明需任職6個月以上，如不足6個月，需補上前一職務的6個月以上的在職證明，調任期需在3個月以內。
5.如果是組團簽證，同一單位的申請人要以名單的形式打在同一份抬頭紙上，而且每人都要提供擔保原件。
