按《中華人民共和國著作權法》、新聞出版總署20__年8月18日《關於進一步加強中國小教輔材料出版發行管理的通知》及教育部、新聞出版總署、國家發展改革委員會、國務院糾風辦20__年2月28日《關於加強中國小教輔材料使用管理工作的通知》等檔案規定，主動向北京市__教育研究所進行著作權侵權賠償。

本人代表湖北__文化傳播有限公司自願支付北京市__教育研究所著作權使用費共計人民幣20萬元(大寫:貳拾萬元整)，以解決從20__年5月份至20__年10月份3個學期侵犯北京市__教育研究所著作權的問題。

首先，在此再次對致以誠摯的歉意，由於我的疏忽，導致了此次意外的發生，雖然是出於對圖圖的喜愛，但還是沒來徵得你的同意便用了圖圖，這實在是無心的過失，還期望得到你的原諒。

其次，要感謝所有喜歡這對cp，喜歡劇情歌的朋友們，突然的刪博給大家帶來了許多不便，很抱歉。

這次的事件是我欠考慮，沒有留意到侵權這個問題，畢竟好多時候美工小夥伴做圖都是百度海量找資源，挑選最喜歡的一張，在這個過程中就會缺失原作者的一些資訊，或者不知道原創，或者也會出現一些疏忽。

鑑於這樣的因素，在這方面也就沒注意到這麼多。

這是我知識的缺失。

再者就是這次是官方組織的翻唱比賽，我老以為只要是“不良人”的圖圖應該就可以用，於是就沒顧慮到這個侵權的問題，只是覺得這張圖很漂亮，特別合適我們的劇情歌，於是就很開心的使用了它。

今晚有朋友說了一句話:“你們的努力固然需要支援，但原作者的辛苦我們也不可磨滅。”

這句話打動了我。

無論發劇有多辛苦，海報有多喜歡，但在沒有徵得原創主人的授權就枉自使用是就我的不對，所以要對說抱歉。

目前我們已經刪除了微博，貼吧的帖子，五嬸上傳的圖圖因為涉及到投票，所以暫時還沒刪除，正在申請修改，如果最終修改不過來，會一併刪除重新發布。

其它相關平臺也正在通知相關人員逐一刪除。

僅以此信表示對原創的支援，也以我的行為來證明改正錯誤的決心。

再次感謝來自網路的朋友們的監督，也感謝給予的寬容，謝謝。

這首歌明天會在修訂完成後重新發布，期待著喜歡歌曲的朋友們的繼續支援。
