按《中華人民共和國著作權法》、新聞出版總署20xx年8月18日《關於進一步加強中國小教輔材料出版發行管理的通知》及教育部、新聞出版總署、國家發展改革委員會、國務院糾風辦20xx年2月28日《關於加強中國小教輔材料使用管理工作的通知》等檔案規定，主動向北京市教育研究所進行著作權侵權賠償。

本人代表湖北文化傳播有限公司自願支付北京市教育研究所著作權使用費共計人民幣20萬元(大寫:貳拾萬元整)，以解決從20xx年5月份至20xx年10月份3個學期侵犯北京市教育研究所著作權的問題。

同時，本人謹代表湖北文化傳播有限公司的全體同仁向北京市教育研究所及全體員工表示深深的歉意，希望以此著作權使用費取得北京市教育研究所的諒解!同時承諾從今往後不再以任何形式開發、編寫侵犯北京市教育研究所著作權的產品。

(一)招聘更多專業稽核人員。除在招聘過程中挑選有資深相關專業稽核經驗的編輯人員，我們將專門開展針對與醫學考試相關的侵權內容稽核專向培訓會。

(二)提高稽核工作的頻度和強度。我們將設定人員稽核工作時間交叉，從而提高侵權內容的稽核遮蔽效率;對資訊內容尺度上的稽核要求，也被進一步加強。堅決維護智慧財產權保護，對稽核發現的侵權內容直接第一時間刪除，對於所發現但不能確定是否侵權的資訊內容，也做到先行遮蔽，再做內部討論直至確認沒有侵權才能予以釋出。

建立與國家醫學考試中心溝通機制，積極配合保證安全
