20xx年以來，我們按照縣委、縣政府“綠精心組織，加強領導，進取開展園林城市創立的各項工作，縣城園林綠化管理得到進一步加強，城區綠化景觀效果和檔次進一步提升，初步構成了以廣場綠化、公園綠化為中心，道路綠化為骨架，環城防風林帶為屏障，庭院綠化為依託的生態綠化環境格局，提升了綠化水平，城區生態環境得到很大的改善，創園工作取得顯著成效。現將20xx年工作評價和20xx年工作思路彙報如下。
一、主要工作及進展情景
（一）南屏山森林公園核心區改造工程。本年度建設工作有山體綠化、公園綠地景觀建設。公園面積87.3公頃，年度計劃建設面積2.5萬平方米，計劃完成投資xx00萬元。
（二）襄河景觀帶工程。專案總長9.8公里，包括：
1、穿城段外環堤頂道路（起點王壩，終點S206襄河大橋），城市對外交通公路綠化建設。
2、292公里，完成投資xx00萬元。
3、沿河景觀帶，迴廊、綠地建設，綠化建設面積3萬平方米。
4、外堤堤頂及迎水面草坪綠地建設工程，綠化面積23萬平方米。
（三）開發區綠化工程。十譚現代工業園各條道路的行道樹及側分帶綠化，主要有新城大道、規劃中路、規劃南路、文化大道（海螺大道至新城大道）及創業大道（海螺大道至新城大道）。開發區緯三路（經三路向東延伸段）、緯四路（經三路向東延伸段）及經五路（緯二路向北延伸段）的行道樹、側分帶綠化，綠化面積約25.4萬平方米。
（四）新建道路綠化工程。完成城南大道兩側景觀長廊及人行步道綠化工程，約24萬平方米；完成站東路、站南路、內環南路西段、釜城路、傳塘路的行道樹、側分帶綠化工程。以及南二、南三、林南路，南一、秦崗、萬利路的行道樹綠化工程；完成全椒—神山寺—牧龍山的城市對外交通公路的約18.7公里綠化建設工程。
（五）建設具有必須規模的苗圃園，栽培樹苗、花卉、盆景等。建設面積8888888萬平方米，完成投資xx萬元。
（六）完成小區補綠、街頭增綠工作。對新建商業住宅小區，督促開發商嚴格按照規劃設計組織綠化；對安置小區開展植綠、補綠。縣創園辦對街頭重要節點、城市空閒地塊、髒亂差地塊進行摸排，共確定49個約5.5萬平方米，統一規劃、統一設計，縣四個領導班子和縣委常委所在單位帶頭認領，縣直45家單位各包一塊。
（七）認真貫徹落實縣綠化委員會《全椒縣縣直機關認建認養綠地實施辦法》，縣直47個單位認建認養活動綠化面積約10多萬平方米。
二、工作舉措
（一）調整一個思路。我們緊緊圍繞建設經濟社會強縣這一戰略目標，以“五城聯創”為抓手，瞄準生態建設，生態禮貌兩大主題，以綠化為重點，以重點工程為帶動，廣泛開展全民植樹活動，讓能綠的地方綠起來，努力打造人與自然和諧發展的全椒。
（二）實施四大制度。即：（1）建立“綠色圖章”制度。凡在我縣城市規劃區內所有新建、改建、擴建的建設專案、建設單位要按照基本建設程式，在申請建設工程規劃許可證之前，先到縣城市園林綠化主管部門審驗其附屬綠化工程規劃方案。（2）實施綠化施工市場的准入制。（3）建立綠化施工監理制度。（4）建立綠化專案竣工驗收制度。
（三）全面推進園林綠化養護市場化運作。引入競爭，使經營機制更顯靈活；建立機動、靈活、長效的管理機制；提高養護資金的使用效率。
（四）規範運作，做好制度建設。為使我縣園林綠化建設逐步規範化、程式化，為縣政府代擬了《全椒縣市政工程、園林綠化景觀工程移交暫行規定》，並參與主城區35平方公里城市綠地系統規劃。

根據上級有關部門關於開展20__安全生產月活動的要求，結合我廠的實際狀況，緊緊圍繞“安全發展，預防為主”主題，在全廠範圍內開展此次活動，為了使此次安全生產月活動不流於形式，公司做了如下工作：
一、領導重視，組織措施到位
為加強本次安全月活動的組織領導，確保安全月活動的有效落實，由廠長親自負責本次安全月的活動的組織實施，各部門用心配合。6月初制定安全月活動實施方案、活動時間安排表，明確各部門在本次活動中的具體職責，使活動“有計劃、有佈置、有檢查、有落實”。並召開安全月動員大會。
二、開展形式多樣的宣傳活動
安全月活動期間，由辦公室負責出版一期資料豐富的安全月宣傳欄;由安環部負責懸掛安全月橫幅一條、張貼安全宣傳畫10張、製作新的安全周知卡30塊。激發了員工自覺參與安全月活動的熱情，使安全生產真正進入員工心中。
三、用心開展安全教育培訓工作
由安環部負責組織員工觀看“安全生產知識光碟”;由廠長負責組織員工學習公司的事故應急預案、事故案例分析。並在全廠搞一次徵集“習慣性違章”、“安全生產合理化”推薦活動。
四、開展形式多樣的安全檢查
(1)由職業健康安全領導小組在月初對全廠的安全、衛生進行一次大檢查。
(2)組織生產部班組長對生產部的安全、衛生進行一次大檢查。從中讓班組長髮現自我班組的不足之處，並加以改正。
五、開展應急預案演習
在演習前由安環部對演習進行策劃，由廠長負責組織各部門負責人討論策劃資料，並加以修改。透過演習來檢驗公司應急預案的適宜性、員工對預案程式的瞭解性以及在火災發生時正確處理的應急潛力水平。在演習後及時總結、評價，為明年針對性的演習打好基礎工作。
六、開展安全知識競賽、消防技術比武
在安全月活動期間，採取筆答的形式組織員工進行安全知識競賽;開展滅火器滅火演習和二人一帶一槍出水打靶比賽，並設一、二、三等獎及參與獎，做到每位員工都參加。
透過這次安全月活動，全公司上下一心，用心落實各項工作和要求，不斷深化公司安全生產基礎管理，進一步健全公司安全生產管理制度和安全操作規程，目前公司安全生產形勢穩定，無任何安全生產事故發生。
