隨著年齡的增長和各種工作經驗的增多,我對我個人在___工作中的要求也在不斷的提高。我所在的崗位是農行的服務視窗,我的一言一行都代表著本行的形象。我的工作中不能有一絲的馬虎和放鬆。眾所周知,朝陽支行有兩個儲蓄所是最忙的,我那裡就是其中之一。每一天每位同志的業務平均就要到達二三百筆。接待的顧客二百人左右,所以這樣的工作環境就迫使我自我不斷的提醒自我要在工作中認真認真再認真,嚴格按照行裡的制定的各項規章制度來進行實際操作。一年中始終如一的要求自我,在我的努力下,20__年我個人沒有發生一次職責事故。在我做好自我工作的同時,還用我多年來在儲蓄工作中的經驗來幫忙其他的同志,同志們有了什麼樣的問題,只要問我,我都會細心的予以解答。當我也有問題的時候,我會十分虛心的向老同志請教。對待業務技能,我心裡有一條給自我規定的要求:三人行必有我師,要千方百計的把自我不會的學會。想在工作中幫忙其他人,就要使自我的業務素質提高。

我有渴望學習新知識的熱情,在每一次行裡發展新業務的時候。只要需要有人在單位加班,我都是頭一個站出來。不論加班到幾點,我都從來沒有任何怨言。因為我明白,這也是單位領導對我個人的信任。我也會進取的利用好每一次學習新業務的機會,做好各項新業務的測試工作,不給整個支行的工作拖後腿。在這種想法下,我很好的完成了分理處交給的每一項工作。也受到了同志們的好評。

我所在的長營儲蓄所是分行級的青年禮貌號。就象所裡賈琳同志說的:是一個互敬互愛的大家庭。常聽明白我們所情景的其他同志講,從沒見過有那個單位有我們那裡這樣同志間關係如此融洽的。不論是工作上,還是生活上,同志間都象一家人一樣,從沒有一點矛盾,如果有意見也是工作上的不一樣,這樣的意見就意味著工作水準的不斷提高。我一向認為我這個人的先天性格決定了我十分適合在儲蓄做,因為我的脾氣十分好,並且隨著工作月曆的增加,做事也越來越學會的穩重。好脾氣對所裡而言首先就意味著好的服務態度,我堅持以青年禮貌號的標準來要求自我。所以我工作到此刻,從沒受到過一次外面顧客的投訴。在平時有顧客對我們的工作有不一樣看法的時候,我也能把客戶不明白的事情解釋清楚,最終使顧客滿意而歸。

___位於城鄉結合部,有著密集的人口。在儲蓄所的周圍還有好幾所大學與科研所。文化層次各不相同,他們每一天都要為各種不一樣的人服務。我時刻提醒自我要從細節做起。把行裡下發的各種精神與要求落實到實際工作中,細微化,平民化,生活化。讓客戶在那裡感受到溫暖的含義是什麼。所裡經常會有外地來京的務工人員來辦理個人匯款,有的人連所需要的憑條都不會填寫,每次我都會十會細緻的為他們講解填寫的方法,一字一句的教他們,直到他們學會為此。臨走時還要叮囑他們收好所寫的回單,以便下次再匯款時真寫。當為他們每辦理完匯款業務的時候,他們都會不斷的我表示感激。也許有人會問。個人匯款在儲蓄所只是一項代收業務。並不能增加所裡的存款額,為什麼還要這麼熱心的去做,我那裡用___另處一名同志的話來解釋。“他們來北京都不容易,誰都有不會的時候,幫他們是應當的。”我認為用心來為廣大顧客服務,才是最好的服務。當我聽到外邊顧客對我說:你的活兒乾的真快……那個胖胖的小夥子態度真不錯……農行就是好……這樣的話的時候。我心裡就萬分的高興,那並不光是對我的表揚,更是對我工作的認可,更是對我工作的激勵。

新的一年裡我為自我制定了新的目標,那就是要加緊學習,更好的充實自我,以飽滿的精神狀態來迎接新時期的挑戰。明年會有更多的機會和競爭在等著我,我心裡在暗暗的為自我鼓勁。要在競爭中站穩腳步。踏踏實實,目光不能只限於自身周圍的小圈子,要著眼於大局,著眼於今後的發展。我也會向其他同志學習,取長補短,相互交流好的工和經驗,共同提高。徵取更好的工作成績。
