工作中有非先進性的表現，思想上有不適應的地方。查詢問題和不足，主要有以下幾個方面：

3、不善於團結同志。愛憎分明，喜怒皆形於色。自己認為不對的、看不慣的人和事，恨之憎之，容易過之。性情急燥，愛管閒事，經常得罪人，不善於表揚人。
4、對自己要求不夠嚴格。自己有違反紀律行為時，不能夠深刻地檢查自己，總是找這樣那樣的理由，給自己下臺階，自本人開脫，自本人安慰，習慣“下不為例”。習慣成自然，思想懈怠，紀律觀念不夠強，工作作風不夠嚴謹。 這些缺點和不足，表現在工作和生活中，根子生在思想裡，問題出在學習上。
下一步，本人決心以這次保持共產黨員先進性教育活動為契機，緊緊依靠組織關懷和全體同志們的共同幫助，認真加以整改。
