具體工作主要體現在以下幾個方面。
一、提高思想認識
端正工作態度 學校是興學育人、培養祖國未來人才的基地，從身著保安服，參加校園保安的那一刻起，就深知自己肩負著守護校園安保的職責，因此，思想上有了責任感和榮譽感，工作有動力和方向。
二、樹立服務意識，服務於安保大局
作為保安公司的派駐學校的保安人員，雖然遠離保安公司單位，但時刻牢記保安公司賦予自己的責任，牢固樹立起為校園安保服務的意識在完成保安工作中的具體要求和任務，並與學校簽訂了責任書，努力做到公司領導放心，學校領到滿意，校園秩序穩定。
三、認真完成安保任務、落實具體工作
1、自覺遵守紀律，做到不遲到不脫崗，上崗時著裝嚴整，舉止文明、自覺樹立保安人員的良好形象。
2、國小在前半年間，由於中學的修建，中國小合併到了一起，在後半年間，礦區的學校又合併到了這裡，這些情況都為校園的保安工作增加了工作量，接送車輛的人員的增加，學校學生容量增大等等一系列的問題相應而來。為解決這些涉及校園安保工作的問題，嚴把學校校門的出入關，違規的人員和車輛決不放入。發現有違規的黑校車或超員私家車，立即制止，並及時報告學校，採取措施，為校園門外接送車輛規定停車區域和接送線路，在校園門口設立警戒區域和隔離綵帶。
3、堅持工作日誌和出入人員及校園巡邏工作的登記。同時在學校放假後，配合校內教職工每天留校值班，開展巡邏和防範工作。保安隊長年終工作總結4、在完成本職工作的同時，積極主動配合學校完成一些力所能及的其他工作。
回顧一年來的工作，自己在校園保安的崗位上為學校的安全和保衛工作作出了自己的成績，雖然也存在著工資待遇偏低。和自身素質仍需不斷提高等實際問題和不足之處，但我有信心在今後的工作中發揚成績，完善不足，圓滿完成校園保安的職責和任務。
時間在不經意中從指間劃過,轉瞬間又是一年,回顧20xx年的工作,在公司領導的正確指導和全體隊員的大力配合下,保安隊的各項工作都能夠按部就班的正常開展,特別是人員管理、車輛管理、治安管理、消防管理、車輛的收費工作及安管員的崗位紀律形象,禮節禮貌等都有一定程度的提高,現就20xx年的工作情況總結如下:
一、嚴格要求自己,自覺遵守公司的各項規章制度,處之身先士卒,事事以身作則,作為保安隊長始終堅持"打兒先得自身硬"的要求,在工作中以自己的實際行動潛移默化的影響和帶動全體隊員,同時不斷加強自我學習,提高自身業務知識和寫作水平,通過不懈努力,自己所寫的文章陸續在《資訊》上發表,為公司企業文化宣傳盡了一份力。
二、加強班長隊伍建設,班長作為"兵頭將尾"在工作中有著至關重要的作用,通過多次業務知識培訓和工作指導,培養了領班的模範帶頭作用,提高了其管理水準和處理各類突發事作的能力,每月對全體隊員(特別是新入職隊員)進行不定期培訓,合他們全面瞭解公司企業文化理念,緊緊圍繞董事領導提倡的"20xx年我們要把服務做得更好"及x總監倡導的"十米責任制"、"首問責任制"等,諸多細節文化,由於培訓到位,不僅減少了保安隊的投訴率,還取得良好的效果,全年共收到業主感謝信七封(其中居四封,三封),樹立了公司良好的形象。
三、重視小區安全防範,加強對外來人員,出租房的管理,特別是對租住在小區內的無業人員,能夠掌握其動態及配合派出所不定期清查,杜絕了治安隱患,在全體隊員的精誠協作和共同努力下,去年成功抓獲和預防盜竊案件9起(其中x居3起,xx6起),針對華庭裝修高峰期,嚴格加強對裝修工管理,憑證出入,制止超時作業和裝修工在小區留宿,通過大力整頓,截止目前為止,未發現1倒違規現象,和業主的相關投訴。
四、重視消防工作,始終堅持"預防為主,防消結合"的原則,每月定期對消防裝置設施進行檢查,確保其良性運作,同進培養隊員"養兵千日,用兵一時"的指導思想,成功撲滅一居1期8-301火災,救出被困住戶兩名,減少了住戶的經濟損失,避免了一起重大事故的發生,收到住戶感謝信一封,錦旗一面。
五、善始善終的嚴抓車輛臨停收費工作,制定完善的收費管理制度,每天對收費工作進行檢查和監督,在x居工作期間,每月收費份額達20xx元左右,在華庭短短四個多月時間裡(9-12月),累計收費金額達14561元,取得了有史以來的最好成績。
六、培養隊員廉潔奉公,不謀私利的職業道德思想,如隊員李拾得3期18-302業主手機,楊超拾得5期20-602業主錢包(內有人民幣若干)駕駛證等物品,都能主動上交,維護了公司良好形象和聲譽,在業主心目中留下了良好口碑。
七、合理利用資源,減少公司的支出,為公司創造經濟效益出謀劃策,積極建議管理處加強對收廢品、送水、送石油氣等人員管理,僅對收廢品人員管理就為公司創造經濟收入20xx元,目前相關人員有證方可進入小區。
八、其他方面:
1、加強軍事訓練,提高隊員的軍事素質,強化崗位紀律。
2、培養隊員集體榮譽感和力爭第一的思想,在公司組織十週年慶典活動中,榮獲團體和個人一等獎。
3、積極配合其他部門完成各項工作,圓滿完成公司領導賦予的各項任務。
當然,我們工作中還存在許多不足和困難,如業主電動單車的丟失,給公司造成了一定的負面影響,因此在成績面前我們不能驕傲,只有不斷提高業務素質,加強業務訓練和學習,不斷改進工作中的不足,以更加熱情,優質的工作服務於公司,服務好業主。在20xx年度,我們將團結全體保安隊員,堅決落實公司領導的工作指引,不辜負公司領導對我們的殷切期望。
