第三，離職過程未按公司管理規定上交工具和利器，辦理離職手續，給他把剪刀放進產品裝進車間外成品箱的機會。

發生了這種事故，我們除了震驚、抱歉，向客戶和消費者致以誠摯的道歉外，更多的是一種警醒和行動，為了表示我們道歉的誠意，我公司在完成以上調查結果之後，立即成立由廠長領導的整改小組，放在公司戰略第一位來執行，從現場環境、場所的整改到流程的培訓與檢查頻率、力度，以及成品的管理和出貨前的安檢措施進行全方面的整改，徹底的杜絕人為因素可能導致危害的出現。
