1、分析自己哪種type的人是銀行所看重的呢?在自己的經歷中尋找可以證明自己具備各個qualification的例子(最好是小故事)，注意，不建議去編故事，欺騙的結果會很慘的。如果你的經歷較少，建議你先將自己的經歷仔細分析和挖掘1下，考慮這些經歷可以著重說明你具備哪種技能，進而在今後的面試中將面試官向這些方面引導，勝算會更大。
2、分析行業真正的去了解銀行業，知道這個行業在做什麼、未來的發展方向怎樣、有哪些重要的 player以及他們之間的核心競爭力差異等等(在中國活躍的投行有那麼幾家，在管理運作和優勢劣勢方面仍有1定的不同，要通過新聞等各種渠道瞭解它們)。
3、分析目標公司知道這個公司的優勢在哪裡(去網站上仔細看看吧)，曾經做過哪些deal和擁有的大客戶(特別是在亞太市場上，做1個news run)，他們的文化(如果可以說明你的性格適合這種文化就更好了，如goldman的team player文化)等等。
4、分析你要申請的部門和職位投行有很多部門，工作性質差異非常大，對每個人的要求也就不太1樣。而且，在列舉公司業績的時候也要有的放矢。舉個例子，qfii就不是ibd的業務，不良資產處置在goldman裡也不是ibd的業務。在面試ibd的時候強調這些，並不1定能夠有效的刺激面試官的神經。
5、熟悉簡歷簡歷上寫的都是自己曾經做過的事情，沒有理由不知道具體的內容。投行裡的人喜歡看細節、刨根問底，希望你對簡歷上所有的細節都100%瞭解並可以很好的陳述，從而不至於面試官誤認為你是在欺騙。
6、模擬面試如果有可能的話，請1個有銀行面試經歷的同學給你1個mock interview，會讓你很快的進入狀態的，模擬面試後，你自己也可以給自己打分，並進行改進。
