見面後要親切問候

求職者帶給面試官的第一印象一定要落落大方，見面後一定要親切問候。通常面試官的桌上會有名牌，如果面試官姓李，求職者可以從“good morning, mr. lee”開始，拉近兩人的距離。當面試官問求職者：“how are you?” 求職者可以回答：”couldn’t be better!”顯示出個人“愉悅的人格屬性”。 面試官除了關心求職者的學歷及經驗(這些可以從簡歷表來觀察)之外，面試官還會考核求職者的“個性”及“態度”。這時，建議求職者以“2s1h”來表達自己的個性。“2s 1h”中，s是“serious”，h是“humorous”的意思。求職者可以說自己的個性是：diligent, logical and happy. diligent,和logical，是屬於嚴肅的描述;happy是屬於幽默感的描述。但是，在表情上要搭配得宜，例如，說自己是個happy的人的時候，表情也應該是微笑的。如何掌握準確的表情，有賴於對自己性格的瞭解。

在英語面試時，面試官經常會要求職者做“英語自 介紹”。一般在陳述的第一段，求職者要呈現出與職務目標相關的學識和技能;第二段，要表達過去的經歷和個人專長;第三段，表達求職者的學習精神，和“懇請給予面試機會”的意願。在英語面試時，求職者很可能被問到某種並不擅長的技能，或缺乏某種經驗的專案時，這時，面對面試官的質疑，求職者也有方法可以安然度過。1. 承認面試官提出的問題。2. 舉出曾經歷過的具體的經驗及教訓。3. 提出具體改善的方法。4. 強調自己學習力極強，表示自己可以很快迎頭趕上。承認面試官提出的問題，可以“避免”求職者露出“反對面試官”的態度。求職者馬上“反對面試官”，是絕對沒有好處的。舉出曾經歷過的具體的經驗及教訓，以及提出具體改善的方法，則可以將過去的成績具體化。最後，強調自己學習力極強，表示自己可以很快迎頭趕上，則是化解面試官的疑慮。這樣一來，求職者可以馬上化弱點為優點。

面試結束，有禮有節

當結束了面試，求職者要表達勝不驕、敗不餒的態度。求職者即使感到自己表現不是非常好，也可以用幽默感及好的態度為自己加分。例如，離場時，求職者可以說：thank you very much. i hope we can see each other very soon.求職者必須以正面的態度結束這個面試，千萬別露出沮喪擔心的表情。這樣做，至少可以讓面試官感受你正面積極的態度及不慌不忙的成熟個性。
