考研複試自我介紹分為兩種：一種是中文介紹，一種是英文介紹。

中文介紹各個學校的時間不等，但基本在3分鐘左右，主要介紹自己的優點、愛好、特長，生活和學習的經歷，收到何種表彰，發表過哪些論文，參加過哪些社會活動等。中文自我介紹一定要有邏輯，最好按照時間順序來介紹，這樣導師會覺得這個學生邏輯性比較強。英文介紹比較簡單，開始就是開場白：good morning開始，然後就是姓名，英文名，畢業院校，畢業專業，畢業學院等，其次就是性格，愛好，實踐經驗，最後就是為什麼想考研，讀研的目的，然後加上感謝語就OK 了。

有的學生在自我介紹的時候介紹的比較全，有的學生就比粗糙，下面跨考教育複試輔導名師陳麗娟老師來帶同學們看兩個中文案例，並一起分析一下其中的優缺點。

1、各位老師，早上好。首先我先自我介紹一下。我叫，今年23歲，來自xx地方，2019年我本科畢業於xx大學，主修教育學(國小教育)專業，在大學四年裡我學到了很多很多，我參加了很多社會實踐，比如在大一的時候我就去一所國小實習，每個星期都去聽他們老師上課，這個實踐我一直堅持到大三，後來因為考研沒有繼續下去，通過這次實踐，我學會了怎樣耐心的對待學生，怎樣去把一堂課上的完美，課堂的突發情況怎麼處理等經驗。另外我深知學習不易，我學習十分努力，每年都有校獎學金，還拿過兩次國家級獎學金。我還積極研究關於國小教育類的課題，在大學四年期間我發表了3篇論文，其中有一篇在中文核心期刊發表過。除了和專業有關的活動外，2019年我還參加了校團委組織的大型的歌舞會，我很享受我的主持，我還參加過校園十佳歌手的比賽，雖然沒能取得前3名，但我進了10強。我很感謝我大學遇到的老師和朋友，他們帶給我很多知識和經驗，讓我的大學生活很豐富，很精彩。(診斷：誠實的介紹了自己的大學豐富的生活，讓導師感覺自己還是挺有能力的)

我是應屆畢業生，沒有什麼社會工作經驗。我簡單說下我為什麼要考研。我喜歡做國小老師，我覺得我本科所學到的知識還不能足以讓我成為一名優秀的老師，另外時代的需要，現在好多學校的老師都必須是研究生以上學歷，所以我選擇了考研。(診斷：介紹了考研的原因)

我覺得我開朗、嚴謹、樂於幫助的性格也比較適合做老師，如果有機會在該校學習，我會非常珍惜學習的機會，希望各位老師給我機會，我很期待我的研究生生活。謝謝各位老師!(診斷：開頭過渡的很自然，最後還表達了自己強烈想上研究生的願望)

從這篇案例可以看出，這個學生的自我介紹很全面，把自己的性格、愛好、大學生活等都一一介紹了，而且整個過度銜接的也比較好，讓人覺得很舒服。通過整篇介紹老師已經能大體瞭解了這個學生，老師對這種邏輯性強、有科研能力的學生比較偏愛。

我們再來看一篇中文介紹：

2、各位老師，早上好。我叫，今年剛剛畢業，畢業於xx大學，我主要學的是金融專業。在大學4年裡，我學到了很多，參加了各種活動，比如參加了系裡組織的金融大賽，在大賽中，我發揮的很好，超過了別的選手，最後我以第一名得到了冠軍。在大學4年裡，我自學了好多知識，通過自己的學習，我還取得了另外一所大學的英語本科文憑。(診斷：這個學生的能力是很強的，但沒有組織好語言，顯得比較亂，而且說的太簡單)。

我選擇考研的原因很簡單，我喜歡金融這個行業，我想到更大更正規的公司去上班，我希望通過研究生的學習提升自己的能力，讓自己學到更多的知識，為社會做出更多的貢獻。

我喜歡鑽研，性格開朗，有責任心，我喜歡聽課，彈吉他。如果有機會在該校學習，我會努力學習，為將來的職業打下紮實的基礎。(診斷：結尾結的比較生硬，就像在背書)

這個學生整篇介紹都比較簡單，時間也達不到要求，顯得有的倉促，而且在介紹大學生活時只介紹了兩件事，其實大學生活4年會學到很多的知識，但他都沒有介紹，另外結尾結的太簡單，不自然。

在自我介紹中有的學生還會犯一個錯誤，就是介紹自己看了哪些哪些書，有時就撞到槍口上了，被老師連續發問後很尷尬，所以在自我介紹的時候儘量誠實介紹，不然一個小小的失誤就會導致失敗。

英文的自我介紹比較簡單，1分鐘左右就可以了，把自己畢業的院校、專業、喜好、性格、社會實踐等說出來就好了，用的詞也都是比較常見的，比較易懂的。我們學校英文介紹自己的時候是站著介紹的，最後最好和老師鞠個躬。

自我介紹是直接向別人展示你自己的一種手段，自我介紹說得好不好，直接關係到導師對你的第一印象分，在心理學上稱為“首應效應”。在介紹時要把自己的個性展現給老師，要做到誠實有禮貌，這樣會博得老師的好感。

英文自我介紹

在自我介紹完了老師就會開始問你問題這裡列出一些常見的問題，可以認真準備。注意在準備的過程中，要結合自己的經歷和見解來準備答案，讓自己回答的問題和整個的自我介紹融為一個整體。要不然很容易被考官抓住把柄，問個沒完，很容易因緊張而露出馬腳。

在每一年的面試中都會有很多相同的問題，這些問題看起來很平常，卻有很多陷阱，一不小心就會被考官抓主小辮子了。回答這些常見的看起來很平常的問題，是很有藝術的。

基本上每個院校每個專業的口試中都會涉及這一方面。考官其實是要藉此瞭解你的口頭表達能力以及你的報名表之外的一些資訊。自我介紹時間以2-3分鐘為宜。思路要清楚，要突出重點，口語儘量流利(不要太流利了，有背誦之嫌)。

1) 考官要求你作自我介紹時，不要用…let me introduce myself briefly / please allow me to introduce myself to you等句子，重複、囉嗦。開頭可以只用一句話引入：Dear professors, I feel so glad to meet all of you here.然後就可以進入主題，介紹姓名、年齡等等。

2) 自我介紹的主體內容

① 姓名。介紹自己姓名時，發音一定要準(南方考生要多加註意)。

② 年齡。年齡可以跟在姓名後帶過(I am XXX, 25 years old)。

③ 原來的院校、專業。注意：一定要把原來學校的英文名稱、專業的英文名稱弄清楚(尤其是跨校、跨專業的學生)。 所屬的公司、職位。注意：在職考生則應將自己公司、自己職位/職稱的英文名稱弄明白。

④ 性格、能力。可以著重強調你的個性對你報考的專業有何積極的作用。如果報考的是學術性的專業，可以說自己細心(carefully，detail-oriented)、條理分明(logical)、踏實(steady)等;如果是研究性、應用性更強一點的專業，可以說自己負責(responsible)、可靠(dependable)、有效率(efficient)等。

其他的一些表示性格、能力的形容詞有：active, aggressive(有進取心的), adaptable, amicable(友好的), analytical(善於分析的), cooperative, creative, disciplined, dutiful, energetic, faithful, gentle, independent(有主見的), innovative, motivated, modest, objective, precise, punctual, precise(一絲不苟的), temperate等等。

在職考生或有過工作經驗的考生還可以強調一下你的工作成績，如：As the assistant to the General Manger of XXX Company, I have helped to negotiate a $200,000 deal for the corporation.

⑤愛好。All work and no play make Jack a dull boy. 除了強調你的學習的重視，同時也要避免給考官一種“書呆子”的感覺。一般可以從體育、音樂、電影等方面來說，同時要簡單說明這些愛好對你的積極意義(build my body, relax myself, open my mind…);注意避擴音到那些可能引起考官反感的愛好，如：playing computer games，watching TV等。

⑥你對報考的專業有興趣(be interested in/be fascinated with/be obsessed with…)，可適當舉出一些例子，如經常看相關的書籍、論文、文章、新聞等。在職考生可以強調知識教育對工作的影響： In my work, I find it necessary to broaden my horizons in communication. That’s why I long for entering your prestigious university.

3)結束時可以用說：That’s all about me. / Well, that’s who I am. Thanks for your attention.
