自我介紹的第一步是要讓面試官知道你是誰。在這一步，你主要介紹自己的個人履歷和專業特長，包括姓名、年齡、籍貫等個人基本信息;教育背景以及與應聘職位密切相關的特長等。生動、形象、個性化地介紹自己的姓名，不僅能夠引起面試官的注意，而且可以使面試的氛圍變得輕鬆。個性化地介紹姓名有多種方式，你可以從名字的音、義、形或者從名字的來歷進行演繹。
例如：從名字的音：我叫邵飛，諧音少非，希望生活能少一點是是非非。從名字的義：我叫俞非魚。古語有言：子非魚安知魚之樂。父母親希望我過得像魚兒一般自在逍遙。從名字的形：我叫陳贇。我的父親叫陳斌，斌的寶貝就是贇。從名字的來歷：我叫趙丹，趙本山的趙，宋丹丹的丹。父母希望我能夠像他們一樣幽默地對待生活。

做過什麼，代表着你的經驗和經歷。在這個部分，你主要介紹與應聘職位密切相關的實踐經歷，包括校內活動經歷、相關的兼職和實習經歷、社會實踐等。你要説清楚確切的時間、地點、擔任的職務、工作內容等，這樣讓面試官覺得真實、可信。特別需要注意的是，你的經歷可能很多，你不可能面面俱到，那些與應聘職位無關的內容，即使你引以為榮也要忍痛捨棄。
我做成過什麼
做成過什麼，代表着你的能力和水平。在這部分，你主要介紹與應聘職位所需能力相關的個人業績，包括校內活動成果和校外實踐成果。介紹個人業績，就是擺成績，把自己在不同階段做成的有代表性的事情介紹清楚。
你在介紹個人業績時，需要注意以下方面——
(1)業績要與應聘職位需要的能力緊密相關。如果你應聘文員，就不需要介紹銷售業績;
(2)介紹“你自己”的業績，而不是團隊業績，因為用人單位要招聘的是“你”，而不是“你們”;
(3)業績要有量化的數字，要有具體的證據。不要用籠統的“很好”、“很多”;也不要用“大概”、“約”、“基本”等概數，而要用確切的數字，例如：我一週內賣出了34箱方便麪;
(4)介紹的內容應當有所側重，不要説流水賬，要着重介紹那些能體現自己能力的重點;
(5)介紹業績取得的具體過程時，要巧妙地埋伏筆。例如：在介紹校外實踐成果時，你可以這樣描述：“在工作中遇到了很多的問題，不過我還是成功地克服並達成了業務目標。”引導面試官提問“遇到了哪些問題”，然後你就可以進一步闡述細節內容，體現出自己處理問題的能力。

想做什麼，代表着你的職業理想。在這個部分，你應該介紹自己對應聘職位、行業的看法和理想，包括你的職業生涯規劃、對工作的興趣與熱情、未來的工作藍圖、對行業發展趨勢的看法等。在介紹時，你還要針對應聘職位合理編排每部分的內容。與應聘職位關係越密切的內容，介紹的次序越靠前，介紹得越詳細。
你在自我介紹時，還應該避開介紹內容的禁忌——忌諱主動介紹個人愛好。忌諱使用過多的“我”字眼。忌諱頭重腳輕。忌諱介紹背景而不介紹自己。忌諱誇口。忌諱説謊。忌諱過於簡單，沒有內容。
在公眾場合，演講台上，或是面試的時候，都要求我們做好自我介紹。做好自我介紹是面試，公眾演講成功的開始。
好的自我介紹可以讓對方深刻地記住你的名字，可以迅速讓對方瞭解你的詳細信息，可以使對方對你產生良好的印象。
在公眾表達中，好的自我介紹分為六個步驟：
一、打招呼
打招呼是建立第一印象的開始，招呼打好了，演講的氣氛就會好很多，觀眾對你的注意力也是從你打好招呼開始的。
招呼必須要打，一是禮節，對觀眾的尊重，二是調動氣氛，使觀眾願意配合。
我一般常用的打招呼的格式：
1、在場的所有的××大學的大學生同胞，大家晚上——好!
2、在場的所有××培訓班的學員，大家晚上——好!
3、在場的親愛的、可愛的大學生同胞們，大家晚上——好!
4、在場××公司尊敬的領導，親愛的同事們、戰友們，大家晚上——好!
我總結出打招呼有三個重點，一是語調要偏高一點，往上揚一點，這樣更顯得富有激情，更加自信。二是適當的加上修飾語，形容詞，如“尊敬的”(領導)，“親愛的”(同事們)，“可愛的”(同學們)，這樣大家聽起來比較舒服。三是最後一個字必須是重音，就是“晚上——好!”的“好”字，語調也要往上揚，同時説到“上”的時候語氣停頓一下，效果會更好。
同時配上適當的肢體動作。在台上自我介紹時，站姿要穩，肩膀和頭不要東搖西晃，眼神要集中，不要飄浮不定。
二、介紹姓名
例：我的名字叫郭一鳴，“郭”是郭子儀的“郭”，一鳴驚人的“一鳴”，祝願在場的朋友見到一鳴的這一刻起，事業與生活“不鳴則已，一鳴驚人”!。
要點：把姓名一個字一個字的有力的説出來，吐詞要清晰，讓別人記得住。簡單地介紹一下名字的含義，不要太過於哆嗦，講一大堆。同時把自己的名字賦予一個好的含義。
比如有位學員上台自我介紹，他説：“我叫王凱，王是王八的王，凱是凱子的凱!”下面的觀眾都笑得東倒西歪。雖然這樣很容易讓別人記住名字，但把自己的身份降了許多，也顯得素質不太高雅。如果換成“王者風範”的“王”，“凱旋歸來”的“凱”，我想效果會更好。
三、來自何方
簡單明瞭的介紹一下自己的家鄉，畢業學校或是公司。要點：簡單，明瞭。一位來自孝感的學員，自我介紹的時候，長篇累牘的把他的家鄉孝感介紹了一番，説自己的家鄉多麼多麼好，孝感的麻糖是多麼有名多麼好吃，有機會一定要到孝感做客等等，説了一大通，最後自我介紹完了後我們都不記得他叫什麼名字，只好給他起了個外號叫——“孝感麻糖”。自我介紹是推銷自己，而不是推銷你的家鄉，簡單就好。
四、基本信息：學何專業，從事何職業，何部門，何職務。
這是你與他人不一樣的信息，也是對方最關心的信息。

Good morning. I am glad to be here for this interview. First let me introduce myself. My name is Wangzhaokuan, twenty-five years old. I come from Xing Tai city of He bei Province. I graduated from the Finance department of the Economics and Business University of He Bei in July, 20xx. In the past three years I have been preparing for the postgraduate examination while I have been working in Xing Tai vocational and technical college as a head-teacher of several classes. Gui Zhou University is my first choice. Now all my hard work has got a result since I have a chance to be interviewed by you.
I am open-minded, quick in thought and very fond of the law. In my spare time, I like reading books and playing table ball. Frequently I exchange with other people by making comments in the forum on line.

一、接到面試通知後，最好在家打個自我介紹的草稿，然後試着講述幾次，感覺一下。
二、自我介紹時首先應禮貌地做一個極簡短的開場白，並向所有的面試人員(如果有多個面試考官的話)示意，如果面試考官正在注意別的東西，可以稍微等一下，等他注意轉過來後才開始。
三、 注意掌握時間，如果面試考官規定了時間，一定要注意時間的掌握，既不能超時太長，也不能過於簡短。
四、介紹的內容不宜太多的停留在諸如姓名、工作經歷、時間等東西上，因為這些在你的簡歷表上已經有了，你應該更多的談一些跟你所應聘職位有關的工作經歷和所取得的成績，以證明你確實有能力勝任你所應聘的工作職位。
五、在作自我簡介時，眼睛千萬不要東張西望，四處遊離，顯得漫不經心的樣子，這會給人做事隨便、注意力不集中的感覺。眼睛最好要多注視面試考官，但也不能長久注視目不轉睛。再就是儘量少加一些手的輔助動作，因為這畢竟不是在作講演，保持一種得體的姿態也是很重要的。
六、在自我介紹完後不要忘了道聲謝謝，有時往往會因此影響考官對你的印象。
當面試考官隨便地問你：“談談你自己的情況如何?”這是面試中的第一個問題。此刻，你應把在此之前所有緊張不安的情緒穩定下來。因為這個問題，應試者已經做了充分的準備，並且有足夠的信心和勇氣相信自己能回答好這個問題。
