The show British Got Talented is very popular around the world, it is the original show. As it is so hot and many talented people have found their stages,its influence on other countries can’t be ignored. Last night, I saw an episode of a boy composing a song with his friend, it reminded the public of the issue of anti-bully in campus.
When the boy and his friend stood on the stage, he was so shy and he looked very nice. He told the audience that they would sing a song which was composed by himself and the judges were so looking forward to hearing it. As the technology and economic is developing, the environment problem is becoming a severe problem, and the people are seriously affected.
The sustained damage to the environment has caused a serious problem, such as air pollution, sand storm, extraordinary weather, and diseases etc., people suffer from what they have done to the environment.
However. People have realized that it will be too late if they don’t do anything to prevent things from getting worse. For example, there is an “Earth Hour” on a Saturday of March of each year. It is a global movement, usually it lasts from 8:30pm to 9:30pm. It is also called “Light-off for One Hour”. During this hour, all the light will be turned off. my family was rather poor when i was in my childhood. we didn't have our own house and had to live in a shabby， small room rented from my father's factory. the room was so small that there was little space for people to walk. i didn't have my own bed and had to sleep with my parents. this is terrible both for my parents and me.

這一班學生在英語方面是我剛剛接手的，每個學生學習情況我還在不斷的瞭解之中，其實在座的家長對自己子女的情況比我更加清楚。學生們都是在同一起跑線上起跑的，經過兩年來的學習，學生與學生之間已經拉開了差距。一些好的學生學習興趣濃，學習勁頭足，課堂上積極思維，踴躍發言，課後及時鞏固，形成了良性迴圈的好勢頭。他們的學習習慣好，在聽、說、讀、寫方面都能齊頭並進，我為他們感到欣慰。可也有一些學生，平時學習馬虎，基礎不紮實，功虧一簣，導致他們現在課上聽講出現困難，用他們自己的話說：“李老師上課，我聽不懂。”聽不懂，還不努力，書面作業拖拉不交，口頭作業根本不完成，如此一來，學習自然成了件頭痛事，麻煩事。其實，大部分的學生還是處於中間層次，老師所教的，所佈置的作業能夠基本完成，但學習的效率又因人而異，存在著個體差別。儘管他們平時不需要老師操太多的心，費太大的力，但是說起各方面的表現，又總有一絲遺憾，我們總希望他們能夠再上一個臺階。
怎樣幫助孩子學好英語呢?我們老師自然是最直接的知識傳授者，有著不可推卸的責任。在此，我們只是真誠地呼籲我們的家長配合學校，配合老師，靠我們共同的努力來幫助孩子學好英語。用一句時髦的話說：我們要和孩子共同成長。
重視良好的學習習慣的培養
(1)讓孩子多聽錄音在少兒英語教學中，首先是加強聽力訓練和說話訓練，然後才是讀寫能力的培養。聽說能力差，用英語進行交際的能力差，為此，家長一定要配合學校來要求孩子，要創造條件讓孩子多聽，多聽純正的錄音，聽幾遍、聽清楚了以後，跟著說。按照眼前利益來看，我們的升學考試也一年比一年注重聽力、閱讀等需要綜合能力的部分。比如前年的聽力佔35分，去年就已經佔40分了。
(2)讓孩子大聲說英語家長要每天留出15分鐘左右時間讓孩子讀讀英語，不管當天有無英語課。我們要鼓勵孩子大聲地朗讀、對話、問答，大聲說，不害羞，這樣有利於清楚地表達自己，也有利於他人糾正自己的錯誤。
(3)讓孩子熟練背誦課文和單詞背誦是一項基本功，可以積累一些日常用語，到用的時等候就可以脫口而出。但是在背誦過程中要講究方法，不可操之過急，要注意分散和集中相結合。我們一般是分段教課文，那就可以請學生分段背課文。等快教完的時候，再把課文串起來背，這樣可以降低一點難度，讓學生背得輕鬆些。但是在檢查過程中，我們發現有一部分學生背得相當熟練，可問他課文中的某個片語或句子的意思時，他卻一問三不知。所以，我們在背誦過程中要注意上下文的理解，在理解的基礎上達到背誦的要求，課文中涉及到的相關片語和句型，要讓學生熟記，並能用它們來造句、說話。
在具體的實施過程中發現：有些學生根本不用心學，能偷懶則偷懶，很多家長比較負責會查問有沒有教新課，要不要默寫，但孩子不老實，欺騙家長。這時候，你應該及時跟我聯絡，讓孩子知道：欺騙不是辦法，也會受到相應的懲罰。
單詞亦是如此，分散記憶、根據讀音記憶單詞都是可取的方法。有時，我們回家佈置抄寫單詞，其目的不在於抄，而在於提醒學生記憶這些單詞。但是在日常學習中，學生不重視這項作業，認為只是抄抄而已，不做也沒什麼關係，其實他連抄寫都不做，根本別說是去背了，結果幾次下來，他負債累累，應付不過來，學習處於被動狀態，從而影響了以後的學習，出現退步現象。因此，請大家在家裡督促孩子保質保量地完成英語作業，該讀的讀、該說的說、該寫的寫、該記的記，及時鞏固，養成良好的習慣。父母親的良好榜樣起著很大作用。孩子一般還沒有明確的學習目的，這時，父母親對學習的態度，特別是行為，會極大地影響孩子。
在默寫單詞、片語、課文的時候，有些會誘導父母：老師要求報英語，那家長就比較為難，一方面，自己根本不會讀英語;另一方面，也只能幫助他作弊了。

Stepping into the new century environment pollution has become more serious than ever since. There are different kinds of pollution. Such as water pollution air pollution and noise pollution and so on. It seems that we live on a planet which is full of pollution. where all these pollution comes from? To a large extend the environmental destruction is the heavy price that we pay for the rapid development of economy and the growing population. In order to have more fuel people cut down trees and dig more corals. But the growing needs for energy are hardly to meet. Countless private cars on the street the gas stations are short of gasoline even the government has raise the price so many times in order to control the needs of gasoline but it’s still not working. Overusing the natural resources has already affected the ecological balance. However the factories still release the toxic air into the sky and the polluted water into the rivers. People still lack of the conscious of protecting the environment. I think it’s time for all of us to do something.
The government should put forward some more strict laws to prevent the environment from being further polluted. And they should let people know more about the importance of environment protection. And we should find the balance between the economic growth and environmental protection. Plant more trees in the deserts and stop cutting down the forest. Forbid the factories to pour the waste water into the rivers directly. Encourage people to use public transportations to work. Both government and ordinary people should join hands together to make our home clean and fresh again. Only in this way our earth could be a better place to live in.
