首先感謝諸位平時給予我工作上的支援和緊密的配合。開學在近一個月的時間裡，孩子們紮實地學習新課，比較認真地做作業，課堂氣氛熱烈，大部分同學認真聽講按時交作業，雖然有時也會存在馬虎偷懶的現象，但是他們已經進步很大了!
幾點英語教學的幾點心得：
1，孩子的教育應該是整體的教育。
課上功夫在課外。孩子對知識的 理解、吸收和運用卻取決於她自己的綜合能力和習慣。而這個能 力和習慣一是受制於天賦，二是由後天的養成所決定。學習效果 不好往往是跟能力的培養和習慣是否好有關，而不能簡單地怪孩 子懶惰貪玩。找出背後的原因，細緻地分析，把對孩子的培養滲 透到生活的每一方面。生活和課堂是相通的。比如說：作業的問 題可能出自行為習慣上，如果一個孩子在生活上就是飯來張口、 衣來伸手，那麼做作業的時候馬虎了事就是意料之中的了。所以， 要從生活的點滴中來正確引導孩子，在生活各方面勤快、懂事的 孩子，在學習上也會勤奮自覺。
2，知識要轉化為能力。
所謂素質教育是其實是能力的教育，英語是第二語言，學習的時 候容易脫離實際而變得枯燥，也容易出現考試好但實際運用差的 情況。為了避免這種問題，在英語課上，我本著以學生為主體的 原則，創造性地傳授知識，培養孩子獨立思考的習慣以及實際運 用語言的能力。上課時我儘量用全英語教學，主要用啟發式而不 是傳統的翻譯式來使得學生理解詞語和句子的意思。對於抽象的 詞和語法，我也會用中文進行解釋。我在課堂上儘量創設與生活 貼近的情境，採用多種的形式和遊戲來創造機會給學生練習，再 加上用兩人或小組討論、操練的形式來進行復習和鞏固，使孩子 們覺得上英語課就像在做遊戲一樣，和生活很貼近，繞有趣味。
3，掌握科學的學習方法：在坐各位都是事業上的成功者，很多也曾 是學習高手，把你們的經驗教給孩子，與他們一起探索適合他自 己的學習方法。
比如預習新課的時候不要告訴孩子她看不明白的 地方，這樣她在第二天上課的時候就會專心地聽，自己來找答案， 豁然開朗。總的來說，學習英語就是持之以恆、興趣為先，在有 興趣的基礎上，多讀、多記，像學習語文一樣擴大課外閱讀量。 英語課本是侷限的，而課外的閱讀是非常廣泛而生動有趣的。
4，嚴格要求孩子要訂正作業，錯的單詞每個抄三遍，錯題要用顯眼 顏色的筆標出來，並且懂得為什麼錯，便於複習。一年級的學生 認知水平有限，自我領悟和獨立學習的能力有待進一步形成，這 一階段他們的學習更需要家長的關心和督促，所以希望家長們堅 持每天檢查作業完成情況，適時鼓勵或鞭策，並在作業上簽字。 感謝你們的配合和關注!
5，平時對學習有困難的，或者是某階段有退步的同學，我都會盡量抽時間來個別輔導跟她談心。
