Someone said “we are reading the first verse of the first chapter of a book, whose pages are infinite”. I don’t know who wrote these words, but I’ve always liked them as a reminder that the future can be anything we want it to be. We are all in the position of the farmers. If we plant a good seed ,we reap a good harvest. If we plant nothing at all, we harvest nothing at all.
一些人說“我們正在讀一本無窮的書中的第一章的第一節。”我不知道誰寫了這些話，但是我一直很喜歡它，因為它提醒了我，我們能夠創造我們想要的未來。
We are young. “How to spend the youth?” It is a meaningful question. To answer it, first I have to ask “what do you understand by the word youth?” Youth is not a time of life, it’s a state of mind. It’s not a matter of rosy cheeks, red lips or supple knees. It’s the matter of the will. It’s the freshness of the deep spring of life.
我們都是農夫。如果我們播下好的種子，我們將會豐收。如果我們的種子很差，有很多草籽，收割的將是無用的莊稼。如果我們什麼也不播種，什麼收穫也沒有。
Youth means a temperamental predominance of courage over timidity of the appetite , for adventure over the love of ease. This often exists in a man of 60 more than a boy of 20 . Nobody grows old merely by a number of years . We grow old by deserting our ideals. Years wrinkle the skin , but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul . Worry , fear , self –distrust bows the heart and turns the spirit back to dust .

Whether 60 of 16 , there is in every human being ‘s heart the lure of wonders, the unfailing childlike appetite of what’s next and the joy of the game of living . In the center of your heart and my heart there’s a wireless station : so long as it receives messages of beauty , hope ,cheer, courage and power from men and from the infinite, so long as you are young .
A poet said “To see a world in a grain of sand, and a heaven in a wild flower, hold infinity in the palm of your hand, and eternity in an hour. Several days ago, I had a chance to listen to a lecture. I learnt a lot there. I’d like to share it with all of you. Let’s show our right palms. We can see three lines that show how our er and life is. I have a short line of life. What about yours? I wondered whether we could see our future in this way. Well, let’s make a fist. Where is our future? Where is our love, career, and life? Tell , it is in our hands. It is held in ourselves.

We all want the future to be better than the past. But the future can go better itself. Don’t cry because it is over, smile because it happened. From the past, we’ve learnt that the life is tough, but we are tougher. We’ve learnt that we can’t choose how we feel, but we can choose what about it. Failure doesn’t mean you don’t have it, it does mean you should do it in a different way. Failure doesn’t mean you should give up, it does mean you must try harder.

But the future is in front of us. Believe that what we give to the world, the world will give to us. As you slowly open your eyes, look around, notice where the light comes into your room; listen carefully, see if there are new sounds you can recognize; feel with your body and spirit, and see if you can sense the freshness in the air.
Yes, yes, yes, it’s a new day, it’s a different day, and it’s a bright day! And most importantly, it’s a new beginning for your life, a beginning where you are going to make new decisions, take new actions, make new friends, and take your life to a totally unprecedented(空前的) level.

You will live every single day of your life with absolute passion, and you will show your passion through the words you speak and the actions you take.
You will focus all your time and effort on the most important goals of your life. You will never succumb(屈服,屈從) to challenges of hardships.
You will never waver(動搖) in your pursuit of excellence. After all, you are the best, and you deserve the best!
As your coach and friend, I can assure you the door to all the best things in the world will open to you, but the key to that door is in your hand. You must do your part. You must faithfully follow the plans you make and take the actions you plan; you must never quit and you must never fear. I know you must do it, you can do it, you will do it, and you will succeed! experienced the sour ,sweet ,bitter and salty can you really become a person of time of young is limitted,it may pass by without your attention,and when you discover what has happened ,it is always too ping the young well means a better time is waiting for you in the near future,or the situation may be opposite .

However, who can really say what the youth is ? A period of time? A belief?An attitude to life? Or anything else? actually, everyone has his own understanding of young, it is a period of time of beauty and wonders, only after you have experienced the sour , sweet ,bitter and salty, can you really become a person of significance.
但是,誰能說青年是什麼嗎?一段時間嗎?一個信念?一個生活態度?還是別的?實際上,每個人都有自己對青春的理解,這是一段時間的美麗和奇蹟,只有在你經歷了酸、甜、苦、鹹，你才能成為一位舉足輕重的人物。
Just like A famous poet said "youth is a lovely song ,where nothing is impossible ,youth is a meaningful book, you'll be never bored of it ;youth is a rapid river ,it keeps on flowing day and night ;youth is a cup of tea ,it shows you different kinds of tastes in your life."

As youth is so precious, of course, we must treasure it 't let the limited time pass by, grasping the young will means a better time is waiting for you in the near future.
青春是如此珍貴,當然,我們必須珍惜它。不要讓有限的時間經過,抓住年輕將意味著一個更好的時間是在不遠的將來等著你。
So,It's necessary for us to prepare ourselves well for the future to come. having a view on those great men in the history of hunman being, they all made full use of their youth time to do things that are useful to society, to the whole mankind, and as a consequence ,they are remembered by later generations, admired by everyone. so do something in the time of young, although you may not get achievements as these greatmen did ,though not for the whole world, just for youeself, for those around!

First of all,think of what you'd like to be some day. A teacher ? A doctor ? A writer? Don't afraid of dreaming of big and great e you are young , you can dream of doing anything and becoming anyone in the future.

Friendship is one of the most important things to my opinion, friendship is something give me strength when I am sich, give me sunshine when I am in the shadow.I have a friend who grew up together with me, he is my closest friend , We meet every week although we no longer live in the neighborhood , there is no secret between us. Once I was very depressd because I lost in the final exam , he was the one who encourge me , and helped me with my math, I made great progress in that summer vocation. I have many friends , they are all important in my share the load, the happiness,the pain, and all the mood in my entire ks for my friends,you make my life colour.
what would you do if you failed？ many people may choose to give up. however, the surest way to success is to keep your direction and stick to your goal.
on your way to success, you must keep your direction. it is just like a lamp, guiding you in darkness and helping you overcome obstacles on your way. otherwise, you will easily get lost or hesitate to go ahead.
direction means objectives. you can get nowhere without an objective in life.
you can try to write your objective on paper and make some plans to achieve it. in this way, you will know how to arrange your time and to spend your time properly. and you should also have a belief that you are sure to succeed as long as you keep your direction all the time.

As we all know, the earth is a planet almost covered by water,and it is water made every thing on the earth r is also one of the important part of our gh,is there really so much water for us to clean,to produce many things,to play with？ how much water are there on the earth then？
Most of the water is in the oceans or locked away as largest volumes of fresh water are stored underground as groundwater,imagine there is only one barrel of water in the world,then there is only a spoon of it on the land,and the water we can use is only a drop of I have to remind all of you here that the single drop of water is never as Clean as before,it has been polluted severely by our human beings.
There is a very beautiful river in is the Seine,it runs across the City,people drink coffee, chat on the bank in the day,at night,they enjoy the beautiful scenery in the boat,songs from the river fly into the Sky made the river more attractive, the Seine is a famous symbol of France；on the west coast of pacific ocean there lies the modern City Shanghai,anot ther river which used to be a very important transportation route runs through the center of the city,people respected and regard it as＂mother＂ is the＂suzhou river,but l believe that few of you would sit beside it,people will be scattered by the terrible smell of water when walk by.I have to say it is extremely dirty! And we all know that a lot of beautiful rivers in the world also are Sharing the same fate with suzhou river. Who is the devil？ I can＇t help asking.
Many human activities and their by-products have the potential to pollute water. Please have a look along the banks of the river, large and small industrial enterprises discharge dirty
water, tons of garbage were thrown into the river, the water contained so much that it can＇t clean itself. Compared with the dramatic development in many sides of Shanghai, the suzhou river has become a black point of the appearance of city.
Fortunately, the government has control the situation now, we are happy to see some parts of the river has become clean again, and we even can find fish sometime.
The unique earth is the only planet full of lives, the water is just like the blood in the active body, protecting water is saving ourselves. Not to waste a single drop of water, otherwise, the only drop of water we could keep in the future would be our tear!
My dear friends, mankind still faces a great difficulty in solving the problems of the environment and development, and there is a grand task to perform and along way to go. The middle school students in China will always cooperate with the young people of the world to protect the environment.

Buid The Friendship
There is an umbrella support for a long time, the rain stopped but also would not take; There is a bunch of flowers has smelled for a long time, wither would not lose; there is a hope to the permanent friendship, even if the black hair become gray hair, but also deep in my heart reserved. When reading this short message Meaningful, my heart always filled with bursts of warm.
What is friendship? Friendship is an in-depth relationship. Friendship is comfortable and relaxed. Building a friendship from casual friends. Building friendships takes time. Friendships require self-disclosure so any friendship has risks, Talking and listening builds friendships. Friendships require equality and loyalty from friends. Maintenance of friendships is crucial. Friendships can't be neglected.
One-on-one contact is a prerequisite of friendships. Friends must be flexible. Between the friends has the conflict to solve can maintain the friendship.
He is my friend, not sweet, pleasant, there are real actions; without the mask of hypocrisy, there is a real blessing. He is my friend, when I frustrated, dispirited when his coaching my heart, give me courage and confidence to overcome difficulties; when I caught in distress, hardship and unbearable when he rushed to me to lend a helping hand. He is my friend, when I was in trouble, he gave me the bright moonlight garden. He is my friend, when I gratefully thanked him, he disappeared in the crowd. Friendship is inportant,a good friend is the most inportant in our need a good friend!
as we know, we would feel lonely if we didn't even have a friend. but it doesn't mean we could reply on our friends all the time. there is a famous motto saying that “a friend is like a quilt with cotton wadding, but the real thing that keeps you warm is your own temperature.” it is really true. we have to work hard together with our friends, encourage each other and help each other. when we receive love and friendship, we should repay as much as we can.
