I could remember English has been my favorite since my junior high school. At that time I had a dream that one day my job must be something that connects with r graduating from University, I started my job in teaching English. Then I realized the true of being an English teacher. In addition, if knowledge is a bridge to success, then an English teacher must be a bridge for students to learn a foreign language, a bridge to aid students’ communication with foreigners, a bridge to share our Chinese culture with others.
To me, my students are just like the wild flowers. Can we see a World or Heaven in them? The answer is definitely Yes. If you want to enjoy yourself while teaching, respect and love your students as their friends; work hard with full responsibility.
How do I enjoy myself with my students? I don’t think I can express how I love my students in a few words. I just know, they are the future of China; they are infinity in my hand. What could I do with them? To wait, to be patient, to expect and to love. From them, every teacher must see their future, teaching and guiding them responsibly.
Over three years passed by, the first day of new semester was coming finally. As a new teacher of the school, I had something in common with my students, who were new faces. Sitting in the classroom, since both of us were nervous, I showed a smile to them. At last, they relaxed themselves, smile was passed on to next. Then all of them were smiling. At that time, I began to introduce myself to them. So interested in me, they all listened to me with full heart. Of course I had chance to know something about them. One of them even was so excited with red face when she knew she and I had the same birthday. When I made a joke on her about her red apple face, the classroom burst out of laugh. No matter how different they are, in my eyes, everyone of them is like a waiting flower----waiting for growth. From then on, I had been in good relationship with my students. How lovely and nice they are!
And then, as teachers, not only do we need to be friendly to them, but also all the time we have to be ready for helping them. Once two girls in my class went out for wandering from home without telling anyone else including their patents. In fact, they just wanted to escape from the family, which was full of quarreling. It’s not hard to imagine how worried their parents were! But they had no way to communicate with them, nor find them. As class teacher, there was no time. I decided quickly to help the holpless parents. And I tried to contact with their classmates to make sure what they had talked about the going before. Then I spent the whole night in looking for them with their parents in the city. After a long time searching, we found the girls in WangSheng. When they saw me, their class teacher, they cried loudly and sadly. Everything was OK after they told me their complaints to parents. At that time, I knew, 1
sometimes, the teacher was the very bridge between parents and their children. How important, how great to be a teacher is!
Thirdly, to be a teacher we need to know what responsibility is. As everyone knows, the Chinese boy, Hong Zhanhui is one of the man who moves China. He began to rear his little sister since he was 13, the age at which we enjoy mother’arms. Without parents, he has to earn enough money for their life while he is studying at the same time. Everyday, carrying his sister on his back, he went to school through miles path. When somebody asked him why he should kept doing this. He replied briefly:” This is my responsibility! ” From his story, we know that responsibility is not an easy thing. Is only what Hong Zhanhui done can be called responsibility? Of course no. Everyone has his responsibility and responsibility exists everywhere in everyone’s daily life especially we teachers’.
So, what is responsibility? From my point of view, responsibility is accepting what you are facing -- and not complaining your students. Responsibility is holding your students' hands and reminding them to watch both ways before crossing their road. When there is something difficult in front of students, responsibility is helping them over them. When your students are in a trouble, responsibility is being there on time to help and guide them -- even if that means you will miss your favorite things.
Just imagine the world without responsibility. Your students are the waiting flowers. Tomorrow, whatever they will be, it all depends on their hard working and the teachers’ love. Wonderful world, isn’t it? Responsibility is not a burden if you are willing to shoulder it. The teacher who loves his/her students will not only succeed but also get a happy life and enjoy themselves.

上午好!我是八年級級的一名英語老師。
很高興見到大家.對於我們的家長和學生而言，的確是新老師;今天，我想利用這個機會，把我過去的一些經驗結合這兩個月對八年級學生英語學習情況的瞭解來與各位家長分享和探討。
從學生的家庭作業來看，我們的家長都非常重視孩子們的英語學習。大家都意識到英語學習不論是對我們的日常生活還是升學來說，都產生著重要的作用，有著重大的意義。而我們國中階段的教學目的在於培養學生的學習興趣、良好的語言習慣、運用英語進行交際的能力以及跨文化意識。因此，我的課堂也是圍繞聽、說、讀、寫幾個方面對所學知識進行操練和運用。通過這兩個月的教學，我發現這一屆八年級的班主任都特別負責，班風、學風也很好，最重要的是絕大多數的同學自尊心強，上進心強，這使我對他們充滿信心。但同樣也發現了以下問題：
1、學習態度不夠端正。部分學生對於學英語是抱著無所謂的態度，甚至會說“只要語文數學好就行了”，還有拖欠作業的情況。
2、學習習慣不夠好。我要求學生在學英語的時候要大聲的讀單詞和句子，有利於對單詞的記憶，並且能更好的集中注意力。但是有很多人沒有這種習慣，聲音很小，眼睛盯著天花板，盯著窗戶讀的都有，甚至還有的同學邊發呆邊跟著讀，這樣就沒有效果。還存在著嚴重的畏難情緒，我給的問題或是閱讀材料還剛出來就有人抱怨“我不會做”、“這麼難”、“看不懂”，我會反問他們“你還沒看題怎麼知道不會做?遇到困難首先想到的不是解決問題而是逃避，那麼你永遠不會進步”。這幾天這種情況已經減少了很多。
3、少數同學基礎不好。到現在26個字母還讀不全、默不全。這也是頗讓人頭疼的問題。
4、閱讀能力欠佳。閱讀在今後的升學考試，包括會考、大學聯考、研究生考試以及大學英語四、六級考試中都佔有很大的分值。但我們的學生對於閱讀暫時還沒有概念。我要求他們把閱讀材料讀三遍，第一遍泛讀，也就是瀏覽;第二遍精讀，把生詞劃出來，根據上下文理解單詞的意思;第三遍回答問題，但是很少有同學能夠嚴格按照要求完成，往往是讀了一遍就不想讀了。
針對以上問題，我也研究了一些方法和策略，需要各位家長的配合和支援。
1、督促學生在家聽英語磁帶，每週不少於1小時，最好能每天堅持聽10——15分鐘，這將對孩子的學習有很大幫助。
2. 督促學生在家背英語單詞、短語及課文，因為在校學生的背書時間太少，所以家長要配合老師在家裡聽寫孩子的單詞和短語。
3、爭取消化當天所學的單詞，不要積壓任務。我會在每單元結束的時候組織一次聽寫，並要求學生帶回家給家長過目。
4、請家長督促孩子在家裡完成家庭作業，以免他們來學校在匆忙之中互相抄襲。有時的默寫作業我也會煩請各位家長簽字，這也是為了給學生一點點壓力，讓他們知道父母會經常檢查他們的作業本，一定要認真寫才行。家長可以讓學生自己默寫或者報中文意思都可以，但最重要的是在學生默完後，督促他們對著書本更正。我發現，八年級的很多家長都非常負責，他們已經在這麼做了，而且做得很好!
4、每一個單元都有閱讀的部分，並且附有課後習題。如果你的孩子英語基礎不是很好，可以督促他們先在家查字典，做適當的預習。
總之，我和各位家長有著共同的心願，都想盡自己最大的努力去培養這些孩子，他們個個都聰明、可愛，只是有些孩子的潛能還沒有得到充分的發掘。今後，我也希望和各位家長保持聯絡，如果孩子遇到學習問題我們及時溝通。我的電話號碼是：。

“Before I came out，” said one，“I ran into some of the rooms and found a lot of money. People don't think of money when they're afraid. When anyone leaves paper money in a fire， the fire burns it. So I took all the bills that I could one will be poorer because I took them.”
“You don't know my work，” said the other.
“What is your work?”
“I'm a policeman.
“Oh!” cried the first man. He thought quickly and said，“And do you know my work?”“No，”said the policeman.
“I'm a writer. I'm always telling stories about things that never happened.”

The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life.
Attitude to me is more important than facts.
It is more important than the past,than education,than money,than circumstances, than failures,than successes,than what the other people think,say,or do.
It is more important than the appearance,the giftedness or skill.
It will make or break a company,a church ,a home.
The remarkable thing is we have a choice every day, regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day.
We cannot change our cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain cannot change the inevitable.
The only thing we can do is play on the one stage we that is our attitudes.
I am convinced that life is ten percent what happens to me ,and ninety percent how I react to so it is with you.
We are in charge of our attitudes.
I have a dream is to make reading become relaxed and happy.
Why do I have this dream? Because reading is too tired now I 6:30 in the morning when doing the dream also will hear mother shouted at my bedside "get up! Or else I will open a shrill alarm clock!" I heard that they should open the alarm clock had to get up right away. Then hurry clad wash gargle then rushed to the station on the way buy some snacks in a hurry to get on the bus on the way to chew breakfast while reading English. Immediately start to school the day I quickly closed my eyes. Back home to do my homework sometimes I work late to sleep very late which have time to play!
In order to children's study in the future life easy pleasant and being able to maintain a lot of knowledge. I want to invent a product in children born a small operation the kids can install a connected to the computer interface it can not like us every morning to go to school go home and do my homework. They just at the right time with the computer connection input to master the knowledge of can master all want to learn the knowledge. The children can play all day or exercise do things they are interested in. So the children can both enjoy the fun of childhood and to ensure that everyone is very good.
Childhood like that how beautiful it is! In order to achieve this dream now study hard though it was worth it!
今天，我的演講是關於人才，在我看來，人才在當今社會是不可或缺的。眾所周知，國家間的鬥爭實際上是人才之間的戰鬥。
首先，我想定義“人才”這個詞在我的想法，才能是一個人誰是擅長或公司部分或多個領域。如今，隨著世界發展，如果一個國家想要排名頂部或世界上做得很好，國家必須有很多人才。例如，中國，世界上最大的發展中國家，在過去的120xx年裡，總是被其他國家的入侵，當時為什麼，原因是中國沒有如此多的人才。如果他們anti-intrusion戰爭領袖人才，不用說，他們會打敗那些大國。如果他們在武器製造人才，nodody敢惹我們。然而，如今，這是一個完全不同的情況下，中國已成為全世界powerfulin，為什麼?因為有很多人才服務於國家，平民越來越有文化。越來越多的人上大學，越來越多的人開始接受進一步的教育。在軍隊是什麼，作為回報，才能保護我們的國家免受入侵，人才在商業的幫助使我們的經濟保持改善，人才航空讓世界看到中國載人飛船飛行。人才在體育在奧運會上讓中國排名第一……
總之，人才將起到越來越impoetant在世界上的角色，如果一個國家想要蓬勃發展，他必須儘可能多培養人才，這是所有，謝謝你。
Today, my speech is about talents,in my opinion, talents are indispensable in nowadays society. as is known to all that the fight among countries is actually the fight among talents.
First, i'd like to define the word"talent" in my idea, a talent is one person who is good at or expertised in some or multiple areas. nowadays, as the world developing goes on , if one country want to rank top or do a good job in the world, the country must have many example, china, the biggest developing country in the world, in the past 100 years, is always invaded by other countries, why ,the reason is that china at that time had not so many talents. if they had anti-intrusion leader talents in the war, needless to say,they would have beat those big they had talents in weapons manufacturing, nodody dares to provoke ver, nowadays, it's a totally different situation, china has become powerfulin all over the world, why ? because there are many talents serving the country, the civilians become more and more and more people go to university,more and more people come to receive further education. so what is that in return,talents in army protect our country from invasion, talents in commerce help make our economy keep in improving, talents in aerospace make the world see chinese manned spacecraft flying. talents in sports make china rank the first in the olympic games……
To sum up, talents will play a more and more impoetant role in the world, if one country intends to flourish, he must foster talents as many as they can ,that's all,thank you.
尊敬的各位家長，大家下午好!
你們的孩子來到這裡已經半學期了。今天，我們在這裡相聚，目標只有一個，那就是為了孩子們能更好地成長和學習上能取得更大的進步。我先作個自我介紹：我叫黃燕燕，是國中本班的英語教師。
我的發言分四個部分:彙報班級情況，交流三個問題，幾點溫馨提示。
一、首先,跟大家彙報一下班級學生現狀
1. 班級學生現狀
我們班總共 名學生，上週我校進行了半期考試。我把半期英語考試的情況簡單向各位家長作個彙報。平均分 分，優生 人，優生率 %。排名前十名的有 ;與九月份第一次月考相比，進步較大的學生有 。 通過國中半期的學習，大多數學生都具有良好的英語學習習慣。學習積極性較高，能夠自覺完成老師布臵的作業，深知英語學科在整個國中課程的重要性。
2.存在問題:
1)早讀課容易瞌睡，每天晚上加夜班的同學比較多，導致早上精神狀態不好。
2)部分學生的學習方式仍然停留在國中甚至國小階段，從不自覺主動地去學習(從他們對作業的認識和處理方式上就可以看出來)
3)部分學生抄襲作業，少數學生作業拖拉甚至不交作業

4、正確看待、冷靜分析這次考試成績
二、其次，想跟大家交流四個問題
1.首先和大家交流一個問題：孩子上了國中以後，總有一部分家長很納悶：我家的孩子在國小能考到八九十分，國中也能考到七八十分，為什麼到了國中，成績不令人滿意，甚至有些失望呢?
這個問題的答案首先與各個學習階段的特點有關：國小階段以賞識教育為主，要在很小的時候培養學生的自信心，試卷內容大多與課本有關，因此考試分數自然會很高。國中則是以普及教育為主，考試會照顧到大部分學生，因此分數也較高。但是，國中教育，特別是在以大學聯考為最終目標的大背景下，就是以選拔為目的了，所以，考試難度與深度會有很大的提升，得分率自然就會下降，孩子們的考試分數自然會低一些。所以拿國中甚至國小的分數來衡量孩子們國中的學習，是不科學的。
其次，與學生自身的學習方式和學習習慣有關：國中階段學習科目多而且難，要求學生必須學會自主學習(自覺主動地去學習)，即變“要我學”為“我要學”，再也不能像國中甚至國小那樣靠老師和家長盯著學，那樣成績自然會下降。
2.第二個問題，為什麼同一個班級的孩子三年後成績差別那麼大?成績進步大的一定是那些學習習慣和個性好的孩子。孩子為什麼會這樣，其實因素很多，這不僅僅與學習基礎有關，最主要的是與孩子的心態、學習方式及學習習慣密切相關。學生的學習方式及習慣是極其重要的，直接影響和決定學生的成績。不要到九年級時才感慨，現在我們不是不想學，而是在七年級、八年級時沒有養成良好的學習習慣，沒能改變自己的學習方式以適應國中的學習，現在只能是心有餘而力不足。因此，現在必須努力學習。
在此，我希望家長們要時時關注孩子的學習習慣和個性，也就是情商問題。大量的例項證明了一個人的成功主要取決於情商，其次才是智商，兩者的比例大概是7:3。既然知道英語學科舉足輕重，就必須愛英語，以十足的幹勁學好英語。
3.第二個問題，請家長們正確看待孩子在班級的考試名次，當孩子名次退步時，原因是多方面的，首先幫助他樹立信心，然後一起幫助分析原因，而不要盲目地批評甚至打罵孩子。“望子成龍，望女成鳳”是我們共同的心願，但在七年級更應注重孩子學習習慣的培養、學習方式的轉變，讓孩子快樂的成長進步，嚴格遵循教育教學規律。
4.有些孩子還沒有適應國中的學習，還不知道國中階段怎麼學，希望家長們高度關注。國中學習科目多而難，時間緊，主要靠學生自主和自覺地學習，老師主要是引導和輔導、檢查和督促，而不像國中那樣盯著你學習。說明學生在學習目的、學習興趣上還需培養。
訂正的習慣，督促學生建立錯題集，當堂發現的問題，當堂訂正，不拖拉，不滯留，將問題解決在發現之處，從而保證知識點的連線，為建立學科知識體系做保障。這些習慣，會讓學生真正的樂學、好學，在成功中追求快樂，在快樂中追求成功!
四、我想對在座的各位家長提出幾點溫馨提示。
1、溫馨提示1
(1)幫助孩子確定適當目標
和孩子一起確定一個他能夠達到的目標——家長適度的期望值。
孩子是家長的希望，教育好孩子是老師的希望。父母對孩子期望值的高低直接影響孩子將來所取得成就的大小。期望值一定要有，而且要恰到好處。
期望值過高：孩子拼命按家長的意願生活、學習，也許父母感到滿足，但孩子生活得較為壓抑，甚至影響心理健康。盡力後仍達不到家長的要求，雙方均失望，可能導致孩子自暴自棄;
期望值過低或沒有：家長對尚不自覺的孩子期望值過低或沒有，孩子會缺少外在精神支援，認為不重視、無所謂。
適度的期望值：在原有基礎上適當拔高，不操之過急，不高不攀，否則可能大家都失望。
(2)幫助孩子增強自信心
(3)關注孩子成績的變化(即名次的升降)而不是絕對名次
(4)溝通---多傾聽孩子的訴說
(5)多和老師尤其是班主任聯絡，及時瞭解情況，積極配合班主任和老師做好孩子的思想工作
只有有效的家校聯動(溝通與合作)，才能教育好學生。
(6)注重學生學習習慣和學習能力的培養，使學生養成良好的學習習慣

給家長的幾點建議：
每天付出多一些……
多一些問候(在孩子累了的時候)
多一些幫助(在孩子需要的時候)
多一些關心(在孩子軟弱的時候)
多一些鼓勵(在孩子洩氣的時候)
多一些寬容(在孩子犯錯的時候)
——家是孩子心中最溫暖的地方。
5)教育子女相信自己、相信學校、相信老師。
4、溫馨提醒3
1)七年級是基礎，希望這次考試成績不理想的學生家長要高度關注，儘快想法提高學生的成績，到了八年級、九年級要想提高就很難了，因為一方面學習任務越來越重，另一方面學生的自信心和興趣應儘早樹立(他們中有一部分人的自信心在國中已經受到打擊)
2)我的聯絡方式：
我們所有的努力只有一個目的：讓您的孩子在這裡成人成才。我們欣喜地看到，在全體師生的共同努力下，學生在進步。我們所做的一切都是為了學生的一切，當然這離不開您的支援和理解，我們有理由相信，在家校良好的溝通合作下，學生會有更大的進步!
