同學們，你們說，這樣做對嗎?我認為，作為孩子，要學會對父母感恩，要感謝他們把你帶到這個世界，要感謝他們讓你衣食無優。對他們感恩的唯一方式，就是做一個尊重父母、聽話、懂事的好孩子。

“感恩”這個詞已不是第一次看見它了，但是一個演講才讓我真正明白“感恩”的含義。
都說感恩，但是要談感恩的話首先就要知恩，知道誰對你有恩，而你又應該對誰有恩。從“呱呱”落地開始，從你開始用稚嫩的、不太清楚的聲音喊出那一聲爸爸或者媽媽的時候，也就意味著你會享受到這來自生活中點點滴滴的恩情了，同時也意味著你也在不知不覺中擔負了一份你尚未發覺的，你所要給予別人的恩情。但這一切的前提就是你知道什麼是恩。
恩，可以是事關生命時一種無私的奉獻，恩，可以是生活中雞毛蒜皮的小事中一份熱心的幫助，但真要深入地去談恩，我最想說的還是：恩，爸爸媽媽在你一點一滴的成長中對你的數不勝數的付出。
當演講老師講到感恩這個環節的時候，我哭了，只有我自己知道我為什麼哭，我又哭的是什麼。我哭，是因為我的羞愧，我的悔恨。“從小到大，有什麼好的東西，父母首先想到的總是你，一桌子的好菜，父母吃得卻都是那些你連碰都不會碰的。當有一份好吃的，你對父母說：你們也吃。他們總是會說：不了，你吃吧，我們吃過了。可事實上，他們並沒有吃過。你眼看著媽媽細嫩的手已變得粗糙不堪，眼看著她那滿頭烏絲已所剩不多。
出門時，父母在叮囑在牽掛，放學回家時，父母做了一大桌好菜，都是你愛吃的。漸漸地，你長大了，翅膀也硬了，開始想掙脫父母的懷抱自由飛翔了，於是你開始變得忤逆，父母想和你說話，你不耐煩，父母教導你，你句句如同尖刀一樣頂撞他們，可以想象，他們的心有多痛。都說子女和父母心連心，但是父母的痛我們卻全然不知。”
當我的眼淚止不住的從眼眶中流出的時候，我就在想：這說得不就是我嗎?我一直不敢抬頭，除了怕自己哭得稀里嘩啦的臉被人看見以外，更多的是羞愧，因為這字字都說道我心坎裡去了。我不想抬頭，我被頭上的愧疚感壓得抬不起頭來了。於是，我當時心裡就只有一個念頭：我不要再做過去那個不懂事的孩子了，我要做爸爸媽媽“真正”的孩子。父母對我們的付出不少理所當然的，父母認為的理所當然，卻是他們對我們最大的恩惠。
展開一張叫情感的紙，提起一支叫感激的筆，寫寫給我生命的父母，寫寫給我知識的老師，寫寫給我友誼的同學，寫寫給我關愛的每一個人。
從我呱呱落地的那一刻，到我成為寶寶快樂玩耍，再到一個學子踏上求學旅途，再到再到這其中都飽含著多少噓寒問暖、提心吊膽?父母總是這樣，時刻都為自己的孩子擔心著、關懷著。
記得小時候，家裡經濟條件不是很好，每一次家裡做了幾道好菜，爸爸媽媽總是不停的往我碗裡夾好菜，自己卻不吃，面帶微笑的看著我，就這樣一直看著，那種眼神我至今記憶猶新，那是愛的眼神，充滿著快樂，充滿著關懷，充滿著滿足，只要自己的孩子吃好了，似乎自己就吃好了。父母永遠都是這麼無私，這麼偉大。
如今我們長大了，我們的成長曆程湧著多少父母的愛，含著多少父母的含辛茹苦?光陰易逝，歲月的利刀在父母的臉頰上割下了一道又一道紋痕，小時候從沒有意識到父母有一天會變老，當我不經意發現他們臉上的那一道道皺紋時，我心如刀絞。父母天天在為我們這群淘氣的小鬼操心著，怎能不老?
當甜夢溫馨美好時，當月亮皎潔迷人時，當花季斑斕溢香時，帶著倔強的我們在求知路上拼搏;當無情的風，無情的浪突然襲來，也許，只有悲觀失望，只有憂愁嘆息。這時，就是我們的父母讓我們看見敢上青天的雄鷹，看見敢下大海的巨龍。讓我們相信只是讓生活欺騙了我們的心，讓淚水模糊了我們的眼。告訴我們，風雨之後依然
是晴天，月缺之後依然是月圓。是他們帶我們走出了生命的誤區，是他們教會我們向困難挑戰，是他們讓我們在失敗之後，重新揚起生命的風帆。
父母給予我們生命，在人生的旅途中不停地教我們如何揚起生命之帆，給我們勇氣與力量。這一切的一切豈是用言語就能夠表達的完的?我們能做的只有奮發圖強，用自己的實際行動來回報他們，多幾聲問候，多幾次關懷，常回家看看。
在人生的十字路口，是老師向我們伸出了熱情的手，那手是路標，於是我們在彷徨中堅定，在思索中清醒。是老師讓我們看見了廣袤無垠的天空，是老師讓我們看見了碧波盪漾的大海。老師的諄諄教誨化作了我們腦中的智慧，胸中的熱血，外在的行為。在人生旅途中，是老師豐富了我們的心靈，開發了我們的智力;為我們點燃了希望的光芒，給我們插上了理想的翅膀，翱遊在知識的海洋裡。因為有老師的一片愛心的澆灌，一番耕耘的辛勞，才會有桃李的絢麗，稻麥的金黃。當我們變成翱翔在天空中的雄鷹，當我們變成遊動在大海里的蛟龍，這都是老師的功勞，所以我們要用“心”來感謝老師。
良師，更不失為益友，難道不是嗎?
一個人一生如果沒有朋友，可以說什麼都沒有。而同學的同窗友情，多年來的朝夕相處，會在一瞬間爆發，一瞬間感動。幾年，雖然只有短暫的一瞬間，可我們一起歌唱友愛，歌唱希望，歌唱拼搏，融進了深情厚意。人們常說，戰友與同學的友誼是世界上最誠摯最永恆的友誼，
我們擁有其一，難道我們不應該幸福嗎?難道我們不應該感謝同學們給了我們這樣的友誼嗎?人生的歲月是一串珍珠;漫長的歲月是一組樂曲，而同窗友情是其中最璀璨的珍珠，最精彩的樂章。

有人說，忘記感恩是人的天性。當我們偶然來到這個世界上，什麼都還沒來得及做的時候，我們就已經開始享受前人帶給我們物質和精神上的一切成果了。這就提醒著我們每一個人，要懷有一顆感恩的心。
常懷感恩之心，我們便會更加感激和懷想那些有恩於我們卻不言回報的每一個人。正是因為他們的存在，我們才有了今日的幸福和喜悅。常懷感恩之心，便會以給予別人更多的幫忙和鼓勵為的歡樂，便能對落難或者絕處求生的人們愛心融融地伸出援助之手，並且不求回報。常懷感恩之心，對別人對環境就會少一分挑剔，而多一分欣賞。
“感恩的心，感激有你，伴我一生，讓我有勇氣做我自己;感恩的心，感激命運，花開花落，我一樣會珍惜。”學會珍惜你的幸福，學會感激你身邊的一切，因為珍惜才會擁有，感恩才能天長地久。
感恩，是我們生活中永恆的話題。學會感恩，學會熱愛生活。我們將會感受到更多歡樂。

有一首詩曾這樣說過：
媽媽告訴我
最愛的應該是祖國
祖國是我們所有人的媽媽
不錯的，我深信祖國母親的概念早已深深地烙在了我們每一個人的腦海中。我們之所以把祖國比作母親，是因為祖國像母親一樣慈祥，像母親一樣有著寬廣的胸懷，像母親一樣用甘甜的乳汁哺育了我們……我感謝我的媽媽，因為是她給了我生命;同樣，我更加感謝我們偉大的祖國，因為是她培養我成人!
然而，我們的祖國母親卻歷盡了滄桑。
從清朝末年起，我們的祖國便任人欺凌，任人宰割。腐朽的清政府的做法終於引起了全國各界愛國人士的反抗，孫中山先生領導的辛亥革命終於推翻了清王朝的統治。1920xx年八月一日，南昌起義爆發，中國共產黨終於有了自己的軍隊，一代偉人毛澤東領導著苦難深重的中國人民開始了建立一個新中國的艱難歷程……
終於，在經歷了無數次的浴血奮戰之後，中國人民翻身做了主人!中華人民共和國終於成立了!在偉大領袖毛主席的正確領導下，我國的發展逐漸步入了正軌。這期間雖然也曾有過十年浩劫和三年自然災害，但我們不是都挺過來了嗎?正像毛主席的那首《詠梅》中所說的：
風雨送春歸，飛雪迎春到，已是懸崖百丈冰，猶有花枝俏。俏也不爭春，只把春來報，待到山花爛漫時，她在叢中笑。
是啊，我們的祖國不正像那不畏嚴寒的梅花嗎?遇到的困難越大，她就越是堅強，越是不畏艱難與險阻，最終迎來了明媚的春天!
如今，我們的祖國母親剛剛迎來了自己五十九週歲的生日。看看今日的祖國，她早已是容光煥發，靚麗耀眼!看吧，街道上各種名貴的車輛川流不息;家庭中電視電腦也早已司空見慣;寬敞明亮的教學樓內不時地傳出“我和我的祖國一刻也不能分開”的動聽的歌聲;操場上運動健兒們正舒展著他們那矯健的身姿……
啊，生活在這樣偉大的國度中，生活在祖國母親那溫暖的懷抱裡，我感到無限的幸福與自豪。而這一切，不都是我們偉大的祖國給予我們的嗎?在此，我把我對祖國的無限感恩化成一句話：祖國，母親，謝謝您!

光陰荏苒，歲月從指間悄悄流逝，面對過往的青春，絢麗的夢在心中沉澱，七彩的故事在劃過心田，成長留下最清晰的印記。回眸年華的遠徉與青春季節的輪迴，幾多思索，幾多感悟，在心間旖旎成一處風景，在歲月的河流中，我慢慢欣賞。今天，在這裡我希望能與大家一起分享我的思考，我的感悟，更希望能帶給大家一些收穫!
用感恩的心生活
不知何時，耳中充滿喧囂，再也聽不到愛的聲音;不知何時，雙眼被陰霾矇蔽，在也看不到美麗的景緻;不只何時，心中充斥悲憤，感覺不到善良的存在;我像一個受傷的小鳥，心中充滿痛楚，卻不知怎樣療傷;我像一個迷失方向的孩子，心中滿是絕望，走在漆黑的夜。時間滴答滴答，歲月從耳邊走過。哭過，笑過;笑慰著生活的給與，承納著命運的色彩紛成。經歷了年輕的懵懂，收穫著成熟的心路里程。不知何時，喧囂漸漸退去，陰霾悄悄退去，悲憤化為寧靜，直到那不經意的一天，我發現一切都不曾改變，唯一改變的是自己的心。時間給我換了一顆懂得感恩的心!
帶著感恩的心去聆聽，所有的喧囂退去，愛的聲音在心中迴響;習慣了愛縈繞的感覺。一切都變成空氣，看不到默默愛我的人，聽不到幸福在耳邊的吟唱，永遠保持眺望的姿態，尋找天空中清遠的夢。追逐中，我滿是辛酸。以為所有的幸福都離我遠去。當乘上火車，當熟悉的風景慢慢向身後退去，當站臺上熟悉的身影最後化成一個小點……頓時，所有的空氣被抽去，我像躍出水面回不到大海的魚兒，一切掙扎都變成徒勞。那一刻，我明白：愛不曾遠去。只是我們習慣佔有，習慣了享受，忘記了懷有一顆感恩的心，去感謝那給我生命的人，那給我溫暖給我關懷的人，那愛我勝過愛自己的人。就在那一刻，我學會了用感恩的心去聽那愛的聲音，去體會那愛的溫暖;就在那一刻，我學會了在感謝的同時去給予，去付出，去關心：媽媽，天涼，注意保暖。爸爸，忙碌之餘多多休息。奶奶，注意身體。感恩的心帶給我一份踏實的幸福，我不會再眺望那水中的花朵。因為，一顆感恩的心讓我找到最真的幸福!一顆感恩的心讓我抓住生命的寄託，領悟血脈相承的真諦!
帶著感恩的心去觀望，所有的陰霾散盡，美麗的景緻填滿雙眼。兩年前去特殊學校的經歷，永遠刻骨銘心。忘不了那天真的面龐，忘不了那憧憬的聲音，更忘不了那雙美麗卻無神的眼睛。當被一個可愛的小盲女拉著手，滿是嚮往的問我：姐姐，天空真的是湛藍的嗎?湛藍又是什麼樣子的時候，我的心被那天真，被那憧憬重重敲擊。我的雙眼吟滿淚水。那一刻，我從心裡感激上天給我一個健全的身軀，讓我看到五彩的世界。從那時起，我的雙眼不再緊盯失去的的現象，心中不知不覺中，心在感恩中沉澱，悲憤散盡，換來寧靜。在沉澱中，感謝困難，是困難讓我更加有鬥志，感謝坎坷，坎坷教會了我堅持，感謝失敗，失敗帶給我成長。每一段曲折的路都讓我更接近生命的真諦。在寧靜中，感謝身邊的朋友們，是你們讓我體會到友誼的芬芳，感謝我的老師，是你們帶我在知識的海洋中暢遊，帶我尋找到生命中最真最純的意義。感謝生命帶我在這世上體味繽紛，感味生活當耳旁不在喧囂，當眼睛不在迷茫，當心不再悲憤，讓我們沉澱下來，用一顆感恩的心去生活，用感恩的心去發現，去探索，去品位生命中的至真至純!感謝生活，在時間還沒有完全流逝得無影無蹤的時候，教會了我用感恩的心去生活!

父愛是春天的一陣清風，吹醒了正在冬眠的小草。父愛是夏天的一陣涼風，涼爽了正在工作的農民。父親，多少年了，我還未曾向您說聲謝謝。每當我看到您那黝黑的面孔和蒼顏白髮時，忍不住地哭了。
猶記得去年，我向您要生活費，您左兜右兜都掏遍了，只有一張五十元的紙幣，還是褶皺的，您毫不猶豫地塞給了我，您說，在學校裡要吃好的，正是長身體的時候別虧待了自己!那一刻，您的眼睛好像會發光，把所有的希望之光全部投向我的身上。我沒有說話，只是把錢一下子揣進兜裡。我不曾知道您要如何度過一週，我也未曾去想。國小父親節演講稿
父親，如今我才覺得那時我的動作真的好傻好傻，那陣子，我們家裡經濟很緊，您要一邊照顧家中餵養的牲畜又要早起去上班。或許，我永遠也無法忘記那天您的毫不猶豫和我如今的愧疚與不安。
如果沒有您，我這樣一棵弱小的草又該如何生長?如果沒有您，我這隻孤獨無依的小船又該駛向何處?父親，您是我健康成長的“營養”，是我前行時的順風。
父親，我向您致敬!
每當回憶起過去的種種，總忍不住要滴下幾滴淚才好，您也曾說過，哭泣的人最沒骨氣!所以這麼多年來，我還未曾看到您哭過，
迎風飄揚的旗幟在空中顯得特別精神，挺拔。卻沒有人會想到它有這麼一天的原因，是風，儘管它歷盡了艱辛，那面旗幟也違背過它的意願。
年少時，太無知。曾使您難過過。十歲那年的那一天，我因為您的一句玩笑話哭了，那時的我對任何事都太認真。我看著滿桌美味的飯菜還是選擇離開，母親勸我，我不聽。您實在生氣了，嚷了我幾聲，我才怯怯地從屋裡出來吃飯，我沒注意到您那爬滿皺紋的臉上，濃郁的眉也皺了一下，眉宇間盡是心痛與憐愛。後來，我才明白您的苦心。我開始後悔當初的錯，可一切不復重來，我可以面對的一就是您燦爛的笑容。
幾絲銀髮頹然其間，向您“宣戰”，您依舊“瞞”著自己的年齡，日以繼夜的工作著，為我的前程鋪滿道路。
父親，我向您致敬!

那一刻，我明白：母愛不曾遠去。以前我的心中只有享受，忘記了懷有一顆感恩的心，去感謝那給我生命的人，那給我暖和給我關懷的人，那愛我勝過愛自己的人。就在那一刻，我學會了用感恩的心去聽那愛的聲音，去體會那愛的暖和;就在那一刻，我學會了在感謝的同時去給予，去付出，去關心……。。那天，全班隨著郭老師的帶領下來到了我們從來未到過的內心世界。在那寬闊的操場上將近1000多人在那半個小時中竟鴉雀無聲，也許每一個人心情都是一樣的。在那一霎那彷彿只有回憶，在回憶著過去的點點滴滴，和父母一起的歡樂、痛苦的畫面，一點一點的浮現在我的眼前心裡有一些辛酸也有一些幸福。淚水不斷地在眼中打轉兒。我默默地告訴自己：不要流淚，要生存就要把淚擦乾。可是，淚水終於抵制不了我對父母的愧疚。
我回憶著，每次上學來時，媽媽總是千叮嚀萬囑咐一定不要感冒了。每次考試向媽媽彙報時，媽媽總是說：“考多少名沒關係，只要自己努力了。”其實，我從來沒有考過讓媽媽滿意的成績，但媽媽一直在背後鼓勵我，因為她相信我在學校裡一定會好好學習的，但是，她怎麼會知道我在學校裡總是一副無所事事的樣子，沒有一點兒的責任感，更沒有認真對待過學習。
看著小盆友們一個個大聲喊出：“媽媽，我愛你!”;看著他們的母親一個個上去擁抱他們;看著母親一滴滴勞累的淚珠從頭上劃過，看她頭上的頭髮越掉越多，我不禁哭了起來，在這裡我要大喊一聲：“媽媽，我愛你!”
