我是__。我認為有句話說得好：“不想當將軍的士兵就不是個好士兵。”在此我就套用一下：“不想當班長的學生就不是個好學生。”此話怎講呢?因為所謂“班長”，及是“一班之長”，首先要給全班同學作出一個榜樣，要發揮模範帶頭作用，要處處以身作則，其次，要管理班級和同學，要為大眾服務。可以說，每一個競選班長的同學都是要好的。
我認為我有能力做好班長，首先，我覺得我的成績大體上不錯，有資格成為同學們學習方面的榜樣，不過仍有不少缺點，但我會盡力改正。其次，我國小時從二年級開始擔任班幹部，在管理班級上多多少少有一些經驗，不過當然也有做得不夠好之處，對於我工作上的弱點我也會盡量克服。最後，也是最重要的一條，我有信心當好我們班的班長。
雖說我以前並沒有當過班長，但我覺得有經驗是因為有了機會，沒有人是天生的班長。我希望大家能給我這麼一個機會。
