所謂宣傳，《現代漢語詞典》中的解釋為對群眾說明，講解，使群眾相信並跟著行動。而我們宣傳部現在的活動基本上只是出海報，寫通知。雖說這是宣傳校園活動的必要途徑，但卻不是唯一途徑，記得在這學期招新時，有同學問我，我們宣傳部是幹什麼的，我跟他們說宣傳部是以出海報為主進行校園活動的宣傳，有人大吃一驚，說我還以為是進行文藝表演或是在大街上解說呢！我聽了之後也是大吃一驚，後來想想，他的話也有他的道理，我們現在的工作太單調了，科協一有活動，我們就負責寫、畫，沒活動就休息，缺乏主動性。我們可以有適當的轉換形式，譬如科協最近要舉辦英語短劇大賽，我認為宣傳部的工作除了出好海報和通知之外，也可以組織科協人員先編寫一個短劇讓同學們觀看，以出色的表演激發同學們的興趣，以達到宣傳的目的，當然我知道，還要辦成功，困難肯定不少，有資金、人員各方面的原因，但我相信通過大家的努力，會成功的。這樣的宣傳方式應該比海報、通知有效。我覺得我們應該讓同學們相信：科協，值得信賴！
另外我想說的是，我們宣傳部並不一定要圍繞活動來轉，我們可以主動的做一些調查之類的工作，瞭解同學們或者是社會上一些人的現狀，及內心想法，以調查報告的形式交給主席團，這樣可以給活動嚴格正確的引導，各部門之間也可以相互促進，使我們的活動真正的受歡迎，受好評。
我這個人不回也不太喜歡講大道理，我講的就是這些了。或許比較膚淺，但也比較實際吧！
在科協的一年中，我苦過、累過，收穫確實不小，今天我來參加競選的對手很強，但我始終相信無論做什麼事，愛拼才會贏。謝謝大家的支援！

拼搏，應是每一個真正的人所應具有的精神。面對迎面而來的每一個困難，我們要做的是什麼?是退縮嗎?不，我們需要的是拼搏。拼搏，就是在困難面前不低頭，在壓力之下不逃脫，在坎坷路上往前走。拼搏不是一時心血來潮，不是空喊號子，拼搏是長期的，需要用堅韌的毅力來維持，需要讓堅定的信心來導航。我們今天的學習，便是人生一個漫長的考驗，對於我們來說，長期的努力固然重要，但拼搏精神也必不可少，它使我們在成績的肩頭上邁向另一個目標，它使我們的追求無止無境。
