我演講的題目是“心繫祖國，健康成長”。
媽媽告訴我，十年前，她是聽著我剛出生的啼哭聲，從電視上觀看國慶五十週年閱兵大典的。今天，在我剛過完10週歲生日的時候，十三億中國人民滿懷喜悅，迎來了中華人民共和國66華誕。
爸爸是一名地理老師，常常教我看地圖和地球儀。在我幼小的心靈裡，祖國的形象早已留下了深深的烙印：我們的祖國有966萬平方公里的土地，她有燦爛歷史文化，有豐富的物產寶藏，有秀麗的山川風光。她的西面是遼闊的高原，東面是浩瀚的海洋，南面是美麗的海南島，北面是肥沃的黑土地，長江、黃河橫貫祖國的東西。
隨著我漸漸的長大，我從《中華上下五千年》這套叢書中知道了祖國五千年的歷史：她曾經飽受欺凌，曾經貧窮落後;她曾經簽訂過喪權辱國的不平等條約，歷盡兵荒馬亂;她曾經千瘡百孔，民不聊生……1949年10月1日，偉大領袖毛主席莊嚴宣告：中華人民共和國成立了!從此，中國——這條匍匐著的巨龍站起來了，踏上了新的征程!
66年彈指一揮間，66年上下求索。66年來，雖然我們的祖國也歷經磨難：唐山大地震、汶川大地震，水災、雪災、旱災，非典……但她依然那麼堅強!她就像一艘巨大的航船，劈波斬浪，奮勇前行，直掛雲帆濟滄海。如今，我們的祖國經濟高速發展，科技碩果累累、體育突飛猛進，我們的國家日益富強;香港、澳門相繼回到祖國的懷抱，神舟飛船、嫦娥衛星飛上藍天，奧運會成功舉辦……每一箇中華兒女無比自豪和驕傲——祖國是騰飛的蛟龍、是屹立不倒的東方巨人!

6年，歷史長河的轉眼瞬間!這是大華的歷史，很短暫!60年，又何嘗不是彈指一揮間!這是新中國的歷史!6年的歷史，讓勇於開拓創新的大華人創造了一個又一個發展奇蹟。而祖國60年的輝煌歷史，也讓每一箇中國人觸控到了社會前進的脈搏，社會的進步也惠及了每一個國人的生活。
1978年12月，黨的十一屆三中全會勝利召開，開啟了改革開放歷史新時期，這是建國以來我黨歷史上具有深遠意義的偉大轉折。國家經濟在三十年間飛速發展，我們的生活和工作條件也在這三十年間發生著巨大的變化——衣食住行、生活環境、工作條件，哪一樣不是發生著翻天覆地的變化。而大華公司，也正是在國家經濟快速發展的大環境中逐步茁壯成長起來的優秀民營企業代表，她的蓬勃、她的朝氣和她的快速發展的勢頭，任何力量也阻擋不了!
曾經有一次在車上聽劉繼磊副總談起憑證供應的計劃經濟年代，吃喝拉撒睡、行動坐臥走，所需的物資無不是通過票的分配來實現，於是便有了糧票、油票、布票、肉票……“過年穿新衣”的期盼也就成為那個時期的同齡人都有過的願望，能吃到一點肉，也絕對是做夢都想的事情，正如孔子所云：“三月不知肉味”,這不僅道出了那個年代的清貧，更深刻說明了當時的物資極度匱乏。在六七十年代，就連一塊紅糖或豆腐乳都曾經是分享的美食。

六十年間的種種變化讓我們感慨良多，中國三十年的改革開放，走完了西方資本主義國家幾百年的歷程，取得的偉大成就來之不易。我們生活在如此美好的黃金時代，這種幸福和安定和諧的局面也需要我們倍加珍惜和維護，通過我們的努力和奮鬥，祖國還會越來越富強，人民生活也會越來越美好。就在這一歷史時刻，大華公司契合時機，乘著改革開放的東風奮力發展，在公司工程建設、專案科研、經營管理等方面取得了突破性成就。這一切的成績與輝煌正是以劉序仁為董事長的領導集體共同創造完成的，以劉序仁董事長為代表的企業英模們的可歌可泣的故事三天也說不完。公司走了6年，是有發展特色的6年。事實證明，堅定信心，持之以恆，是公司事業有成的可靠基石。顧大局，講團結，是公司協調發展的力量源泉。堅持走自主創新之路，是公司持續發展的重要保障。而建章立制，加強管理，更是公司長治久安的基本建設。
