2. “特此證明”翻譯為：“this is to certify that ...”並且放在證明正文的開頭。

3. 男性用mr. 女性用ms.

4. 落款人即證明人：姓名，頭銜（院長，執行長等等），工作單位部門

5. 證明人簽字的地方，蓋上公章。

模板（文中粗字型是要注意的地方）：
