Now I will introduce myself briefly. I am 26 years old, born in Shandong province. I graduated from Qingdao University. My major is electronics. And I got my bachelor degree after my graduation in the year of 20__. I’ve acquired basic knowledge of my major. It is my long cherished dream to be an engineer and I am eager to get an opportunity to fully play my ability.
In July 20__, I began working for a small private company as a technical support engineer in Qingdao city. Because there was no more chance for me to give full play to my talent, so I decided to change my job. And in August 20__, I left for Beijing and worked for a foreign enterprise as an automation software test engineer. Because I want to change my working environment, I'd like to find a job which is more challenging. Moreover，Motorola is a global company, so I feel I can gain a lot from working in this kind of company. That is the reason why I come here to compete for this position. I think I'm a good team player and a person of great honesty to others. Also，I am able to work under great pressure. I am confident that I am qualified for the post of engineer in your company.

I have a bachelor degree with a major in Mechanical and Electrical field.(pause) Graduated from the university in 20__. Over the past three years, I have worked with Co.,Ltd as Sales (again, in sales or as a sales man/person/rep?) who responsible (with responsibility mainly) for the market of Hunan. During this period, I have learnt much. I learned the values of teamwork and commitment, how to win, how to work hard, how to concentrate and focus on goals, and how to balance my time and priorities. Additional experience in other fields such as graduation practice in factory and commercial negotiation also reinforces my value to your company.

尊敬的各位領導：
首先，感謝領導給我這次評選優秀員工的機會，也感謝您能在百忙中看我這份自薦書。從去年八月份進入工作以來，不知不覺中我已經在xx車間工作了近一年的時間了。自從來到這裡，不管是在哪個崗位上，我都努力地做好本職工作，以嚴謹的工作態度來對待每一件事。昆明南車對於我來說，不僅僅是一個工作企業，更是一所社會大學，跨入它的職場平臺，便開始新學習生涯，在這裡我學到的不僅僅是專業上的技能，更多的是我學到了很多為人處世的道理，與員工、領導的溝通與協作當中，深感自已日益成熟與進步。
在工作中讓我學習到了塗裝工序的不少工作流程和方式。除此之外很重要的就是讓我知道了如何安排時間及溝通的能力。溝通創造價值，所以溝通也是很重要的，少點摩擦，多點寬容，這樣同事、部門之間的工作才能協調配合的更好。每天工作結束後我都會在便條紙上寫下第二天待完成的工作，這樣做的好處：第二天工作的時候就不會遺漏某些工序需要處理的事情，而且每做完一件事在做上記號，這樣也利於我們工作總結。在工作當中我們一定要要全心投入工作中去，以健康快樂的心態來工作，有效率的工作，為自己所做的每一件事負責。
同樣，公司給我們每一位員工展現自我的平臺，每一個人都有自己的價值觀，我能幹什麼，我會幹什麼，我乾的怎麼樣。我們都應該擁有勇於挑戰自我，創新自我的人生價值觀。只要你是千里馬有一天會遇到伯樂的。更重要的一點是我們要與團隊共成長，成功20%是靠自己，80%是靠別人。沒有完美的個人，只有完美的團隊，團隊的輝煌依靠我們第一個人的努力。我們的成功離不開團隊的力量。無論是之前還是以後未來我將會更加努力、更加勤奮的工作、更高的目標、更高的起點要求自己。
