Good afternoon, teachers. I am very glad to be here for this interview. First let me introduce myself. My name is XX, 25 years old.

I come from Weifang, a beautiful city of Shandong Province. I graduated from Commercial College in July, 20xx and major in finance. Then, I was a teacher in XX, When I was a senior school student, I was interested in thought and began to read a certain classic work of Marxism, especially I finished reading "the florilegium of Mao ZeDong". From then on, I have dabbled in more and more theoretical works and accumulated great interests in theory study, especially in Marxism. I have a dream, a dream of my study.

I wish devote my whole life and energy into the development of the Marxism. If I have the opportunity to study in XX University, I'll dabble in as much as document about the specialty as possible. If it is possible, I want to get the primary accomplishment in my major, at least, a stable basis. Personally, for today's China, the first task to the development of Marxism is a process of construction. That's to say, we should understand Marxism mostly from the aspect of construction and development of social society. Only when our socialistic country has a more rapid and sustainable development than the capitalistic, we can enhance the attractiveness and persuasion of Marxism eventually.

Good morning! Nice to meet you here, professor. I am happy to be here and take this interview. I am XXX, 31 years old, a local citizen. I graduated from Chongqing Technology and Business University in 20xx, majoring in financial investment. Within the period of my campus life, I studied hard and gained rich knowledge about my major. After that, I worked in xxx, a limited liability company, dealing with assets management work. My main job is to participate in the joint ventures and acquisition, establish new branches, and handle the subsidiaries’ assets effectively. From 20xx-20xx, I joined some large projects about acquisition and establishment of new subsidiaries. After 20xx, I was transferred in xxx. But now, I was dispatched, by disciplinary commission, in xxx company, supervising their relocation work From last April, I have been studying in a MBA training institute where I make many friends from all walks of life. And now I am taking this interview for the final result. I hope I can pass the exam smoothly and further my MBA study. Because, for my part, MBA learning will be a part of my academic journey ,and during this colorful journey I will meet different kinds of friends with whom I can enrich my studies and personal lives both. Furthermore, I am sure I can learn a lot from MBA courses, and finish my tasks better. I have so many hobbies, such as playing football, basketball and singing with my friends in KTV. But my

favorite is to fish. Once I am free, I will go out for fishing in the pool nearby.

There are several reasons for my decision to learn MPA in Agricultural University Of Nanjing.

我決定報考南京農業大學MPA 有以下原因：

The first, I am longing to a deeper understanding of public management , there is an urgent need to strengthen the system management knowledge, so I choose MPA.

首先，我渴望加深對公共管理的瞭解，迫切需要學習公共管理的系統知識，所以，我選擇了MPA。

The second , Nanjing Agricultural University is one of the best domestic university. There are excellent teachers, a strong academic atmosphere, I suppose this is the most important factor in my decision.

第二，南京農業大學是國內最好的大學之一，有優秀的師資隊伍，濃厚的學術氛圍，我希望這是我做出決定的最重要的原因。
