華夏大地教育網總經理高松濤認為，儘管高學歷和多年工作經驗都能帶來很好的職業生涯，但對於每一個個體的學生來說，這樣的要求還是有些苛刻。所以，學生通過一些活動和比賽來找工作也是“迫不得已”。企業這樣做也很精明，他們知道這樣才能找到最合適的人才。在理想狀態下，任何人都會回答說，能力要大於學歷。這恰恰給畢業生就業增加了難度。各位，試想一下，具有高學歷，卻沒有工作能力的人，企業會用嗎?……具有超強工作能力，卻沒有執行力的人，企業會用嗎?……而後，又出現一種新的說法。新東方IT教育機構總經理吳雷曾經說，把這個問題放到現實當中，一些企業就對所招聘的崗位要求工作經驗等條件，這實際上是企業從盈利目標異化出來的一種重經驗、輕學歷的“經驗歧視”現象。另外，重經驗、輕學歷的“經驗歧視”現象當然不能完全歸咎於企業，求職者自身也存在著學“不”致用、工作適應能力差、綜合素質不高等問題。
“經驗歧視”是大學生就業難的唯一因素嗎?顯然，答案是否定的!有很多同學認為中國社會大學生就業發展趨勢是“學歷歧視”，認為只要有高學歷就一定擁有一份好的工作，月薪上萬的工作，待遇優厚的工作，天天躺在床上就數錢的工作。那麼，試想想擁有這樣工作的人是怎樣的人?是不是天天吃喝玩樂的人?是不是天天憨懶貪睡的人?是不是天天怨天怨地的人?這類人成功的祕訣只有一個——執行力!
各位，比爾蓋茨可稱得上成功人士吧，李嘉誠可稱得上成功人士吧，成龍也可稱得上成功人士吧。但是，比爾蓋茨大學沒畢業，李嘉誠國中沒畢業，成龍國小沒畢業。他們的成功，難道說跟學歷有關係嗎?他們之所以成功，是因為他們懂得去做才會有結果!每個成功人士的背後會存在種種失敗的經歷，在失敗後，他們並沒有放棄，關鍵是用什麼樣的態度去面對困難。他們選擇了繼續去做!

我想這在我的成長中是一個漫長的過程，從第一參加校園模特大賽，到湖北省的世界頂尖超級模特大賽，再到後來的天津汽車模特大賽，一次一次新的嘗試，新的挑戰，這一過程給予我的不僅是舞臺上的專業技巧鍛鍊，更多的是讓我學會一個人堅強，在一條陌生的道路中摸爬滾打，一路趕，拼;除此之外，我得到了很多的朋友對我的力挺和幫助，尤其是真正指引我走上服裝表演舞臺的一位很有能力的學姐——劉洪利。我們正是因為這個舞臺而相識，記得參加湖北省超模大賽時，她花費大量時間親自幫我準備比賽服裝，看到我一路順利晉級，她欣慰的對我說：如果條件允許，在你決賽的那天，我會給你做套最閃亮的紙裝。
記得大三加入藝術團，作為首任模特隊隊長之後，我帶領了我們模特隊的優秀隊員參加了“森馬杯”湖北省大學生服裝秀比賽，那時正值12月寒冬，每個隊員都帶著飽滿的激情積極的準備比賽，天氣雖然寒冷，但大家相處的和諧氣氛將每個人的心中都加了溫，我們在秦曉靜老師和前任團長的配合下，來到了武漢科技學院陽光校區的比賽場地，依稀還記得大家在後臺忙碌的閒暇還忘不了相互之間的鼓勵，我們正是在這樣的過程中慢慢形成了彼此之間的默契，我們是有凝聚力的團隊，是大家共同的團隊，缺少哪一位都不會完整，T臺上的博弈需要我們共同努力，人生的舞臺上也需要我們並肩一路前行!
在“那夜花開”畢業晚會的一個月緊張的籌備工作中，我也榮幸的加入了由劉洪力帶領的化工學院晚會工作組，雖然在最初的宣傳工作上遇到了一些小困難，但在而後的外聯，新聞，後勤等部門的協調下，由我負責的模特演員工作也逐漸順勢展開，從來沒想過，自己要承擔起六七十名模特的安排工作，要根據晚會的要求，將模特分為開場，經典，古裝，晚裝，婚紗五個組，再分別安排每個組的排練，人員排程，這樣的壓力對我確實是一個很大的考驗，不僅僅是能力上的，更來自於心理，很多的疑問也會出現在我的頭腦中，如何從100多位報名者中選出最合適的60多名模特;在一個小小的西院大學生活動中心的場地裡，如何安排這麼多名模特的訓練;每一場秀要如何編排……這一個個的問題在我身上形成了一種強大的壓力感和使命感，很怕哪一個環節會因為自己的原因出現問題影響整體，甚至有時會不理解劉洪利學姐為什麼會把這麼大的責任放在我一個人的身上。
工作一步步按照計劃進行著，我一點一點地摸索，慢慢得讓自己進入這樣的軌跡中執行著，在這過程中將之前的那些問題一個一個的解決，當不知不覺中一個月已經過去時，最後的晚會也即將上演，我們所有工作人員和全體演員都盼著激動人心的那一刻早點到來，當一場完整閃耀奪目的晚會呈現在我們眼前時，看到無數的觀眾為我們歡呼時，我發現自己曾經付出的都是值得的。前任團長喬江語重心長的對我說：這次之後，你也跟著它一起成長了許多。
是的，我在心裡默默告訴自己：我更加熱愛這個舞臺，更加熱愛這裡一起奮鬥過的集體，同樣我也相信其他的所有演員和工作人員都為能在這樣的集體中奮鬥過而感動。
