在公關交往中，往往需要你來介紹別人，或者向他人介紹自己。介紹別人時，比較重要的問題有以下幾個：

第一

誰當介紹人呢?家裡來了客人，一般是女主人當介紹人。家裡來了客人，客人之間彼此不認識的話，女主人有義務把大家作個介紹。

單位來了客人一般是誰當介紹人呢?單位來的客人一般是三種人。第一種人，專職人員，公關，文祕，辦公室主任。第二種人，對口人員。比如我找你銷售部李經理，你李經理就有義務把我跟其他在場的人不認識的人作個介紹。同樣的道理。假定你李小平在宿舍，你是學生，我到你集體宿舍找你去，我是你叔叔或者你伯伯，那我找你的話你是不是有義務把我跟你同學作個介紹呀，並且根據社交禮儀，你應該先把我(你的叔叔或者伯伯)介紹給你的同學，然後再把你你同學向我介紹。

要注意邏輯和結構。有些人的自我介紹信手拈來，隨便講，天馬行空，沒有重點和結構，勢必讓人摸不著頭腦，因此要自己理出一條線，有條不紊地講。

語速要慢一點，注意抑揚頓挫。

可以說一下自己的不足，但是可以以另一種方式，比如我的處理方式，如果有時比較急躁，可以說成太急於求成;有時對於細節不肯放過而誤了大局，可以說成太過於追求完美等等。總之，處理得好就可以了。

團隊精神或者協調能力越來越受到用人單位青睞，因此這一層需要個人大致作出自己的態度與信念。
