自我介紹時需要注意以下幾點：

1、前二分鐘的自我介紹是面試成敗的關鍵，時間控制十分重要。防止將自我介紹進行得時間太長，讓考官產生厭倦感。清華大學的考生更要有時間觀念，不要短於2分鐘，也無論如何不要超過4分鐘。

2、自我介紹不等於你所在的公司或創業發展的介紹。主語是“我”，要著重講自己在公司中的工作內容、經歷、業績等。切勿變成“公司史”的宣講和業務介紹。

3、回答問題最好直接切入要點，正面回答問題，要提高語言的“純度”凝鍊、清晰為最佳。不要經過大篇幅的背景介紹或論證再提出自己的觀點或回答問題。

4、要突出自身適合讀MBA的優勢。如果實在沒有優勢，至少要有明確的偏好或興趣。既不要對學習管理知識的態度十分漠然或自卑，也不要表現成“全能”或“多面手”，無法突出重點。

5、個性突現或熱情的表達要在面試中保持一致，自我評價要明確和客觀，並且要言之有理，有事例等於以佐證。這個需要預先寫好自我介紹作文一防萬一。

性格和社團活動：我性格比較開朗隨和，樂於與人溝通，做事也很踏實認真。我在學校的社團聯合會待過一年，曾參與組織過鷹翔計劃等活動，就是針對學生社團各個負責人進行戶外培訓的拓展營活動。大二暑假參加學院組織的暑期三下鄉活動，擔任義教老師，這次經歷讓我印象深刻。

當時我們由一名老師帶領，組成33個人的團隊，一起討論備課和課後總結，組織學生做遊戲，一起做飯和生活等等，是特別團結和互相幫助的一個團隊，三下鄉也取得了特別好的效果，跟那些孩子相處很好，結下了很深的情誼。而且我很樂於為別人服務，做過廣交會志願者，而且擔任班級素拓委期間，不厭其煩地通知和統計同學參加的活動情況，幾乎沒出過錯，大家對我的評價是很細心很負責。
