1、發揮自身優勢，為企業爭取更多的發展資金
首先我要針對目前工廠資金緊缺，僅能應付日常開支的嚴峻情況，利用自己這些年來工作中形成的良好的關係渠道，借人民銀行及各大商業銀行擴大對中小型企業優惠貸款這一有利時機，充分調動各方面的關係，千方百計使企業獲得銀行的貸款，為企業的發展提供資金上的保障。
2、強化財務管理，提高資金使用效益。
我 將在廠領導的正確領導下，完善各項管理制度，制定行之有效的規範化管理實施方案。通過健全、完善崗位目標責任制和質量考核監督機制，嚴格業務操作程式，強 化財務監督檢查手段，以及對各項費用嚴格按定額計劃控制，對成本升降情況進行詳細分析，把資金用對、用準，提高資金使用效益，保證我廠的經濟效益最大化。
3、做好會計核算，防止各種違紀違規現象的發生。
我 認為，要加強財務收支計劃控制與分析，一是要準確及時稽核收支情況，及時對財務資料進行分析，為領導正確決策提供可靠依據。二是要嚴格按照責權發生制原則 稽核有關報表。三是要建立統一的會計核算制度。鑑於我廠的部門比較多，財務相對複雜一些，只有建立起一套完整、統一的會計制度，才能在我廠內部上下之間進 行有效的資訊溝通，以進一步實現廠裡對財務的集中控制，防止各種違紀違規現象的發生。
4、把強化成本意識，加強成本管理。
成 本核算是財務核算的一個重要組成部分，目前我廠成本核算還是二十幾前的老辦法，比較籠統和粗糙，隨著市場經濟的發展，已經落伍了。為此，我將把成本意識擺 在首位，牢固樹立降低成本是提高經濟效益的根本途徑的思想，在強化職工安全、生產、提高產品質量的同時，加強管理者、生產者的成本意識，樹立與市場經濟相 適應的成本觀念;通過設立主要材料節約獎，鼓勵工人採取有效措施，大幅度降低原材料消耗。同時做好稅收籌劃工作，做到合理避稅，提高企業效益。
5、做好對外協調，建立和諧發展環境。
財務處是廠經濟執法部門,處理好內部管理與外部尤其是與稅務部門的關係至關重要。為此，我將利用自己在以往工作中形成的關係網路加強與銀行、稅務部門的溝通與交流;同時也做好與各車間和科室的工作人員的溝通與交流，為我廠創造一個和諧的內外部環境。
6、以科技為先導，加強財會電算化建設。
財 會電算化已經成為了當今財會工作的發展方向。所以我認為，在這方面，不僅要投入資金進行建設，更重要的是，要區別於傳統的財會制度，根據電算化的特點建立 一整套適應電算化工作需要的工作流程和管理制度，使會計人員從繁重的手工勞動中解放出來，以切實提高工作效率和工作水平。

一、愛崗敬業，默默奉獻
雖然我是一名非師範畢業生，但我努力鑽研，勤學好問，自從我上班以來，我就擔任數學學科的教學工作，這十幾年來，我總是虛心向老教師和優秀教師學習，學習他們的教學方法，學習他們優秀的課堂教學藝術，聽了很多老師的課，逐漸掌握了課堂教學的基本方法與步驟。不僅如此，我還自學教育學與心理學，教材教法等。並於20xx年參加全國組織的自學考試，教育學考了94分，心理學考了100分，均取得了優異的成績，加強了我教育教學的理論水平。
20xx年那一年，是我帶的第一屆畢業生，由於生病，需要住院治療，學生臨近畢業，有很多事情要做，包括學生的思想工作，學生的情緒的穩定等，還有我數學學科的教學工作等等，我無法讓自己平靜，我堅持在家治療，妻子和父母堅決反對，要求我住院治療，但我還是留在家裡治療，並且一直在上課，病情一直在反覆，家人的埋怨和不理解都沒能動搖我，直到學生會考結束，我才住院治療。那一年的會考我帶的學生確實考的不錯，我很開心，還有什麼比我帶的學生考好更令我高興的呢?
20xx年，我的女兒在正月裡腿被砸骨折，在六安中醫院住院治療。開學在即，我心急如焚。我根本睡不著覺。妻子明白我的心情，這邊是我放不下的女兒，那邊是我放不下的學生。開學了，有很多事情要我去做，我該怎麼辦呢?妻子沒有說什麼，在沒有徵得我的同意的情況下，叫她的嫂子來幫她，讓我回來上課。女兒住院個把月，我很少能抽出時間去看她，我只能堅持每天打電話給女兒，打電話向妻子道歉。女兒回來後，妻子半開玩笑的和我說：“你連女兒都不要，看你老了誰養活你!”雖然是一句玩笑話，但也表達了妻子的不滿。她還時常提起這件事，說我對女兒不負責任。
由於我是班主任，我平時在學校裡的時間就比較多，雖然我家就在學校裡，但我很少在家。因此我很少能幫妻子的忙，妻子有時也有怨言，她有時會開玩笑的和我說：“乾脆把你賣給學校算了。”雖然是不經意的一句話，但也道出我對妻子確實有虧欠。我有時就這樣勸我的妻子，你希望我們的女兒的老師怎樣對待我們的女兒，你就應該要求我怎樣對待我的學生。妻子聽後，就很少再提把我“賣給學校”的事了。
20xx年，我校的一名數學教師因為其它原因，調離了我校的教學崗位，學校沒有人願意接這個班。因為在當時多帶課也拿不到多的錢。學校就出面做我的工作。我當時已經帶了兩班的數學，一個班的班主任，加上廣播室的工作，本來工作量在我校就是最高的了。但考慮到學校，考慮到另一班不能沒有教師上課，我在身體狀況不是太好的情況下接下了這個班。同事們聽說我又接下了一班數學，都不敢相信，洪集中學的歷史上可從沒有人帶過三班的數學課。回到家後妻子也極力反對我這麼做，她說：“你要是把病累發了，我們可怎麼辦呢?”但學校在困難時，我能無動於衷嗎?我不能看到有一班的學生沒有老師上數學課啊!在我的勸說下，妻子沒再說什麼。說真的，帶三個班的數學課真不是說著玩的。要想高質量地完成教學任務，不是一件簡單的事。我每天平均要上5節課，還有廣播室的工作。不說別的，光是一天5節課站下來，人都累的夠嗆，更何況還要因材施教!上課時，學生為我準備好凳子，但為了不影響學生聽課的情緒，我從來沒有坐著講過課。有時實在太累了，也有想鬆口氣的念頭，但一想到孩子們那一雙雙期盼的眼神，我就又打消了念頭。就這樣，我從來沒有因為時間緊而遲到，更沒有以上課累為理由耽誤過學生一節課! 一分付出，一分收穫。在這屆學生會考時，我所任的數學學科在我校取得了最好的成績。
二、以身作則，培養學生健全人格 ，言傳身教，引導學生健康成長
20xx年我所帶的班裡一位學生迷戀上網，徹夜不歸，我一次次地找他談心，他當面表示改正，可一轉臉，又進網咖了。有一次晚自習，我發現他又沒來，我推測他準又去了網咖，於是我便不顧及私人網咖老闆的白眼又去找他。在網咖裡，我看到了已經上的入迷的他。他當時表示再也不上網了，但過了僅僅兩個星期，他又開始逃課了。於是我又得去網咖找他。他的父母對我說：“羅老師，你別在他身上費心了。對他，我們都沒信心了。”學生也勸我說：“羅老師，算了吧，我都這麼大了，應該什麼都知道的，你已經盡心了，我真的是學不好了。”我卻說：“不，既然你的父母把你交給了學校，既然學校把你交給了我，把你帶好就是我義不容辭的責任!”在我的感化下，這位學生終於穩下心來，在經歷了一翻拼搏之後，最終也考入了一所理想的高中。去年春節放假回來，約了幾個學生一起來看我，說話時，他非常感慨地說：“羅老師，你用實際行動告訴了我們什麼是責任心!我們知道以後該怎麼做了。”
20xx年畢業的那一屆學生中，我班有一名學生叫王琴。她在八年級時進的我班。她進班後學習一直很用功，但她給我的感覺是情緒一直很低落。我多次找她談心，才瞭解到，在她小時，父母親為了躲計劃生育，把她抱給了別的人家。現在她的養母已經去世，養父已經無能為力再支援她上學，她的親生父母又把她帶過來念書。她總有一種不平衡的心理。為這我沒少做她的思想工作。有一天晚上，她竟待在教室裡不走，連晚飯都沒吃。我叫她到我家吃晚飯，她死活不幹，原因是，等會教室門鎖了，我沒地方睡。聽到這樣的話我感覺莫名其妙。我叫她先到我家去吃飯，然後我就到她的親父母家問明情況。原來是她的養父今天上午來了，說她的親生父母在奪他的女兒。臨走時對王琴說，要麼和他一塊回去，要麼和他斷絕關係。這邊是養活他的父親，那邊是生她的父母。王琴本是一個懂事的孩子，她不知如何是好，就待在教室裡不回家。知道原委後，我讓妻子做飯給王琴吃，我和她的父親租了一輛車就到的養父家去。那天是雨後剛晴，我到他養父家時，一身是泥。我好勸說了她的養父，但她的養父就是不鬆口。沒有辦法，我和她的養父單獨談，談到王琴現在的狀況，談到王琴現在對他的思念，談到王琴現在的無奈……在我的出自內心的話語下，她的養父有所感動，答應暫時住在她的親生父母家。王琴在我家吃住了四天，我家只有一個臥室，我讓妻子帶她和我的女兒睡，我每天睡沙發。在星期日，我買了點菜，租車又到她的養父家，和他推心置腹的談了一上午，總算讓她的養父感動，臨走時說了一句話：“羅老師你都做到這樣了，我還有什麼可說?”王琴當年考上縣三中，後來考取安大。每次回來總是忘不了來看看我。
20xx年非典的到來，面臨會考的學生被通知放假，學生的家長可被急壞了，紛紛找到我。我就臨時組織學生到學校看書，我義務的看了一個多月，那一年的會考我班考的非常好，有一人進入全縣總分前十幾名，有兩人考取六安一中。
20xx年，我帶的第三屆學生面臨會考之際，上面通知職稱計算機學習開始。我當時帶了三個班的畢業班，這可怎麼辦呢?我急得如熱鍋上的螞蟻。學校考慮到這個特殊情況，向上面做了彙報，要求推遲，上面不允許。沒有辦法，把課做了適當的調整後，每天堅持在學校和縣城兩頭跑。我堅持一個多月沒缺學生一節課，雖然我這一個多月，我累的實在可憐，但我心是踏實的，我心情是愉快的。這年的會考我班考出了洪集中心校的歷史，有18人進入縣一中、二中、三中。會考成績我校的前十名我班有七人。
每年會考前一個多月，學生的心態不穩，情緒也較低落，為了激勵學生，我跟他們說：“最後一個月，我陪大家一起學!咱們一起衝過這黎明前的黑暗，共同迎接會考的勝利!”於是，我每天都早早到班裡去，晚上堅持下了自習再回去。班級成了我的家，家反倒像一個暫時歇腳的地方了。我女兒在作文裡寫道：“爸爸是洪集中學的一名教師，他總是很忙。我早上醒來時，他已經到學校去了，我晚上睡著了，他還沒回來。”是呀，我就是這樣帶著我的學生迎來了會考，學生們用優異成績給了我一個完美的答覆：我的努力沒有白費!這些年來，我成了洪集鎮一個優秀教師的代名詞。學生家長和學校的老師都這樣說我：“羅老師是個工作狂，他不知疲倦。孩子交給他放心。”

In 1997, I participated in simulation tool development for the scheduling system in Prof. Wang’s lab. With the tool of OpenGL and Matlab, I designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system. It is now widely used by different research groups in NUST. In 1999, I joined the distinguished Professor Yu-Geng Xis research group aiming at Network flow problem solving and Heuristic algorithm research. Soon I was engaged in the FuDan Gene Database Design. My duty was to pick up the useful information among different kinds of gene matching format. Through the comparison and analysis for many heuristic algorithms, I introduced an improved evolutionary algorithm -- Multi-population Genetic Algorithm. By dividing a whole population into several sub-populations, this improved algorithm can effectively prevent GA from local convergence and promote various evolutionary orientations. It proved more efficiently than SGA in experiments, too. In the second semester, I joined the workshop-scheduling research in Shanghai Heavy Duty Tyre plant. The scheduling was designed for the rubber-making process that covered not only discrete but also continuous circumstances. To make a balance point between optimization quality and time cost, I proposed a Dynamic Layered Scheduling method based on hybrid Petri Nets. The practical application showed that the average makespan was shortened by a large scale. I also publicized two papers in core journals with this idea. Recently, I am doing research in the Composite Predict of the Electrical Power system assisted with the technology of Data Mining for Bao Steel. I try to combine the Decision Tree with Receding Optimization to provide a new solution for the Composite Predictive Problem. This project is now under construction.
Besides, In July 20xx, I got the opportunity to give a lecture in English in Asia Control Conference (ASCC) which is one of the top-level conferences among the world in the area of control and automation. In my senior year, I met -Song Lin, a visiting professor of mathematics from University of California-Riverside, I learned graph theory from him for my network research. These experiences all rapidly expanded my knowledge of English and the understanding of western culture.
