在考進衛校的時候,本來想對自己放鬆一下,但看到周圍的同學們都在認真的學習,開始衛校的學習旅程，使我很快明白,衛校的學習同樣需要刻苦努力，才發現自己不可以落後。這個時候自習能力和自制能力是很重要的。後來我知道了想要學好知識，只靠埋頭苦學是不行的,要學會"方法",做事情的方法.學習的竅門，做事情都要勤于思考,遇到不懂的問題能勤於提問.在學習時,以"自行思考"作為自己的準則,在學習知識的期間,我更與老師建立了深厚的師生情誼.老師們的諄諄教導,使我體會到學習的樂趣.我和同學之間,也建立了良好的學習關係,互幫互助,克服難關.

在學校的期間，我從各個方面嚴格要求自己。深知：知識就是未來。作為21世紀的學生，我沒有隻滿足於校內理論的學習，從親身實踐中提高自己的綜合能力，我相信我自己能夠適應當今社會激烈的競爭環境。尤其是經過在icu，內科，兒科，婦產科，眼科等科的學習之後，讓我的知識和操作轉到了臨床中。對各種病種的瞭解和護理有了較深刻的認識,對專業的知識和專業技術操作則更為熟練、靈活。

我分別在骨傷科、外科、小兒科、五官科等科室工作。熟練掌握骨外科、顱腦外科、普外科、泌尿外科、及五官科各種疾病的護理。能熟練掌握新生兒急救技能，擅長新生兒急危重症護理，早產兒極地體重兒的護理。熟練掌握新生兒腋靜脈穿刺、深靜脈穿刺置管術、撓動脈穿刺等技術難度的操作。
