2.在所長的正確領導下，認真對轄區的裝置和人員進行職能監督，在計劃、佈置、檢查、總結、考核生產工作中，杜絕習慣性違章行為，堅決狠殺無票工作，堅決懲治保護器退出執行行為，使自己能掌握分管的裝置執行情況以及威脅安全生產的重大隱患與薄弱環節。 3.在農電裝置組的親自指導和工作佈置下，及時瞭解安全生產情況。月月能深入村檢查安全生產、每月分四次對裝置進行夜巡和特巡，對裝置的缺陷進行分類，落實督促裝置組進行完善。使裝置能健康穩定執行。能及時完成上級領導交給的工作任務。
4.積極主動牽頭做好安全性評價工作、創一流供電企業和做好春季、夏季、秋季冬季安全大檢查活動，在這些活動中以嚴、細、實的要求認真紮實開展，取得良好的效果，受到上級的表揚。
5.認真履行職責，在落實安評工作中嚴把安全關，督促電工切實做好查評工作，共查出缺陷一萬餘條，目前已完成整改1452條缺陷的整改工作，進一步提高了裝置的健康水平，大大改善了全鎮安全用電局面。
XX年在安全管理工作中雖然取得了一定成績，但於領導要求還存有一定差距，新的一年裡，我將嚴格按照上級領導的要求和指示精神，進一步狠抓安全管理，為實現全年安全用電無事故，保障人民群眾生命財產安全和正常用電作出更大貢獻。
