在學習上，腦子裡持著進入大學後好好放鬆從重壓下解放出來的思想，於是忽略了學習。沒有高中時候的主動性和積極性。每次臨近期末考，考前一週臨時抱下佛腳，算是順利通過。但是自從吸取幾次大學英語四級失敗的慘痛教訓之後，我發現在大學不學習是不行的。必須努力地充實自己，花精力花時間在課外閱讀上，提高自己的專業水平，開闊視野。在課堂上，雖然不必要像高中那會那樣全神貫注，但也不能經常走神，思想開小差。在這一點上，我自認做的不好。時常會被乏味的課堂氣氛弄的睏意大發。作為營銷專業的學生，必須增加自己的閱讀量，開闊視野。我堅信任何一個人的成功都不是偶然，事前必然經歷過許許多多的努力，所以想在畢業之後收穫更多，在大學期間就要付出更多!

工作之餘，我又一次學習了國小語文新課程標準，範文之心得體會:語文新課程標準學習心得體會。學習新課程這段時間，我對過去的教學思想和行為進行了反思，對教研活動的開展也有了更多的思考。用新課程的理念，對曾經被視為經驗的觀點和做法進行了重新審視，這給我在國小語文教研教學上帶來了新的挑戰和機遇。現將這次學習總結如下：

(1)通過學習我深刻體會到新的課程標準是根據時代的需要，對義務教育階段的語文教學提出一些新的要求：比如，要求學生會略讀和瀏覽，掌握蒐集和處理資訊的能力;將聽說能力整合為口語交際能力，特別提出了口頭交流和溝通的要求。提出了寫作和生活實踐緊密結合的要求，心得體會《語文新課程標準學習心得體會》。提出閱讀、書寫與寫作的速度要求，並有量化指標。更重要的是注重了學習方法和學習習慣的養成，並將其作為了學習目標。

(2)通過學習，我真正確立語文教育的新理念，克服以往在語文教學中忽視學生的主體地位、忽視人文精神和科學精神的培養、過分追求學科知識系統的錯誤傾向。我們應積極倡導、促進學生主動發展的學習方法，拓寬學習和運用的領域，注重聯絡生活、跨學科的學習和探究式學習，使學生獲得現代社會所需要的終身受用的語文能力。並將自己的這些認識通過教研活動傳遞給全鎮的語文教師，提升全體語文教師的業務修養。

(3)教學中，我們應從“師道尊嚴”的架子中走出來，成為學生學習的參與者。教師參與學生學習活動的行為方式主要是：觀察、傾聽、交流。教師觀察學生的學習狀態，可以調控教學，照顧差異，發現“火花”。教師傾聽學生的心聲，是尊重學生的表現。教師與學生之間的交流，既有認知的交流，更有情感的交流，既可以通過語言進行交流，也可以通過表情、動作來實現交流。

(4)在教學程序中，注重培養學生的創新精神。《語文課程標準》首次對義務教育階段提出了綜合性學習的方式。即要求語文知識的綜合運用、聽說讀寫能力的整體發展、語文課程與其他課程的溝通、書本學習與實踐活動的緊密結合。強調在綜合性學習中具有合作精神，培養策劃、組織、協調和實施的能力。突出自主性，積極主動地參與，特別要注重探索和研究的過程。除此之外，對閱讀、寫作和學習方法三方面也有很明確的表述。提倡獨立閱讀、自主閱讀、探究性閱讀、創造性閱讀。鼓勵自主寫作、自由表達，有創意的表達。在學習方法上，鼓勵有獨到的見解，鼓勵用適合自己的方法和策略學習。

一、必須知道新課程標準與以往教學大綱的區別

以往教學大綱突出了知識的主體地位，它主要是對教師如何教教材提出了明確的要求。新課程標準在以往教學法大綱的基礎上，突出了教學中學生的主體地位，以及在課程學習中“人”的作用，尤其是學生的作用，還注重教學法的指導。我們每一位教師都應該認真地研究學習新課程標準，明白新課程“新”在什麼地方，才能體現“新”字。

二、做到學生的主體地位得到真正的體現

學生是學習的主人，這是我們現代教師的共識。如何體現學生在學習中的主體地位呢?這裡應該注意不要走入兩個極端，一個不敢放手，一個是完全放手。我想在課堂上要注意這樣幾點：1.要注重培養學生學習的自信心;2.要注重培養學生良好的學習習慣;3.要注重培養學生好的學習方法;4.要正確客觀地評價學生的學習結果。這裡尤其要注意的是不要過分誇大學生學習的自主性。教師應該充分地認識到自己班級學生的知識水平和學習習慣的發展層次，以便自己靈活地制定教學計劃。

三、充分利用現代教學手段進行輔助教學

運用多媒體教學已經是現代教學的一個趨勢，但永遠不會成為唯一的手段，永遠不會替代教師在教學中的作用。我們設計的教學課件是為了更好地進行教學，但課件卻不應成為左右課堂程序的主要因素，人才應該是教學活動的主體。教師過分依賴課件，就會造成我們培養出來的人模式化，不利於不同的學生的不同發展。社會的進步在於它存在各種各樣的矛盾，如果都是一個模具“造”出來的，那還有什麼矛盾，還怎麼促進學生進步?教學中，教學手段的運用應該是多變的，是根據不同的學生和不同的教學情境而設計的。

講授新課程時應從整體上把握實驗教科書，弄清其編寫意圖、體系特點，弄清教科書與《課程標準》、教科書各教程之間的內在聯絡，弄清教科書各種編輯設計的意圖和著力點，比較新課程與舊教材的區別和聯絡，有哪些改進，教法上有那些變化，有那些獨到的進步和收穫，以在備課和教學活動中準確設定教學的重點，找準達到《課程標準》提出的課程目標的落腳點，有效地實施語文教學。

我覺得，如果我們對新課標學習掌握的不到位的話，其結果必然是轟轟烈烈的學習，平淡無味的實踐。可以說是“穿著新鞋走老路”。所以說，加強學習是工作的重心，實踐是學習的核心，這次我們畢竟是“摸著石頭過河”。課標吸取來的經驗在實施過程中還得要再接受考驗的。一切是既熟悉又陌生的!這就要求我們在實施過程中構建學習—實踐—提高—再學習—再實踐的良好的發展過程。在這個意義上講，課標的實施是複雜的，任務是艱鉅的。透視種種現象，可以使我們在學習實施新課標的過程中，不斷的發現、調整、完善自己，真正落實新課標的要求，做一個合格的教師。

The title of my paper is On Translation of Loanwords . I choose this as my topic due to the following reasons. We all know that loanwords also refer to the borrowing words, and it is a product of language contact. Since the 1980s, with the increasingly frequent contact and communications between China and the rest of the world, a lot of new things and ideas are introduced into China which is bound to cause loanwords from English into Chinese with unprecedented scope and speed. Loanwords involves in every field of social life in the new period, appearing new borrowing climax in the history. Which make the study on translation of loanwords be very necessary.

Next, it is an outline of my paper. In the main part of this paper, I divide it into five parts. Part one presents an introduction for some scholars’ researches on translation of loanwords from different angles. Part two provides an overview of loanwords including the definition of loan words, classification of loanwords, booming periods of loanwords from English to Chinese and the significance of loanwords translation. Part three present existing problems on translation of

loanwords: fake transliterated words may cause semantic fuzzy; many versions of translation for one single word often Lead to confusion in language use; some peculiar forms of loanwords cause obscure semantic expression; unconventionally formed loanwords will corrupt Chinese normalization. Part four on the basis of previous analysis we explore the loanword translation skills respectively from

principles and translation methods. Part five draws some conclusions that translation skills is necessary for us to achieve good translation. In addition, we must

continuously study and explore in all kinds of translation that it will help promote the reasonability and normative of the introductions of loanwords in future cultural exchanges.
