一 、道德品質和公民素養
本人，熱愛祖國，遵紀守法，以自己是一箇中國人而感到自豪，祖國的每一點變化，都牽動著我的心，香港迴歸的日子，神州五發射的日子，申奧成功的日子，都是我最難忘，最讓我激動的日子，我和每一位熱愛祖國的中國人一樣，為那一時刻的到來而歡呼雀躍。
在家裡，經常幫助家長做家務，比如洗碗筷，擦地，修理一些簡單毛病的電器，家裡的電腦中病毒後從作系統等，父母工作忙，不在家時，可以做一些簡單的飯菜，幫助表弟表妹學習，爸爸工作忙，家裡的力氣活，都是我幫媽媽幹。
在學校和同學相處能夠以誠相待，信守承諾，平時不管學習多忙，只要同學求我幫忙的事，我都會答應他們。比如他們組織的特色班會，需要我客串的，或需要我幫忙找的材料，我都會認真準備。
能夠主動幫助老師組織各種活動，有一定的組織能力，各科老師都把我當成是他們的好幫手。高中綜合素質自我評價能夠積極參加各項活動，參與並組織班級和學校的各種課內外活動，活動中與同學能夠和睦相處，關心集體，有很強的集體榮譽感。樂於幫助別人，在各種勞動中積極肯幹，不怕髒，不怕累。

學習態度端正，目的明確。各科成績還算可以，沒有偏科現象，喜歡和同學討論問題，自主學習能力強。上課能夠認真聽課並積極參與討論，能夠主動完成各項學習任務，自覺，獨立地完成各科作業。
課餘時間參加《計算機程式設計》特長班的學習，並獲獎。能夠合理安排課餘時間，按時起床，按時休息。在家上網查詢學習資料後能夠主動下線，不上不良網站上瀏覽，從沒上過網咖，沒有網癮。能夠節制自己看電視，自己整理房間和衣物，外出補課不用父母接送，自我管理和自立能力強。
