回顧X年，支書助理已近兩年，回想起初到村任職時的激動和茫然，現在的我多了幾分成熟和淡定。這兩年，在上級組織部門的精心關懷和嚴格要求下，在鄉黨委、政府直接領導以及村兩委幹部熱心幫助下，我立足本職，盡職盡責地完成各項工作，積極推進本村經濟社會事業的全面發展。我也積累了大量的寶貴工作經驗，學會了為人處事的方法，從一名懵懵懂懂的大學生轉變成了農村基層工作者的一員。為了更好地服務群眾，現將兩年來的工作情況總結匯報如下：
一、轉變角色，加強學習。一是以村民身份去定位自我，深入村裡體會農民疾苦，將農民切身利益與自己本職工作緊密聯絡在一起，在工作中學習，在學習中工作。二是努力做到”五個學習“。向書本學習、向村民學習、向領導學習、向實踐學習、向同事學習。不輕視小事、瑣事，不害怕重複、無償，不拒絕平淡、平凡，力所能及為村民服務，不挑大小，注重總結與積累，更加註重用心學習和踏實工作，加強鍛鍊以提高自己的工作能力。三是加強工作協調能力，經過一些工作的鍛鍊，能夠很好地協調村裡和鄉政府之間的工作，保證村上工作如實上報，鄉鎮任務順利下達。
二、堅持基層實踐，積極投身到村內事務。
1、參與村支兩委工作，協調基層組織建設，同時完善村“兩委”聯席會議、村民代表會議、黨員會議等制度，規範村議事程式和決策辦法，確保“兩委”協調，高效運轉。
2、積極開展農村黨員幹部現代遠端教育。作為到村任職大學生，積極開展遠端教育也是我的分內工作，我積極協助組織村內黨員群眾，他們一起收看優秀黨員的典型事例、黨的方針政策等節目，充分發揮了遠端教育在推進農村基層組織建設和新農村建設中的作用，活動內容豐富。
3、推廣普及新型農村合作醫療。大力宣傳合作醫療的政策，配合村會計收費登記，因工作到位，我村每年參合率均在全鄉前列，受到鄉領導的好評和獎勵，同時協助鄉政府做好計算機錄入工作。
4、文字協助工作。在領導的幫助下寫報告、總結、報道等，努力將村裡人的真抓實幹、努力建設新農村的情況報道出去，通過現在這方面的鍛鍊，提高了我在公文寫作方面的能力。對村內各類臺賬資料的整理、分類，對村務公開的資料進行整理。
5、關注民生。協助村幹部辦理村民的新農合醫保、養老保險等，主動做好助手，按時完成任務。同時協助鄉民政部門登記我村內的低保、五保物件，建立檔案。
6、助力“兩委”換屆選舉。配合舊一任“兩委”幹部做好前期摸底、準備工作，及時做好材料資訊的收集，與鄉派工作人員做好溝通，助力“兩委”換屆選舉。
7、落實黨的群眾路線教育實踐活動。積極配合鄉黨委開展黨的群眾路線教育實踐活動，認真查詢自身問題，查詢村兩委領導班子“四風”建設問題，並根據上級安排逐步推進，針對查找出的問題限期整改，自我總結，獲得良好效果，群眾對此次活動給予了高度的讚揚。
8、“美麗宛田〃清潔鄉村”工作。積極配合鄉政府、村委做好村委日常保潔，監督保潔員按時按質完成工作，接到上級迎檢任務，及時協調保潔人員，努力做好“三清潔”工作。
三、盡職盡責，親力親為。在兩年多的工作中，我立足實際，在村級事務管理中，盡職盡責，努力成為“黨員群眾的貼心人、方針政策的講解員、致富資訊的傳遞者“。這兩年我主抓“美麗鄉村”工作，工作的複雜和任務的繁重既是一次很好的學習鍛鍊機會，也是對我工作能力的檢驗。這些工作一方面增進了我與村民的感情，村民們把我當成村委的一名普通工作人員，當成一名普通的村民看待，這對我工作的開展打下了良好的群眾基礎;另一方面，我對村委有了比較詳細的認識，對全村的村情有了進一步的瞭解，這對我協助村黨支部書記和村委主任完善我村的管理工作，提出合理化建議，奠定了基礎。

3、能力素質方面：七年來，儘管有時候會比其他同事付出更多，更累一些，但我自己對此很是滿意，畢竟我能夠在這些鍛鍊中提升了自己的各方面能力，包括思考問題、解決問題的能力，理論和實際結合的能力，做人與處世的能力等等，另外組織協調能力，社會工作能力都得到了鍛鍊。
4、學習方面：自參加工作以來，本人堅持把學習作為自我完善和提高的重要途徑，既積極參加所在單位和支部組織的各種學習，又廣泛地開展自學。學習內容除政治理論知識和黨的各項方針、政策、農村法律法規外，還涉及農業、經濟、科技、計算機以及各項業務知識。做到學習既講究方式方法，又注重實際效果。

時光飛逝，轉眼間我來到xx鄉三個月的試用期已經結束了。回憶這三個月來，我的確成長了不少，在這段時間裡大家給予了我足夠的寬容、支援和幫助，讓我充分感受到了領導們“海納百川”的胸襟，感受到了同事之間和諧的氛圍，也領悟了鄉政府工作人員和村官助理工作的辛苦與瑣碎，看到了領導和同事一絲不苟的工作態度。對大家肅然起敬的同時，也為我有機會和這些兢兢業業的人一起工作而深感榮幸。
工作三個月了，可能還帶著學生時的學習習慣，我把自己在這裡每天的工作都做個簡單的記錄，這樣既讓我熟悉了工作，也方便了有問題時的查詢。我想，這個習慣我會一直堅持下去的。 在這裡工作對我來說，應該是比較容易適應的，畢竟，我出生在這裡，對這裡的自然環境和人文環境比較瞭解。因此，工作起來還算得心應手。剛剛離開學校，步入社會，對自己的工作具體情況認識不是很清楚，不過這不會成為我工作的障礙，我拿出學生時的學習態度，虛心學習，多和領導、同事請教、交流和溝通，遇事多思考，為了更好的瞭解我的工作性質和任務，我在休息時間經常和上一屆的哥哥姐姐們聊天，以便加深認識，更好的完成工作。因此，本著謙虛謹慎的態度和不減的工作熱情，這三個月來，我的工作基本完成的很順利，和領導溝通及時，和同事相處融洽。
記得剛來時，我對這裡的認識僅僅侷限於地理位置和基本的農業，除此之外，便一無所知了。 通過這一個月的工作，使我對科室的工作有了基本的認識，也對自己所負責的x村基本情況熟悉了。工作中，除了完成所掛職的x科室自己負責的基本工作，每週一和週五還按鄉里要求定時下到村裡，及時傳達鄉里例會的內容，和村書記交流，瞭解黑峪口村的情況。我努力的去融入這裡，希望被領導和同事接納。
xx科室的工作非常多，我在這裡是個資訊員，每月、每季有很多資料和報表要統計，這些資料包括主要農產品情況、畜牧業生產情況、非農戶畜牧業生產情況、農林牧漁業產值、每月住戶調查等，還有，近期剛剛經過秋收，包括玉米的預計產量和實際產量。我的任務是協助同事把資料按時統計好，錄入資料庫，上傳到縣有關部門。這些事情看起來容易，似乎只是和數字打交道，但通過協助Y師傅做這些工作，我深刻體會到這其中的瑣碎與辛苦。報表上的數字不是隨便填上去的，必須有根有據，容不得半點馬虎。因為每月的資料都是有標準的，而且一環扣著一環，稍有一點錯誤，就會帶來很多的麻煩，需要一步一步的往回查，追根求源才能解決。所以，為了不必要的麻煩，Y師傅和我每一步都非常謹慎，每個數字兩個人都要算，一致了才能錄，錄入時兩個人都要再檢查一遍確保沒有錄錯。還有比較麻煩的事，在做住戶調查表錄入時，村裡交上來的報表經常有錯，看得出填表的人有個別不認真的，剩下的查錯只能我們幹了，因為每戶的各項支出和收入在資料庫中都對應唯一的一個程式碼，如果程式碼錯了，資料是無法錄入的。為了更準確及時的完成工作，我們需要幫那些填表的人查錯，有程式碼寫得不明確的都要一一查表，否則最後算總計時資料是不正確的，更無法傳給縣裡。和Y師傅一起工作，能學到很多東西，他雖然在電腦操作方面不如我們這些大學生，但是，他對工作兢兢業業、一絲不苟的態度卻很值得我們學習，有時工作催得很緊，他經常犧牲午休時間加班工作。看到他那麼敬業，讓我除了敬佩，對工作更不敢有絲毫懈怠。
在做好主要負責的任務的同時，我也會幫助同事。有一陣子，辦公室裡的兩個同事有事請假，我一個人要完成三個人的事情，最忙的時候，我主動放棄了原本準備好的鄉里組織的一次知識競賽，看到同事拿了獎品，心中雖有遺憾，但想到按時完成了任務，自己累點也是值得的。
上個月，我有幸去參加縣裡組織的農民專業合作社輔導員的培訓，三天下來，腰痠背痛，但我依然堅持認真聽講，記好筆記。我也曾參加過移動公司的新產品——農村資訊機的培訓，認真的跟隨主講完成現場演示。希望在以後的工作中可以用所學的給農民提供幫助。
關於x村的工作，我也很認真的去做好。每週按時隨著包村組下村，協助包村組組長把鄉里的會議精神及時傳達到，偶爾因特殊情況不能親自去村裡，我會打電話給村書記把會議要點告訴他。
三個月的試用期，我想我基本完成了在市級大學生村官歡送大會上提到的“兩個轉變”：環境從城市到農村的轉變，身份從大學生到村官助理的轉變。雖然生在農村，但因求學在市區，回家次數很少，環境的改變對我也有個適應過程;而身份上，離開了學校，投入到工作中，身份也要改變，沒有了校園生活的愜意，需要以最快的速度適應環境，投入到瑣碎的工作中來。大學四年培養了我自主學習的能力和獨立解決問題的能力，而課餘時間的打工更鍛鍊了我的適應能力和溝通能力。在現在和以後的工作中，這些東西都成了我最寶貴的財富。
我在努力做好這份工作，但我知道，我仍有許多缺點和不足，我會在以後的工作中不斷完善自己。在辦公室工作中，我還需要多學習些專業性的知識，使工作更有效率，更要多和同事溝通。在村級工作中，我有很多需要進一步做的，包括認真學習黨的農村政策，瞭解掌握村裡的實際情況;把村組幹部當老師，同他們搞好團結，和農民群眾做朋友，做他們的貼心人;提高自己的工作能力，搞好調查研究，吃透村情民意，結合實際，協助村兩委理清發展思路;利用自己的知識，積極為群眾提供技術、資訊等服務，幫助村裡發展經濟;積極傳播先進文化，加強農村精神文明建設等等。
