時間如梭,轉眼間，又跨過一個年度之坎。回想過去的一年工作，在綜合管理科直接領導下，在全組成員的共努力下全市場水電、廣播、監控等裝置正常安全地執行，圓滿地完成了本年度的工作任務，簡要總結如下：
一、精誠團結，攻堅克難，市場供電網改造順利完成。
1、隨著市場發展今年供電改造工作的重中之重。全組成員配合科室經過艱苦努力，於年初完成新增1000kva廂式變壓器1臺;新建與改造10kv線路2.412千米，低壓工程新建與改造線路12.832千米，鋪設高低壓銅芯電纜270米;新架鋼杆6根。同時完成市場東西配電房高溫酷暑期降溫配套設施(屋面隔熱層、噴水降溫)建設，確保供電裝置平穩執行。
2、由於市場發展繁榮，在夏季高溫用電高峰期時經營戶申請安裝空調劇增，全組人員不顧休息和早晚完成了各組團的空調主線路的增設，安裝了167臺空調進戶線。
3、確保全市場路燈系統、監控和廣播系統正常執行，及時調整和安裝肓區路燈。調整晚間監控光源控制，影象達到預想效果。
4、協助施工單位對浙南鞋料市場線路改造;對國、地稅，提升辦等有關單位發生線路，電器裝置故障及時處理。
二、落實安全生產責任。

三、工作心得
